Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

the current rangers board are looking for a comprise forget it our club wants nothing to do with green and his cronies get the lot of them out and start a fresh bet green has got us tied to lots of comercaial deals that do not benifit rangers but have lined his pockets once again we have been lied to sold all our silverware 10 million to last the season no chance with our running costs get rid of mather stockbridge and the rest total shambles

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The cracks have appeared! This compromise is nothing short of blind mistrust, this board of directors need to be named and shamed and REMOVED as soon as is practical they have lost all credibility and most certainly the fans have Sussed them for what they really are. When will they stand in front of a mirror and ask themselves "have I done my very best rangers? And can I be honest and say I have integrity" I would have to say not one single person on the board could say that.

Now that Chico has moved into another room (he won't be far away from his rangers nest egg ) and I presume he has stated he will be severing all ties with rangers? Will he give up his directorships of his other rangers ventures? Do you think the club will comment on this? Who will he get to take his place? The EGM must take place for all the thousands of decent rangers supporters who are sick to the back teeth of this quango and the sooner they are removed the better for all. Will Stockbridge give up his directorships? Will he just resign and save any further embarrassment to the club? There are still many questions that need to be answered and many senior staff and management who will be held accountable when the full details of "the great stadium robbery" are revealed!

Agree0 Disagree0

The only compromise we the fans want is the complete removal of the entire board, Mather and Stockbridge and his consultants and "insider traders" who will be exposed when this EGM takes place! removal of all traces and links to everyone involved in the whole sorry saga! And I include internal staff and senior management who have stood by and watched and in certain cased been directly involved in "the great stadium robbery" if they can do that then we might consider a compromise!

The rats are returning to the sewer!

Agree0 Disagree0

It's an AGM that is required not an EGM, this would give all the shareholders the chance to ask the questions that need answered

club statement Following a board meeting today the clubs directors decided to terminate the consultancy agreement with charles green the decision was unanimous and takes effect immediately however the board wish to make it clear mr green was not the only point on the agenda at todays meeting. The directors can state categorically that they have always been open to adding to the current size of the board and are actively seeking a new chairman one who will bring instant and significant benifits. In particular it will be neccasary to connent strongly with corprate britain if the boards ambition are to be fulfilled. This board has been working tirelessly to find an intelligent solution to the request for a general meeting and all of the directors are open to sensible and resonable additions for instance the board are not against frank blin becoming a director but do have resavations about other proposals. Even so the directors remain hopeful comprimises can be reached and that everyone, fans especially will see this club emerge a much more stable and vibrant operation. It is the board's belief that with the right level of undestanding from all sides rangers will proser and be stronger than ever at any time in its history this is what directors are commited to achieving through the work of an enhanced but perfectly balanced board.

Oh well, more empty baloney then. Great.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hmmmmmm, genuinely not sure what to make of this statement. Have to admit the bit about welcoming Blin is a bit of a curveball.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well at last a real supporter willing to gather "the clans" George I take my hat of to you sir!

I think it is a fantastic idea and it will defiantly get support from the real fans I for one will be there at the front door,
It will be interesting to see how many turn up and also if the politburo try and block a peaceful protest! Will the club try and block this and prevent part of the truth from coming out!

The cracks are appearing!

Agree0 Disagree0

Hang on a second - tinker with the board that Walter said was disfunctional and one of the main reason the he left?

We will swallow anything

This is for baybear larky etc Rangers Fans that have common sense regarding what is ACTUALLY going on a Rangers Football Club

Sick fed up trying to get posts past the ED's on here in which I detailed what has ACTUALLY been going on from the beginning SDM to CG the use of Duff and Pals to Blue Knights not being preferred bidder and CG and pals winning the end game.

I have posted ACURATE facts on all these goings on based on my PERSONAL involvement in the legal, admin and general tidying up stages of Company Sequestrations.

That and the fact I have friends I went to school with in 2 important areas regarding the Rangers 'heist'.

PF and Police, I AM NOT DOING THE 'MY BAST PALS AUNTIE KNOWS SNOWY THE DOG ROUTINE', THESE ARE PALS FROM SCHOOL AND UNI THAT HAVE JOBS IN THESE 2 IMPORTANT AREAS TO KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON.

I won't even attempt again trying to put facts and names even using ***** FED up as not being posted.

I AM F*****G SICK FED UP WITH THE WHOLE ROTTEN LOT OF THEM SO I HAVE PASSED THE FULL FILE OF FACTS OVER TO ONE OF THE PEOPLE CONCERNED AND THIS IS NOW BEING HANDED TO THE DR IN THE HOPE THE TRUTH COMES OUT AND AUTHORITIES CAN DO SOMETHING BEFORE THE END GAME AND 2ND ADMIN. WHICH IS 100% ALREADY IN MOTION.

THINK SDM- ANDREW ELLIS- CW- D&P -CG- RIGHT THROUGH TO THE CURRENT BOARD, ALL TRYING TO AVOID CLARITY AND OPEN HONESTY ON ALL THE FACTS WE NEED - ACCOUNTS - OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS - WHERE HAS £30m PLUS GONE?. THE 3 QUESTIONS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED AT THAT JOKE MEETING WITH THE 'FANS' GROUPS.

I REALLY HOPE THIS IS POSTED ED? REMOVE ANYTHING YOU FEEL WILL ALLOW THE MOST OF IT IF I HAVE SAID ANYTHING 'UNPOSTABLE?

BEEN TYPING THIS FOR A YEAR NOW GIVING UP. HOPING THE POWER OF THE PRESS WILL SAVE OUR CLUB BEFORE 2nd ADMIN AND POSSIBLE ASSET SALE DISASTER.

Yours as always in RANGERS. george

I have not told one lie or made anything up in this post for some personal reason on here I am just sick tired and totally ill with reading the numerous varying opinions on here some trust ally some trust CG others trust McColl others the Blue Knights. I AM FED UP FELLOW BEARS, THE PEOPLE DOING THIS ARE PRO's AND THE DIVISION OF OPINION IS FOR SURE 100% EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT AND NEED TO CARRY THIS OUT {Ed001's Note - this one is ok, you have made no accusations that we couldn't prove, unlike previous posts. We have to be careful with this kind of thing, we don't know who you are or if you are being honest, so we can't risk potential lawsuits on the back of your post. Not in this day and age.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

CHEERS ED. I have put a follow up post hoping to start a protest hope that goes up too? You know an IP address is traceable I have not used a proxy server on here so I am for real. I WILL BE PUTTING ALL THE FACTS YOU COULDN'T POST ON HERE ON THE FIERS I AM BRINGING UP ON FRIDAY 12pm MEET AT MAIN GATE IBROX. This is all explained in my other post

I LIVE IN LONDON AND HAVE A JOB AND A FAMILY I AM GIVING UP THIS NEXT WEEK TO HOPFLY START A PROTEST MOVEMENT AS I AM FED UP NOBODY TAKING THE LEAD HOPE TO MEET BAYBEAR AND LARKY AND ALL OTHER TRUE RANGERS FANS ON FRIDAY 12pm OR TUESDAY 5pm BEFORE HOME GAME BERWICK. FEW THOUSAND FLIERS TELLING THE TRUTH AND FACTS HOPING WHEN IT SINKS IN THAT FANS TAKE UP THE CAUSE. AS A 35 YEAR RANGERS FAN I AM SPEAKING TO THE FAITHFUL 18000/20000 THAT DID NOT LEAVE THE F*****G STADIUM WITH 10/15MIUTES TO GO THE REAL FANS. see you Friday I HOPE. FRC TID george {Ed001's Note - I haven't seen a follow up post, though it might get caught up by the spam filters depending on what it was. We have a lot of things, such as certain social network and some gambling sites whose names are removed from posts due to them spamming the sites in the past. As for IPs etc, while we receive them and see if someone posts an email address etc, we would never pass them on, as it would destroy the whole point of the sites if people could just find out who it was. Mind, with this govt they would just read it anyway if they wanted to!}

Ed I find this to be a disgrace u said that u couldn't post his other posts invade of law suit correct me if I am wrong but we live in a country with freedom of speech so other post should have been posted

KJA {Ed001's Note - no we do not! That is a fallacy, we have no freedom of speech and are restricted in what we can publish. We have been forced on a number of occasions to remove posts under threat of legal action in the past.}

See you Friday but where is main gate? We have a main door and two gates. However I like your sentiment.

I will not believe a word from the boardroom until they simple let us know truth about deeds

The 3 self appointed fans groups and "selected" season ticket holders between them had 50 questions to ask and couldn't more than "what's his job description"

I've been a season ticket holder since 1980 and really don't understand how you become "selected"

George I understand your concerns m8 & I have said all along there should be criminal investigations into what has happened, up until cw took over RANGERS our club was paying all their bills, when alastair johnston became chairman our debt was reduced from 30 mill to 18 mill in the short time he was there, donald muir was placed on the board & that's when we stoped buying players, now I am watching what I am saying here as ed001 reminds us got 2 be careful but along comes cw hi guys av got 18 mill do you want it, lloyds bank where did you get that amount of cash mr cw, eh don't know just happened 2 be in ma bank account, oh that's ok mr cw we won't bother doing any checks because you look a bit crazy & wear a crumpled suit doesn't make you a bad person though thanks for the lolly crazy eyes, now we are lead 2 believe that glasgows finest have started an investigation into what has went on because I think alastair johnston gave them a large dossier of evidence, so time will tell & people should be jailed for what has went on at our club, but try 2 keep your chin up m8 think of poor borat he has lost his title of funniest thing 2 come out of kazakhstan tonight congratulations celtic

Okay Ed I will retype it later tonight if it does not appear

The basis was I AM TOTALLY FED UP WITH NOBODY TAKING THE LEAD ON A REAL ACTUAL PROPER LARGE SCALE FANS DEMO.

I AM CANCELLING WORK AND FAMILY TIES HERE IN LONDON TO COME UP ON FRIDAY STAND AT MAIN DOOR OF IBROX 12pm AND HOPE OTHERS SHOW UP I WILL BRING 3000 HAND OUTS LISTING THE ACTUAL FACTS AND THE CHARACTERS INVOLVED FROM THE ONES WE HAVE SEEN IN OUR BOARD ROOM TO THE OTHERS BEHIND ALL THIS.

IF ENOUGH PEOPLE TURN UP FRIDAY I AM INTENDING PRINTING OFF 30000 OF THE SAME FACT SHEETS AND A FEW LEGAL SUGGESTIONS YOU couldn't PUT ON HERE AS TO HOW TO KEEP UP THE PROTEST AND DRAW ATTENTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW TO OUR CLUB FOR THE F*****G SECOND TIME!

I WILL BE AT MAIN DOOR AGAIN IF I don't GET ARRESTED (BELIEVE IT OR NOT I HAVE CONSULTED A LAWYER ON THIS AND I DO HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH ACCUSATIONS AND NAMING NAMES ETC ETC) TUES 5pm B4 BERWICK GAME.

I DO NOT CARE IT IS WORTH IT HOPING TO START THE PROTEST THE THE MOB FROM THE EAST WOULD HAVE DONE BY NOW

IF THIS TAKES OFF I WILL ARRANGE THROUGH ONE OF THE TOP LAWYERS IN GLASGOW THAT HAS FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TO SET UP A FANS COMPANY AND DEPENDING ON HOW THINGS GO NOMINATING SOMEONE WE ALL AS GERS FANS CAN TRUST TO BE THE FIGUREHEAD OR LEADER OF THIS PROTEST (my only choice John Grieg?) AND POTENTIALLY BE ACCOUNT SIGNEE HOLDING FUNDS THAT CAN ONLY BE RELEASED ON FULL BACKING OF THE FAN BASED PROTEST GROUP WE NEED TO THINK HEARTS AND HOW SOME EURO TEAMS WORK WITH FANS BEING MEMBERS AND FULL CONTROL OF OUR OWN CLUB. George

Good for you sir. At last someone prepared to take some action. I will be their to listen to what you have to say

SR

Agree0 Disagree0

Andhol Bear, even with all this going on with your wee tribute act you still have to bring up SCOTLAND'S CHAMPIONS and MOST SUCCESSFUL (current) FOOTBALL CLUB. Celtic really are THE only show in town. Why even bring us into it when the others are posting talking about fighting to save your club? Does it make you feel better that we got beat? If your answer to that is yes it says a lot more about you than all the decent Rangers fans trying to discuss the grave situation their club is in. You're pathetic!

Agree0 Disagree0

George,
I admire your stance and selfletvess. I have to admit that up until now I have had my theories that seem to be shared by some. However, I have to be honest, the thought of being some sort of catalyst or frontman was a step too far for me. I've always been one for the conspiracy theory and I'm ashamed to say my paranoia in this case has got the better of me. All that said, I am more than happy to be a part of some genuine protest for change and although I am not available for Friday I intend to be there on Tuesday night. Prior to Tuesday I would be interested in hearing some of your opinions/theories and wondered if you could email the ed with a copy of your proposed flyer? I don't know if the ed has the facility to pass info between registered users of the forum via email? Might open a whole can of worms for ed I don't know? Basically George, what I'm saying is we have a job to do but at the end of the day none of us know each other from Adam and we have to be careful about info passed back and forth or things that are said on forums. It's one thing being Baybear, Larkybear, George etc on a forum, quite another putting your real self in the firing line. Not trying to put anyone off in any way, just be careful that's all. Really up for your proposals for Tuesday and 31st. Hopefully you get a good turn out for Friday and get the ball rolling.
Stay safe and stay honest!
All the best mate {Ed001's Note - it can be done, if both are you are happy for that to happen. We just don't put it as an easy route to stop advertisers spamming people with junk. It is bad enough we have to run ads to keep the site going, don't want people getting bombarded with them through messages too.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed and baybear

I will send a copy email of the contents of the document I am preparing for Thursday to print and bring up with me on Friday. From what my lawyer says, and he is a specialist in the sports field and criminal field so ideal man to talk to, I will have to word the flier VERY carefully at the risk of arrest for slander or a 'doing' off associates of the people involved (THINK BACK TO DUNDEE FC CAR PARK FIGHT THUG BATTERED THE ITALIAN PLAYER this during Dundee's missing £20m debacle), I intend taking a friend with me that will assist in any problems and I hope if enough fans arrive there will be way with too many F****D off RANGERS PEOPLE to cause us any grief. I'm at stage I do not give a F**K anymore I have sat and watched and cried and punched my computer when CW pic was in news all the time. I CANNOT SIT AND ACCEPT THIS S***E ANYMORE. so ed how do I pass these details I do not want waste time typing (one finger) for hours and it is blocked. do I give you my email? I post it in the box for email EVERY TIME I POST. RTID george {Ed001's Note - I will email you George, on the address you have put here, with the subject Rangers rumours, so you know it is me. Then you can send me it all. I will also see Ed039 gets a copy too. Always best to share it to as many as possible, in this day and age you need to make sure someone can still access it. I would suggest you make sure to print out copies of everything, leave those in safe hands, maybe 2 or 3 sets, as it makes it harder to hide when more people have it.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheers Ed, I'll leave it up to George although understand if there's reluctance. It's not vital but just an excercise in trust. As I said before, anyone with an agenda could be anyone on here. All the Eds have is an email address at best, sometimes only an IP. That doesn't really tell too much. LOL I must sound like a right mentalist with my conspiracies. Better to be safe than sorry though.

Hopefully catch you on tues george, ek boyblue!

What courage George to stand up & put your neck on the line for the fans, we have needed someone like you for a long time. I really admire your bravery mate if I had the Clout to dig up this dirt I would have probably got myself a few black eyes & nights in the cell as i'd have to runaround Glasgow & the west screaming at the top of my lungs. I can't make Fri or Tuesday but will definitely be there on the 31st I'm going to get my Dad to grab one of these flyers on Tuesday. I'm going to see if my mate who works in Graphic design is up for putting together a few top notch banners for us when I see your proposed facts. Good luck with everything & please keep me posted on how you get on Friday & Tuesday. BayBear quick apology for playing a small part in yourself renewing your ST although I don't know you from Adam I felt guilty. I'm still proud to be a ST holder at Ibrox but I am not proud of the regime in any way shape or form including McCoist the players on the other hand they still feel like a Rangers team to me one we can be proud of minus a few individuals. Change is needed quick & I really hope it's the concerned fans like ourselves that can push for a revolution & solution. Thank you for doing what you can for our Once Great Club.

To coin yet another quote from One Flew Over The Cuckoos nest (henceforth know as The Great Ibrox Con)

“The secret of being a top-notch con man is being able to know what the mark wants, and how to make him think he's getting it. ”

Chuck is playing a blinder, as are others. Don't think there's anything illegal being done just the usual moral issues. That said, I doubt these people bother with anything as insignificant as morals; a mere fly in the ointment.

Buckle up fellow bears, we are the 'marks' and this ride is far from over in my opinion.

I too have posted regarding same topic and they weren't put up either.

Ed would it be possible to post a link so that others (like me) can get a better grip of what's happening?
I did some digging and to use Bomber's words it will "chill you to the bone"
This kind of thing is surprisingly common.

Agree0 Disagree0

The marks are the loyal punters and as in life the easiest con ever is to con a person in love. this is in some way a testament to how much all the season ticket payees LOVE RANGERS me included as you found out mr baybear the HEART RULES THE HEAD IN THESE ISSUES. that is part of this con I hate most the abuse of trust by our various owners and board members of their faithful fans taking advantage of that blind faith. I understand now 100% how they have got away with this DOUBLE scam the emotions involved have made it near impossible for the TRUE RANGERS FAN to NOT buy a season ticket for the club they love despite the warnings your head tells you. DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO BE REMOVED NOW. RTID. george

All,

Despite the "good news" today, unfortunately all that has happened is that some pieces on this infected chessboard have been moved around.

We all know that services based companys supplying Rangers are probably syphoning cash to "DUBIOUS" characters, who, like Whyte, used their honeymoon periods and bluster to set up a series of undetectable entities DELIBERATELY draining RFC of the blood it needs to survive. such sc*m have no shame.

Press releases from Craig Mather (A man walking to the Gallows Pole) triumphant at the removal of a £1,000 a month salary are an insult to our intelligence - We Should Not Be Fooled.

If we all gave our kids £22 pocket money to last the week, and they returned from school on Monday and had blown the lot? - would we merely ask them where it was, and be happy to receive no explanation, no receipts - no deeds?

Now for the Easdales. I leave you with the quote in the newspapers yesterday "I haven't been involved in crime for 16 years. "

The first time I walked into the Rangers Trophy Room on a birthday visit, every hair on my body bristled, I had a lump in my throat. I fought back the tears. That was 16 years ago. Mr Struth looking down. The Bicycle. The trophies, the pride.
I haven't changed. neither have others on yesterdays threats of "trouncing" shareholders legitimate comments and requests.

So the question is "what do we do?" and is their a leader of this family who will fight this inflammatory gutteral embarassing collection of shameful cro*ks?

I return to the analogy of the chessboard Bears. We have had the Pawns, the (C)Rooks, So called Kings who Castle. HOWEVER, if we can find the spirit to galvanise as ONE Rangers. THEN every fan can deliver say to these vultures "Check Mate"

Does any1 know how much celtic paid for the big ladyboy who plays at centre half for them think it was 2 mill myself, could be wrong but if I am correct that is 2 mill times more than the other teams in the spfl paid for players this season & some1 said the other day our trip 2 turnberry was 50 times more than other teams in our league's wage bill, they could have picked up borat on the way tonight & he could have done a better job than gok wan, then again every1 knows borat supports glasgow rangers ayeee

Are Celtic now on the verge of football's abyss? Failure to overturn tonights defeat will not only result in the most embarrassing Euro defeat suffered by any British club but will have a massive impact on the standard of their team. With 3 of their best players sold in Wanyama, Hooper and Wilson failure to qualify for the CL will mean no money to buy players of a similar quality and a decline in the standard of their squad. Given Celtic were handed an easy route to qualification last year and a virtual bye this year fans must be tearing there hair out. Can this Celtic squad turn things around in 8 days time? Over to you ladies and gents. Have to say hope Parahandy or whatever they are called do a number on Cellick next week.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

To be fair, there have been worse results suffered by British teams in Europe - some by both Rangers and Celtic. If Scottish clubs continue to do so badly in Europe, if/when Rangers qualify, how many matches will they have to play to get to the last qualifying round? Be careful what you wish for?

Agree0 Disagree0

Remember Maribor?

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you having a laugh? it's only half time, reflect on this embarrassment, Maribor! remember the team that started Rangers plunge into the abyss. If you want to gloat about embarrassment why don't you consider the past two years shenanigans down Ibrox way. Honestly I despair sometimes we need every Scottish club to do well in Europe and Rangers back in the SPL ASAP.

Agree0 Disagree0

Think we Rangers supporters have more to worry about than Celtics scoreline today so let's leave celtic to their own woes and concentrate on out own problems,

Only last week I read how scottish football was thriving with record season ticket sales amd everything is hunky-dory. Hibs, motherwell and st johnstone all out of europe, celtics champions league dreams in tatters, with potentially only the "diidy" europa league left. Premiership is a foregone conclusion. Only excitement left is the fight for 2nd and whether hearts can complete the great escape.

Please none of the "concentrate on your own name"
Stuff. Scottish football had its chance to change drastically this summer - and it never!

The sfa/spfl needs to get a kick in the chuckies and start investing i'm grass root football and not worry about the name of the leagues and more about the quality of the football on show or the fans will disapear again along with the investment and sponsorship deals

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The only problem with investing in grassroots football in Scotland is if a player is any good they will end up in England on the cheap.

I do hope that Mr Greene does try and get a severance when the door shuts, and hopefully he will not try to take RFC to court like his mucker.

Hopefully this is the start of the new beginning and we can get Rangers people who are committed, trustworthy and with a big dollop of mallum!

TBBAB!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Are you sure he is gone? Did he not say that last time? He will always be there lol

Agree0 Disagree0

No 5 it is common knowledge that green and Stockbridge are the shareholders of 3 companies directly linked to rangers services, they are also the only directors of rangers media and rangers security (GARRION SECURITY) they share directorships with various other parties in rangers retail, I think mike Ashley is involved there. So if he is severing all ties will he include these 3 companies? Oh and remember that's only the ones we know about there will probably be other covert operation going on hiding the stash!

Some good news at last!

But caution fellow gers, as quite a few already posted Chico is still very much involved at rangers, he still holds the majority shareholding so he will still be controlling what is happening at boardroom level.

The current board are a disgrace to rangers, and I would suggest they are all removed as soon as possible, the first thing that needs to happen (assuming the EGM falls through) is Stockbridge and mather must go and then start cleansing within the club senior management must go and the club needs to find people with honesty and integrity to run the club correctly.

The next thing that needs to happen is make sure Chico and Stockbridge are not running any other rangers companies for there benefit ( rangers media, rangers security and rangers retail) as long as they have these assets they will bleed rangers dry.

Then once that is sorted the sub contractors and consultants who have ransacked the club by over charging massive amounts and been allowed to do so by Stockbridge and mather then the finances might get back to some kind of normality.

Finally the "insider traders" at the club who have sucked up to Stockbridge, mather and Chico need to be moved on for the benefit of the remaining staff and to cleanse the club.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

You can bet Chico has airtight contracts for all the subsidiaries with huge penalty clauses. You only way shot is the go bust again. HH joe

Agree0 Disagree0

Even going bust were still the biggest club in scotland and will never die

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets hope that's what happens

Agree0 Disagree0

Op you are getting confused, green is the largest shareholder (for now) but he is not the majority shareholder, he has around 7. 8%

JG

Agree0 Disagree0

@ 1 wit do you no about the contracts green got when somebody says severe all ties mean nothing else's to do with the club

Agree0 Disagree0

Laxley have said they would back rangers fans they have to look after there investment, they obviously don't want Charles Green and co either. Although they don't want anything to do with running the club they can see what these guys are up to. I think Green has been told this and that's why he is selling up, makes the EGM more interesting. Let's hope we get a board who are prepared to run the club for the good of the club.

we are not going to beat Green and co with any business plan. there too switched on business wise for that. but i'm sure a warning shot from our friends across the water would put the s***s up green and his parasites. watch them bail out then!

Agree0 Disagree0

@4, spot on, all we hear is green is the major shareholder, I can never understand why some people can not get that this is nothing like having the majority of shares. And as I posted a number of times recently I do not believe he has the backing of enough shareholders combined that would be the majority.

20 Aug 2013 19:50:01
OP you have only succeeded in listing exactly the things that WON'T change - who's going to change them? And @2 I can only presume you are posting in jest or you have your head stuck deeper in the sand than anyone else on here yet.

Agree0 Disagree0

1) if you are a shareholder couldn't you and other shareholders get together and get someone to investigate the going ons to see if everything is above board?

Blueice

Agree0 Disagree0

The board's offer to compromise and let Frank Blin on board is perhaps a sign that the proposers of the requisition of an EGM are close to the 50%+ if not there already. The fluster and bluster from the bus group's spokesman is perhaps another sign. Some hope but probably a long long way back before the club is in any state of good health.

Bye bye Charlie!! He is stepping down and selling his shares, so long.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Let's face it, he got what he wanted. He won't be leaving with nothing, there will be a deal.

First he got all the free shares. Then his salary and consultancy fees. Then he made sure all the superfluous business, merchandising, etc. were companies he owned.

Then he embarks on a 'Brewster's Millions' spree, complete with threat to sell Ibrox, to scare the investors and make them willing to pay him what he wants for his shares to leave.

He leaves, millions richer than where he was 18 months ago.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you really think it is that easy?
he can't sell until December. This is yet another ploy god sake waken up

Agree0 Disagree0

This was always the plan bears, is all smoke and mirrors - classic distraction from the main issue - you think you have a victory getting rid - he's delighted to be off with circa 22 million.

Agree0 Disagree0

@op thank god he's gone but who will he sell the shares to and how much is he going to hold out for hopefully it's somebody decent but I doubt it

Agree0 Disagree0

I would bet that Charlie will be taking money out of Ibrox for years to come. This is all tactics i'm afraid

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 it is that easy - new NOMAD and now he WILL sell share.

before audited accounts
before anyone else locked in

and he will get 40p+ per share, make £2-4mill

then in Oct - shares will be worthless and he will also own IBROX.

show us the deeds - this is all playing into Greens hands. leaves everyone else with nowt

Agree0 Disagree0

Easdales have first refusal according to the bbc.

Jake

Agree0 Disagree0

Easdale has first refusal glad to see the back of green don't care if he gets millions its coming out of sandys pocket let's be honest he hasn't pocketed all the money that's been spent and he has done some good for the club

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes he has made his millions, nice pension pot charlie! don't worry about the club or the fans as long as you have your money, and you did the decent thing by stepping down all is well. tarred with the same brush as cw. hope this is the start of a clean out from top to bottom.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good to know some fan pressure can still achieve results. Onwards and upwards.

Easdale will be a front for CG as CG was/is a front for CW. who was brought in by SDM. fact!

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Aug 2013 19:56:19
@10 Hilarious. Or do you seriously think Green has scarpered because of "pressure" from the self same fans he wrapped round his little finger before wiping his backside with them? For WATP read "We Are Toilet Paper".

Agree0 Disagree0

13)re 10)Barking up the wrong tree mate I'm not a Rangers fan just someone who doesn't like seeing the ordinary punter getting screwed by the spivs. Green wouldn't have realised that the games up if the Rangers fans hadn't finally taken some direct action through withholding their money. Well done to them.

Agree0 Disagree0

@10 what have you done other than sit on your hands whilst giving over your hard earned cash! You have done nothing to get him out!' So please don't kid yourself! Totally delusional as per usual!

Agree0 Disagree0

@13 how have they withheld any money? They have done nothing to achieve this! He has gone as this wAs always his plan! And if you believe he is truly out of the picture mate then best you take your head out of the sand like the rest of them!
Was he not supposed to have left before? He will be skimming money from the club for years and years to come!
Only way to get rid of him is to go into liquidation! That will see his shares reduced to nothing and his cash cow no more! A risky business yes, but only way to cleanse the club! Rangers did it once already (still in process but will happen eventually) and didn't batter an eye lid about the people they fecked over so why worry about it again!

I note thestep. A ments from the three main supporters groups, and if accurate I for one welcome the gathering of the clans!

It also mentions the laxley group have sided with mcoll and co. This would appear to be good news for us real fans and the changes that are required should happen.

Roll on Friday we might get an EGM yet!

And if we are on a roll green might be out on his a**e today

start the cleansing now!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The laxley Group. Famous across the UK for asset striping?

Agree0 Disagree0

Laxey might be the last people you would want in a boardroom. Check their record it is clear these guys don't mess around.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks for the heads up! I don't know that much about the lately group and I have read some post about there asset management! I was only highlighting the fact that not all the shareholders are siding with Greenland co. me thinks laxley or whoever comes in or takes over will be very cautious on how they treat the fans because going by the posts on here and other sites the fans are not as daft as Chico and co. think

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 explain please why Laxey will be in the boardroom? They are a significant shareholder at circa 7% but will not be on current or new board after EGM or compromise to negate the need for the EGM

I drive past Ibrox most weekdays and with each passing week I notice an extra few weeds growing; more growth on the existing weeds; a few extra crumbling bricks on the facade; more rust on the steelworks.

It represents the withering and rot that exists within.

It's good enough for me.

When are these people going to stop picking on our club every day they are at it wake up scottish football we all know who is behind this persecution of our club and you all stand by and watch them do it. blue nose bill

Believable0 Unbelievable0

If we operated the way we once did then no one could 'pick on us'.

Do you really not think the vast majority of the damage to Rangers isn't self inflicted?

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Aug 2013 10:52:11
Blue nose bill. Think you need to start taking your medication. No one outside of Ibrokes needs to do anything to influenece the current down fall of Rangers. I'm sorry to say those within your club are doing a fine job on their own. Executives fighting. Scams involving directors. The manager outside his comfort zone. Loss of finances. Players charged by SFA with betting scams. Charity commission stating rules breached. It goes on & on. No outside needs to be involved, its self destruction from within. Sorry if these views hurt, but its the truth.

Tim Goa.

Agree0 Disagree0

Some examples please. I also would love to know who you think is behind it? Wait, don't tell me. Lawwell right?

Agree0 Disagree0

Get a grip why bring Celtic or lawwell into it? You're nothing to us anymore. So far this season has the biggest attendances in over 15 years, scottish football is doing better without you.

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Aug 2013 13:01:17
Blue Nose Bill; Dear oh dear oh dear, how deluded and blinkered can you be. I am no fan of football and do not follow any team but I was pointed to this site by a Rangers supporting mate who has been and still is an investor and a season book holder at Rangers. I have only ever replied to 4 posts, (this one included) but I will have a go as a neutral.

The downfall of 'our club', (are you a shareholder or season book holder) started with the David Murray regime and since then through Whyte and Green and his band of cohorts, the genuine Rangers supporters, mates included, who invested through debenture schemes, share flotation, merchandising and season book renewals have been systematically shafted and are still being taken for a ride. Take a look at the running of the club and all of the associated businesses that are so well tied up that every revenue stream goes to a small band of 'investors'.

Next up for the genuine supporters, who knows, as only Green will know who he is selling his share in the club to.

The club is heading towards the financial buffers at an alarming rate of knots and only those who have control of the purse strings, i. e. those who have bled the very lifeblood from a once proud institution can do anything to prevent it.

As I said, I am not a fan of football and have never been inside Ibrox or Parkhead, but I do have mates who have invested when the need arose and I feel for them yet again as their loyalty is never in question but the financial dealings of those in control should have been questioned a long time ago.

You need to look closer to home to see who is leading the demise of 'your club'.

Rant over

Agree0 Disagree0

Excellent reply from AllyW. Blue Nose Bill, it's people like you who are responsible for the demise of your club. Away and ask Baybear or Larky, as level headed posters they will inform you that the apathy and blind loyalty of the support ie you is playing a huge part in the "downfall". So instead of a pathetic whine mobilise take action let them know, but never mind blaming others. The apathy of you and your ilk stinks.

the leaks from
Rangers board room
tax offices
sfa
ladbrokes
malicious phone calls to players[sandaza]
bus goes on fire

how have they got so much info from so so many different sources who has the were for all to get all these leaks
the press down in England were slatted for phone hacking. is it still legal here? please someone give me an explaination

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The boardroom is a really small group of 5-6 people, and if leaks coming for there ask who benefits. follow the money.

Green now out - and can sell shares. wow that worked out well, able to sell his shares before others in IPO. Charles wins again.

Agree0 Disagree0

Phone hacking is against the law in UK law. Which a certain channel 4 journalist is raging about as he will be up infront pf a judhe if he as he says has " reaveling onfo on the Ibrox take over'.

Agree0 Disagree0

IF the club had acted responsibly there would be nothing to leak.

I hear there are "technical issues" with the edminston house project!

Will the club tell the fans what the delay is?

Will the project co-ordination take responsibility for this delay and cover up!

When will the project be up and running and will the club confirm the title deeds are present and correct as quite a few people have posted about the deeds for Ibrox, Murray park and the Albion car park. But edmiston house should be included in this enquiry.

All very quiet with the politburo after there veiled threats to fellow posters!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Maybe something to do with asbestos needing removed and the massive cost involved

Agree0 Disagree0

Every day Edmiston house is untouched the building costs will rise and it is in decay by the look of it. The same story with Ibrox itself. God knows what the final bill will be when work starts on that

Agree0 Disagree0

Asbestos is present in most older buildings in the uk. There is no need to remove it unless you are pulling walls down.
