Lot of hype about Windass. His form in friendlies has been good.
Competition is different to friendlies. His performance in 2nd leg in europe was poor. He missed a very good chance and gave away a really stupid free kick which led to 2nd goal.
If we get a half decent offer we should take it.

Hopefully this season Windass will get a chance to prove his doubters wrong - he is confident on the ball, likes to play it forward given the opportunity and he isn't afraid to have a pop at goal - give the lad time and encouragement - he is a player we need to keep hold off -

Windass is also a player who doesn't like hard tackles and goes missing when the tackles start flying in. He also likes to dodge out of challenges if anyone is pinning their hopes on him next season then be prepared to be disappointed

You can't base him of last seasons performance on that Brian, the lad got a nasty injury and when he was back to fitness he'd lost his confidence. I remember when he first arrived he looked strong and confident and would drive play forward, but when he got the injury he never played the same again for the 2nd half. Let's see how he performs over the next couple of months. If we don't sign Walker i feel wee will see him playing on the left again

why in heavens name is Pedro still looking at midfielders? we already have Jack, Dorrans, Windass, Krancjar, Pena, Rossiter, Burt, Barjonas, Holt, Thompson, Candeias, Dalcio. but we need a REAL striker, Walker and another established defender.
C'mon Pedro don't mess around in lower leagues in England. Get the finger out and sign up Walker and Moult and find out what Clint Hill is planning.

They still need the dough rangeken and don't want an unhappy player upsetting the Apple cart. Even tho levein is a donut he ain't gona knock back next offer surely. If so then a pre contract in jan.

Well said. I must confess I know nothing about this player. We bought Kiernan and Waghorn from Wigan and we all know the end result of that. Good enough for Wigan but not for Rangers. Walker fits the profile to a tee.

Mmm Max Power I know it seems like we have to many centre midfielder but he does give us something we don't have which is a midfielder with a thunderbolt shot similar to Armstrong and rogic from the great unwashed he may be a handy acquisition only time will tell if we indeed sign him and yes I think other areas are more of a priority at the moment.
