I've just been informed by a very powerful shareholder whom I'm very friendly with and won't name that kieran prior who has an over 2% shareholding in glasgow rangers has been asked and is most likely to accept an interim powerful position within the rangers boardroom until we have our agm, I personally think this would be a terrific appointment for us at this particular time, kieran prior is exactly what we need the now as he's a very clever businessman with an iq of 234, I also know for a fact that if paul murray & jim mccoll prevail in the power struggle christian purslow will be appointed the new chief executive of rangers with dave king as our new chairman, I would hope after the agm that kieran prior also gets a top position within our new boardroom, NACHO NOVO10!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Op I agree to an extent but kp is also what's known as an asset stripper and he appeared when people where begining to ask questions of cg cm bs so I would be aware be very aware of him

Agree0 Disagree0

Christian purslow would be the best candidate to be our new chief executive, this guy's record is flawless, purslow would bring everyone who eventually becomes our new boardroom directors together as well as bringing much needed finance & business acumen to rangers

Agree0 Disagree0

An iq of 234? I thought the tests go to 175 and the score changes everytime you undertake the test lol

Agree0 Disagree0

An IQ of whatever but his ambition is to be on Rangers board or see our books
yip that's what highly inteligent people with no previous links to our club do
dont need high IQ to suspect that this guy has not the best interests of Rangers at heart

Some people on here need to get a
grip so called fans wanting manager
sacked with 3 quarters of game left,
full time and still undefeated (league)
humble pie anyone! And b4 anyone
says we have premiership players,
the so called smaller clubs will always
try harder. example champs league
team 0 Scottish championship team 1

You are quoting 1 game whereas Rangers have been found wanting in a number of games against the lesser teams. I was at the game today and we were very fortunate to win this one. Fair play to any team that comes back from 3-1 down to win but it wasn't great football. The side lacked imagination and the midfield were predictable. Felt we looked more dangerous when Templeton came on and for the life of me I can't see why Crawford got a game before him? Ally doesn't help himself by doing this.

Agree0 Disagree0

Time to move on. McCoist held things together and has been extremely well paid for it. He done well with the politics but is a hopeless manager/coach. Time for the club to move forward in every way.
billyb

Agree0 Disagree0

@ 1 I can quote a few Raith v c****c,
us v hamilton, us v dunfermline (cup)
caley v c****c cup, clyde v c****c cup
etc the thing is because were we find
ourselves playing so called smaller
teams week in week out shocks are
likely to happen more often than we
would like and that's a fact
billy h

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 you have mentioned 5 cup upsets the first of which was 1987! So 5 upsets in 23 years? What a pathetic attempt at an argument. Fine if your happy with the direction of the team under McCoist then so be it. I would like to see a Rangers team being built to compete in the top league when we get back with a mixture of youth and experience. Mind you if you want to drag up cup upsets then look no further than Ally's record in the cups more upsets there in 2 years than you mentioned in 23

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 can you explain exactly how McCoist held things together giving examples please?

Agree0 Disagree0

5) he stuck around for a big contract and told all fans to stick together. Haha

Blueice.

Seriously he should try doing walking away. Just my opinion. Shoot it down if you like.

Agree0 Disagree0

@ 5 He said "we don't do walking away". Stirring stuff at the time but at £825k plus bonuses these are the most expensive 5 words in the club's history. All other utterances since have been less notable from simply puerile to plainly disingenious. But hey we won 4-3 today.

Agree0 Disagree0

@ 4 of course I use cup games as an
example as apart from last season with
ourselves there has been no other
occasion when the smaller teams have
met so called bigger teams in the league
But my point being there is more chance
of a smaller team beating us as we play
against them week in week out

N7 when we eventually get the desired people running rfc ally will get a massive reality check regarding his wages and board members will get massive reductions on todays wages board members must know their expected wage at our club even when we return to top league

What going on mccoist 3-1 down your a joke

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It's never over till the fat lady sings great comeback last year we would have lost it get off his back

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Should never be 3-1 down against these teams, fair play whatever he said at half time worked but he should be able to put these teams to the sword with the squad at his disposal without a problem Coop, I know shit happens and sometimes things dont go right, but his overall records and know how really has to come into question)

What's with the anti-mccoist rhetoric? Any team can lose goals to set pieces by players not focusing, that is not the managers fault. Coming back from 3-1 down to win 4-3 by using subs and the tics actually shows that Ally does have a plan b and has learned from last season. Get off his back. We need to stick together and back the team 100%. If we are united behind the team and united against the kangaroo board we can overcome these charlatans that want our club and our money. On that note did Charles Green buy back the arsenal shares as he promised to do so?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - No he didnt as far as I am aware, it would have made no difference, the shares were a sentimental thing that should never have been touched)

We'll said AYRBEAR they get on my t--s all the negative comments

Agree0 Disagree0

Op you jumped the gun mate as you must know the game lasts for 90min lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with 1, 2, 3&4 but should we really be in that position?
Always remember that the Great Bill Struth left the on field tactics to his senior players and was the dignified representative off the field.
McCoist is a useless manager, and there is no argument against that. He held us together, yes, but for a king's ransom.

Agree0 Disagree0

N5 billyb I agree we should never be trailing team 3/1 but it happened and we came back and won ide also imagine am being moved upstairs maybe next season as we talk of team being good enough for top league but I don't think we would win top league with am at the helm

rangers tv no longer showing the game to adverse weather conditions what a joke ment to be a football club getting run hear not a circus though I was seeing things we are 2 nil down already

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'm hoping ally's resignation is handed in after this game regardless if we come back into it

Agree0 Disagree0

3-1 down at half time what a shocker, mc dowall should have kept his mouth shut about ally not getting the appreciation he deserves, what will todays excuse be if the score stays the same at full time doug t. s. o

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Doug, I keep saying that the guy should have been out of a job a long time ago, but the Ally is god brigade just cant see past the guy because we won 8 games in a row or so, the guy is a goalscoring legend, but as a manager, he is a clown and he needs to go before people start to forget how good a predator he was in the box)

Hopefully in 45mins time we are 4-3 up and put this scare behind us. can't see it happening though!

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 I'm with you 3-1 down at half time. McCausland on loan to Ayr Barry McKay not even a substitute today and Kane Hemmings scores twice for Cowdenbeath in the league above us. Surely the Super Ally men are beginning to have their doubts about our football leader?

Agree0 Disagree0

Not surprised and just another embarrassing result for McCoist. Just put it with the other long list of shocking defeats from part time teams. McCoist should go but who is left to sack him

Agree0 Disagree0

3-3 428pm think gers will go on to nip it, but to lose 3 goals against brechin questions need to be asked doug t. s. o

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi gaz your wish has been granted 447pm 4-3 for gers doug t. s. o

Agree0 Disagree0

I told you so. 4-3. thank foook lol!

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh well, a bit of a scare, but a win is a win, 3 more points. Thankfully the guys on the pitch don t give up as easily as some on here. Wishing McCoist gone will not necessarily make it happen. 100% in the league guys, can only go downhill.

The real battle is behind the scenes, said it before but the games on the pitch will take care of themselves. Its a long road back, some potholes ahead- barely dodged one today, but we did. Next.

Agree0 Disagree0

Never over till the fat lady sings you lot are a disgrace call your selves Rangers supporters you would have loved it if we got beat great comeback well done lads

Agree0 Disagree0

We didn't lose Bengy sneaked a win McCoist scrapes through

We came back from 2 goals down, twice. Every game isn't going to be sparkling football smashing "lesser" oposition. These tems will work there socks of and and by all accounts gave us a run for our money today. But we kept going and got the resul in the end, the type of result that would not have been possible last season. progress i'd call it. we won the firggin game jees, wind yer knecks in! LB

@4 I am astonished that young McKay doesn't even make the bench. How does Crawford get into the team? He contributes nothing. Good comeback today but get Templeton and McKay back into the team

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers got given a game, well done Brechin. we won't win every game 8-0, but we still win the game so everyone at rangers gets a well done.

Just watched the Leverkusen goal from last night. WOW! Aren't assistant referees supposed to check the nets before kick off and at half time to ensure no rips? Just goes to show that its not only in Scotland that referees are incompetent.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Just saw the "goal" myself on BT Sport a couple of hours ago. That has got to be the worst refereeing decision ever. If that doesn't finally make the case for goal line technology nothing ever will -shocking to the power 10
