cant believe no one can see the positives from the result the other night the facts are that we could win this cup even ssb saying if we beat falkirk then sit back and hearts beat sellick we would be favourites for the cup. Also noticed that the wee irish internet loony has been quiet for days so I would say things are on the up.

do i have to remind u want happend last time we were favorites against raith in the cup the team and manager need to put a run of games together then we will judge just where this team is

Agree0 Disagree0

Quite right craigs8688, Ally & the team need to be more consistant. While the last 2 performances have been better, it was not that long ago we were quite abysmal in the 1st half against QoS. Alloa on Saturday is anther potential banana skin! let's see how we cope with that first, false dawns etc etc!

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you never happy, or just happy when you are complaining? Team not playing well - moan moan moan, we need to see an improvement. Team starts playing well, sti8ll moan moan moan, we need to be more consistent. Try seeing what is there in front of you, whether or not you like to admit it. The team is improving and showing signs of playing much better football. Accept it and move on

Agree0 Disagree0

JonnoSTB, please read the post! I've said the last 2 performances have been better= improvement, and we do need to be more consistant or do you not agree. As for seeing what is in front of me, I mentioned the 1st half of the QoS game, where you happy with that? because I was'nt, the Hivs, Hertz, & Falkirk games, were you happy with them? Hopefully the team is improving and the football will get better but the games mentioned and the football played last season are still very fresh in my mind.

Well gents, whilst delighted with last nights result we all know how good (or not) our team really is, therefore what it did show us (if anyone had any doubt) is the absolute dross the spl is.

Posted earlier r. e ticket prices and am now saying credit where it is due regarding the last 2 results & performances. that's more like it should be. Unfortunately on a personal point, I still can't stand the sight of Ian Black in a Rangers jersey.

Lw- you can only beat what's in front of you. Good Result well done to the players.

@3) your spot on mate you can only beat what's put in front of you, I hope with all the sh##e that's happening I pray we still have a team to come and watch, I brought my wee nephew up last night and he totally loved it, course it would have been nice to have the ground rocking like other great Ibrox nights may there be many more decades of beating what's in front of us whether it's in front of 15000 or 50000 as long as it's there I'll go to my grave a happy bear.

hi ed are we having a poll to see how we are voting on thursday ?????? would prob be better indicator than the newspapers

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - I could do that for the morning yes.}

Can I just add, the sooner it is over the better. Far too divisive.

I would think that's a NO brainer

OP; "would prob be better indicator than the newspapers"

I would have to disagree.
Firstly, fewer than 100 people ever vote in the polls on here. Nowhere near enough to predict the mood of the whole voting population.
Secondly, given the socio-historic background of the support it would hardly be a representative sample of the population as a whole.
