When Celtic look back on this season and the last 3 years they should surely feel some amount of shame. They have won one league in four years against their rivals who are/were skint. They have bottled big game after big game, and to be brutally honest, if Rangers hadn't entered administration this season Celtic would not have won this seasons league either. You poured scorn on Strachan who was nearly as (if not more) successful than O'Neil. I think Kennedy has planned this move all along and will be d&p's New no1 choice! I am happy about this cos think singapore and states would have led to liquidation despite all their positive claims! Kennedy looks although he could kick a few asses and sort out things in the best interests of all but particularly our club! I for one have fingers crossed, but can the other birders object legally?
Guys it will cost between 5m and 14m for a CVA if accepted, that is not counting what Whyte wants and is dependent on the creditors accepting one including HMRC which is unlikely. Why is he pursuing this, does he know something we do not?

And if c.w sold the catering rights much did he make on that deal the more I think about this he has screwed us good and proper shut all income avenues(season tickets, catering,arsenal,and he has d&ps screwing us for him under our blue noses). A football post! Stephen Fletcher has made it into Stuart Pearces team GB squad, I am all for players playing at the Olympics but how many other bears support it! Would also like to see Fletcher play after sticking up two fingers to the SFA.
Hate the thought of Scottish players under that English twit peerce.
Good chance of getting a game, been the only shining star in a poor Wolves team, only 3 overaged players allowed in GB squad.

The 5 stars has absolutely nothing to do with Europe. One star represents 10 DOMESTIC league championships, if a newco is formed, those stars will seize to be. Celtic could have 3 stars, though they prefer to have the one star that represents winning the European Cup (now called Champions League Winners Cup).

Cant believe your looking at players, why would Ojamaa or Templeton want to go to Rangers, if newco they might be in the 3rd division, if they stay in the spl Rangers wont be able to afford them. if you look at the track record of ng from Singapore he has build a youth system to integrate players and see's that as a way forward.

Hutton and Fleck will come back with experience under their belt. Hopefully Ness, Darren Cole and Perry can push for regular first team football. Little to continue to progress. Naisy back.....That's the way forward i think. If we can keep hold of the likes of Shagger, Naisy, Bocanegra, Edu and Lafferty with a mix of youth (the guys i have mentioned) then we could have a pretty decent team. No matter who takes over i doubt we'll see any arrivals.

It's not the SFA with regards to the name, you can't legally trade under Rangers FC, we could however be Glasgow Rangers FC, which loads of people (even some of our fans) thought was our name anyway.
Leeds did not go into liquidation.

You can transfer certain elements including name and history. It is very much dependant in what duff and phelps negotiate. Sadly , HMRC ain't going to play, there will be no CVA and we will be reborn as a newco. Even sadder is the myriad of obstacles and problems that brings. Eventually it may be severely punished in the SPL or application to the SFL. Interestingly there might be a new organisation in Scotland run by the SFA that would require all clubs to apply for. We shall see.
We might not even have Rangers in our name.a dhim on my FB page had a list of all the names that have been registered.I'm sure the timmy ed on here had it as well a while back. There was over 100 different names that they have registered and most had "Rangers" in them.What would happen if we ended up as Glasgow United or something like that?F**k that !

The blue knights have basically got no dough, in relation to what Rangers need.
Why do you think PM never made a big song and dance about the Ng ticketus tie up, in fact he put his backing behind it.
The mess is too big, and PM and the BKs would have run us as a good business, but it's gonna take too much to get us on the level, and they don't have it.
PM can see liquidation coming fast, even if they had taken over, and how would that look, if the BKs found that they ultimately had to go down the liquo route, after having the backing of everyone.
PM and the BKs im afraid have simply and understandably taken cold feet.
The crazy thing is....remember all the shouting and protesting that we done when run under the bank?
Oh, how i wish we were still in the same boat.

Good Day Fellow Bears....
Well as I said in a post yesterday, I am getting increasingly pi**e* off with the nonchalant slapstick manner with which our club is being treated.
Firstly I wish someone would go after the blood sucking thieving sh**e bags who got our club in this mess, as for the potential suitors for the purchase of this great institution, this Bill NG has stated he wants to bring back the glory days, however he wants a Scottish board, so from where I am sitting great move if him and the Blue knights get together, organise a share issue etc.
Also the Yank Miller he is still in the running. For me i do strongly believe that the very best option, in the best interests of the club and all it stands for would be for Kennedy and Murray’s blue knights to get together, they could do wonders if as they say they are acting in the best interests of the club and its supporters.....
I for one would plough savings into the club in return for share’s... Roll on the good times.
We will be returned to our place at the footballing table, minus the vultures. (soon I hope).

I may have missed somethings. What do you imagine will be the outcome of the hearings of this week's 5 charges by the SFA against Rangers ? When is the double-contract investigation coming to SFA? Do they have to wait until the BTC before laying charges + removing titles 0-3?
The SFA will wait until the big tax case findings are returned. When rangers are found liable for millions then the SFA will act on the dual contracts and punish rangers in some form or another.
Rangers will get a small fine from the sfa this week and thats about it.
The double contracts are only in the minds of Celtic fans and Alex thomson.
Tbc has nothing at all to do with the sfa, nothing illegal has been done. If Rangers are found guilty it will be a case of not wording them right.
Arsenal were fined for the use of EBTs and never had an trophies taken away, pure fantasy to say the least

this d&p are really starting to irritate me,they have done absolutely nowt from they started there admin process,the only ppl that seem to have helped the club is the players and the rff,if i was a player of rangers i would be wanting out its a disgrace the way this admin has been going on so long and the players are losing more cash every week,with no gaurantee of getting it back,its time someone stepped in and appointed new administrators i am of the belief it can be done

Hi the big protest was canceled last night we ordered a 7 sweater taxi by mistake !
As there was 4 extra seats we just fell short of funds !

I hope Brian Kennedy comes in with a revised offer and buys Rangers. I just have an awkward feeling about the Singapore and US-based bids. A pity the Blue Knights were not more forceful in their bid. Couldn't they team up with Kennedy - surely the more money the better and the wider it is spread the better too.
I have no idea why Craig Whyte got involved in buying Rangers in the first place. He calls himself a Rangers fan but I find that hard to believe. At least we can content ourselves knowing that Celtic bottled two cup competitions and only won the league because we were docked 10 points and lost three successive home games in the aftermath of the off-field troubles. We will survive and go on to be stronger. WATP.
