R u celt**t fans really scared of us skint champs to put it fake rumours about players leaving then good u should be. Keep our top spot warm we will take it when we r ready

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Celtic are a joke when they were skint under McCann we buried them with titles and cups and since big eck took over we ain't had much to spend but still find a way to win we even win cups with 9 men so we are ostriches are we? I think not. Celtic are a team of ostriches they run about at 30mile an hour with no clue what there doing

Agree4 Disagree1

Since the start of the SPL Rangers have won 7 league titles...Celtic have 6...Could be 7-7 at the end of this season. Rangers have spent money they dont have and cheated the tax man in the process of winning some of these titles...Like it or not but Celtic have lived within their means and have had similar success. Once Rangers start to live within their means I dont think you'll lift a title for a long time. It's simple mathmatics im afraid. Celtic generate more money. Unless Rangers start to get their sh*t together off the field I can only see them falling further behind Celtic.

Timalloy just for you mate;

"A New York Times article in 2002 cited a number of scientific studies of schadenfreude, which it defined as "delighting in others' misfortune." Many such studies are based on social comparison theory, the idea that when people around us have bad luck, we look better to ourselves. Other researchers have found that people with low self-esteem are more likely to feel schadenfreude than are people who have high self-esteem."
Sound familiar sunbeam but wait there's more;

"Brain-scanning studies show that schadenfreude is correlated with envy. Strong feelings of envy activated physical pain nodes in the brain's dorsal anterior cingulate cortex; the brain's reward centers, such as the ventral striatum, were activated by news that the people envied had suffered misfortune."

you really do walk into thses Timalloy but your post only proves what we always suspected, your jealous of us matey LOL

gers team for the weekend : picks itself at the minute bears

McGregor
Bartley Papac
Goian Bocanegra
Davis Edu
Aluko Wallace
Healy Jelavic

james rfc 1980

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Will mcgregor be back?

Agree2 Disagree0

Aw plz take out davies and edu and fire in to lads that want to go and attack the box the same as aluko and wallace do!, we should be driving over the top of the rest of theses wee spl teams more so in home games , gazza

Agree1 Disagree0

Not sure actually, wasnt aware the injury that kept him out of the game in perth last week though was all that bad, thought it was only a knock

james rfc 1980

Agree0 Disagree0

Why play wallace in midfield , he done ok but he aint a midfielder.

Agree2 Disagree2

See your point gazza, would love ness and hutton to be honest with you mate, but that wont happen as we know. but davis has looked more lively in the last couple of league games so hopefully he can be more consistent from now on

james rfc 1980

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope he gets back to form james mate butjust want the team to change from the down the left and in and down the right and in why cant we just drive right down the middle and test the keeps with a dig we always stop about 20 yards out and go ooops this is the point we am meant to pass it out right or left lol am like go on lad drive on hit a dig or put a pass into big jel, gazza

Agree0 Disagree0

True, more shots at goal needed - davis has only scored 1 goal all season, funnily enough at home to the same team that come calling on sat so it would be a nice time for him to find the net again i would think. too many sideway passes at times, need a shoot on sight when its slow paced !

james rfc 1980

Agree2 Disagree0

This shocking for a play maker midfield player 1 goal

Agree0 Disagree0

Aye james hope so but heard the big man is off and radio clyde sad that hes going no matter what ? sadly our centre mids for a while have not been doing it, not to bring up the old days, but can use mind when barry and ronald played in the same time barry was on fire that season goals from right down the middle and hitting a shot testing the keeper also he was scoring free kicks for fun, ok we had ronald helping in attack but barry was barry and its been long time since then that we have played football you enjoy to see, am sorry but we played st johnston the other day we might have won but we were dire and a dont know where ally got that was 1 of the best games hes seen gers play? hope the new signing brings what i hope we are all looking for attacking football to gers. gazza

Can anyone please explain why Tim "Nice but Dim" Alloy keeps referring to Rangers fans as ostriches??
GCUK

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Cos we're burying our 'head in the sand' apparently. I prefer to think we're backing our club and not speculating on sh!te we know nothing about.
Timalloy has lost his mind anyway GCUK...best just to chuckle at his ramblings or ignore them completely. He gives me a laugh from time to time but he's clearly not got a lot else to keep him occupied at the centre ;-)

I remember all the ..you tubers.. when we signed Ortiz ''The Tiger'' then Bedoya, the US boy wonder,,,,,then after all the wait.....yep! Australia's player of the year Matty McKay....that's the same trio who can't even make the bench v Arbroath...so let's be optamistic but cautious bears....remember, this new guy is a lad of 21 from a team of nobody's in a league worse than the SPL....why do i think ive seen it all before...remember! the boy who has just gone to Blackpool was billed as possibly 'the best ever' and he's younger than Celik...i would say we should maybe hold fire before we start shouting from the rooftops....then hopefully we may have found a star...

Believable2 Unbelievable0

What's the bets Fleck becomes the player he should be after a decent run in the Blackpool team?

Hey fellow bears. Found this on a Swedish website. I translated it so its a bit rough, but u get the idea

He has been a hunted prey for a long time and has been linked with numerous clubs in different countries. Personally Mervan Celik always kept a low profile and found that he was not in a hurry to choose a future employer.

- It has felt pretty good all the time. It was not that bad. What I have said is that I want to come to a club that believes in me and that feels right and I do now.

Now he has finally decided thus. There will be Scottish champions Rangers FC for Mervan Celik from now. He will sign on for three and a half years.

- There has been interest from other clubs also interesting so I had to think about a lot, but now I've made up my mind and it feels good.

There are a couple of months ago the Swedish season ended, but Mervan Celik expect to be able to compete for a spot in the starting line pretty soon.

- I've been running good all the time so I hope I'm in pretty good shape right now. Then there of course be better.

What is your image of Scottish football and Rangers?

- I can not Scottish football as well, but the Rangers are a big club which only a few years ago (2008) was the final of the UEFA Cup.

As the tax case roles on and everyone expecting a negative outcome, has anyone stopped and wondered what may happen if Rangers don’t have a case to answer to and don’t have to pay a penny?

Believable0 Unbelievable2

IF, and i think it is a big if,we win then we still have problems to address re a 10m black hole, operating costs.obviously things would be a lot easier to steer thru.the only problem i can see is the lack of a credit line but this can be sorted if whyte has money to cover this or new investors in the wings(what i think will happen)even if we win we must learn lessons from across the city n curtail spending cz we will still have around 15-20m to clear.fingers crossed. blueforyou

finally getting rid of davie"the best signing i ever made " Weir. at last getting rid of this expensive pensioner. hes leeched off us long enough. should never have been at rangers for 5 years never mind captain. he would have stayed to 50 if we kept giving him one year contracts. at last he can use his bus pass, take his tena pads, werthers originals, tartan blanket, blue fleece and bunnet and get back to cheshire.

Believable7 Unbelievable17

I think your being harsh there mate davie weir is a legend a great captain a great player and what i say he was the big part of the reason we won 3 in a row with his solid defending and i hope one day he will come back to ibrox as part of the management one day because he is an ibrox legend there is only one David weir thanks for all the great times you brought to rangers and the fans

i am willing to put money on rangers losing out on the swedish boy celik, as is usually the case another team probably from the championship will come in and we will lose out. we are constantly feeding off scraps in the transfer market and our once great reputation is being badly tarnished. we will lose jelavic and replace him with an unknown striker who will be useless. i base that on the fact that i have no faith in rangers scouting network or indeed our manager.

Believable2 Unbelievable7

If you have no faith in our manager then that's your opinion but i will also say my

opinion i have every faith in super ally and i know he will be a good manager

now rangers are working under a very tight budget which isn't easy and maby some of the signings haven't been great but also have been good signings with boconegra goian lee Wallace and aluko but the signings of McKay bedoya might have not done good in there time here but thay might get better i have seen loads of players having a bad season then see them getting better the next so i would wait and see what they can do within another year if nothing comes good out of this then we ship them out but give them a bit more time it is a new country new league and there not use to how we play so i say give them a chance

campbell

Agree5 Disagree2

Listen, Ally is working under the most difficult times Rangers have EVER faced. No other manager has had to cope with what he has to including Sir Walter. Smith had a substantial amount of money over his return. So to all the nobs who call him Fat PLG and likewise, give it up. No other manager has had to work in these conditions and frankly your chat is boring.

Why do people on here always criticise players we may be signing, i noticed when we had aluko on trail everyone was criticising him, saying he's not good enough for rangers etc, and then on the other hand people were excited about the peospects of ortiz. Every player on the planet no matter where there from will/or will not do better at a better club, its something we will never know until they are at ibrox. Some of the so called fans on this page need to back their team regardless of who's coming in and out the squad. At the end of the day they still play in the red, white and blue and there home is still ibrox.
Bet if we got torres and carroll before chelsea and liverpool folk would be doing the bouncy in there back garden, but look at them now £85million well spent? Dont think so!!!
Have faith in the team
