Rangers team bus is burnt out at salsburgh

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I thought that was a windup. let's hope theyngetthe persons. HH. Joe

Agree0 Disagree0

Well I think it's just an absolute disgrace whatever side of the fence you sit on! I am just glad no-one was hurt, well maybe the mindless flogger who has done this would be the exception to that statement!
Let's hope the police catch these lowlifes and throw the full force of the law behind any conviction! This sort of crap has to stop!! It's always the same, someone gets something nice but there is always some person who thinks that they can damage it in some way or another!
Sorry about the rant :- (

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with you HH Joe, these people have to be caught, they have shown
that they could not care less about
the residents living nearby nor the
safety of the emergency services
attending, absolute disgrace.
AJM.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hopefully the company that made it gets insurance paid out quickly and rolls out a new one, I am a Celtic fan and this is not amusing to the majority of decent tims but it again shows the disturbing and sad element still alive in a small number of old firm fans that wish to act like people over differing cultures/histories of 2 football clubs. People need to grow up and get a grip on reality, life would go in without both clubs. HH

Agree0 Disagree0

Probably some wee neds not even thinking about the devastation to others or the risk to lives. Gutted about the coach but really feel for the business owner who's business has been destroyed. Welcome to Scotland, we're the friendliestwee country in the world and everyone's welcome, aye right. Sick of our scummy society so I am.

Agree0 Disagree0

BBC claiming it was deliberate, maybe Salsburgh wasn't the best place to store it? I hope they catch the people responsible. Gbhoy.

Well said baybaer the feeling is mutual, Absolutely Disgraceful!

Pure jealousy, that's what it was that burnt down that bus, pure pathetic jealousy, I mean what else could have been? That kind of stuff makes me so ANGRY. catch theese bags!

Agree0 Disagree0

@6 Why would Salsburgh not be the best place to store it? Thought that it was a quiet wee place with a low crime rate?

Agree0 Disagree0

Why is everyone jumping to the conclusion that the garage was targeted because the Rangers bus was stored there. ? is there not even the slightest chance that there could be another motive. ? it's the 3rd bus company to be targeted in recent times.

Agree0 Disagree0

Before we all start leaping to wrong conclusions, let's remember that one bus company recently had a robbery to the tune of £100,000 at their depot and now another has a serious fire at theirs. This may have nothing to do with football and everything to do with a turf war.

TomTheTim

Agree0 Disagree0

@6 jealous of what ya cretin?
Yeah pretty shocking that persons would do this! But don't go making accusations mate with only your bitterness to guide you! Maybe try getting a life! The fact is mate you were never ever going to ride in it! So why get so upset? Or was this a huge thing in your obviously pathetic bitter little life?did you used to go to work and brag about how your new club has got a big new bus for idiots like you to look at pmsl
You wanna try growing up mate because you come across as being a pathetic excuse if an individual if that is all you have to be proud of lol

Agree0 Disagree0

I suppose in these situations the police will always look for a motive. Presumably whoever has the most to gain from putting a rival firm out of business

Agree0 Disagree0

@8. jealousy? Are you serious mate? It's only a bus ffs! Some people need a lot of help or really should think before posting. am a celtic supporter and hope the police get this sorted out quickly altho I note a couple of posts highlighting a number of criminal activities involving private bus companies recently so a call for patience would be my shout MB

Agree0 Disagree0

Salsburgh is a very small place where everyone knows everyone. You can drive through it in less than 3min, don't agree with it but least nobody was hurt, insurance can replace a bus not a life

Lenny

Agree0 Disagree0

Sad little world we live in sad that some person thought to do this and sad that some petty minded folk see it as a way to denegrate thier rivals integrity. could be lots of reasons for this being done as well as the ones already mentioned it could also be someone owed money a disgruntled ex employee etc etc

Agree0 Disagree0

I think this is about the eighth bus depot to get burnt out in as many years in the west coast area. Might have nothing to do with Rangers bus.

ian black not coming off the bench in pre season friendly would suggest his days may be numbered at rangers (unless he is injured)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Think you will find ally is
just rotating the squad as
he started against the German
outfit and Bristol city mate
billy h

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh you get cluless rangers fans, cause black didn't get his days are limited?guessing cause gasporatto didn't get on his days are limited aswell

20 Jul 2013 17:53:20
Know its only pre season but well done on another win & clean sheet lads. n well done john daly on your 1st goal. rangers THEN rangers NOW rangers FOREVER watp. tambo88

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Are we going be some sort of record for 1-0 wins, watching rangers under ally is worse than watching paint dry.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 moaning about winning.

Agree0 Disagree0

21 Jul 2013 10:00:45
simple don't watch then! some people never happy!

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 can't exactly watch it, wasnt on tv or any links on the laptop mate

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2013 16:46:12
I know we don't need anymore strikers but since ally has said he want a striker with pace to turn a defence I would say a good option would be Alan Pulido who we were linked to at the start of the year he's young, speedy, and has quite a decent scoring record for Tigres UANL its just a thought

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What about the boy Aird?

Agree0 Disagree0

The lad Burrows in the reserves is lightening quick and knows where the goal is. He's a big lad too.

Don't know about you guys but i'm starting to look forward to the future with our club, we're starting to see some honesty coming through, watty admitting his limitations as chairman even though most knew this to me is positive, steady the ship and move on, we will build on and up

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What about honesty with regard to ibrox ownership then? Or are you another one happy with the yellow envelope routine? That just smacked of honesty didn't it?
Delusional just isn't the word for some of the stupidity and naivety being shown here!

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2013 14:26:08
Well said let's look forward, if anybody deserves it we do for what we have been through!

Agree0 Disagree0

@1. agree completely m8 I understand people trying to be positive but cmon! Transparency doesn't come from WS telling us what we already knew it will only from Stockbridge and Co to open that yellow envelope let people see its contents and provide the first fully audited accounts for what 3 or 4 years? 1- I'd have thought you would have enough worries of your own, all the top players all the way out, dangerous tie in next cl qualifier with likely exit againts the Swedes and st's I've heard just over 20,000 bought even at reduced prices with part of the stadium still having to be closed

+ you're 1-0 down to the might Brentford at this moment intime lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally agree the gloom is lifting Mather a breath of fresh air. george

Agree0 Disagree0

@4/ Celtics season ticket sales stood at 42k last week. Part of the stadium is not closed, it is the away supporters section that has been reduced. Stop listening to Graham and Mcmurdo's puppets. Oh and it's now 2-1 Celtic with a team of young boys.

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2013 17:22:26
@4. all the best players leaving? so far 1 has left and given the club a massive £11M profit ( half your IPO income if some figures are believed) and at last count 48,000 Season tickets sold and unlike your team friendlies not so important as we only play fringe players anyway as opposed to getting game time for trialists when season begins.
and nice of you to mention CL qualifiers wouldn't you just love to be involved in these at this time rather than scraping scraps from lower half EPL teams like Newcastle. have a wonderful journey back and remember we will be here waiting for you. JohnnyG

Agree0 Disagree0

@4) Comedian by any chance?

Lets get the official stuff out of the way first shall we, Already OFFICIALLY sold more season tickets than last year (Celtic fc site 3 weeks ago and mentioned on there twice since) and last seasons sales were around 44 thousand so without a doubt more since then. "Clamp"

No top tier, no section or any part of Celtics stadium will be closed this season. Again official. The section that used to house you mingers for 90 mins of seat and toilet smashing was always a hard sell to season ticket holders as they would have to move to accommodate Rangers fans, so no old firm games on those season books. What Celtic have done is stop sales of season tickets in that area altogether and instead use it to house punters who buy single game tickets / matchday ticket sale. Again offcial. No arguments, no questions FACT.

Sold only 1 player so far for a scottish transfer record that won't be broken for a very long time.

Elfsborg are sh*te, can't say fact but watch them for yourself and you will notice how bad they are even through those blue tinted Dame Edna Everage efforts your sporting.

Listen I know there's probably a 99 % chance you were having a bubble with that comment but i've seen some hum-dingers posted on here in my time so I thought I would address it just incase lol

Oh and 2-1 to the Celts final score daft ar*e. Never count your chickens befoe they've hatched ye nah lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Have I missed something? Green and co still there, in background Mather one their picks! No openess but we all happy again? what a bloody nightmare. this is exactly what Murray did many years ago and we went blindly along? we said never again last summer have you all forgotten? we don't even know what we spent last season? why not? we good enough to by the shares, seaosn tickets, merchandise but not good enough to hear how our club is being run financially? OMG

Agree0 Disagree0

4. Why talk about them? No one actually cares about them lol let them flood their page with stories about us. I even read how they wanted st johnstone to lose because their players didn't all clap them onto the field. Sad.

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 you clearly didn't want to answer the ownership question? Brentford game is a friendly, part of the stadium is getting a refurb? CL tie is 180 and a ball is t kicked. Players come & go that's football. We're on a high. You my friend still have you're head in the sand regarding who owns Ibrox? Paying people off with golden hand shakes & all.

Money doesn't grow on trees

Lenny

Agree0 Disagree0

@11] sorry Lenny but please get things in perspective until Rangers and Celtic are competing against each other in the same league the only way Scotish football is downwards, and if you are honest it is complete rubbish right now and whilst Celtic are far and away the best of a very, very bad lot, right now things are frightening looking so please stop the gloating.

Agree0 Disagree0

@8 you's have only sold more st cause lawell slashed a 100 quid af the price so don't gies that p*sh your stadium will still be half empty also elfsborg are that sh*te your managers is greeting about that prolific goalscorer bangura (joke) as for closing part of your stadium that was celtic that said that

Agree0 Disagree0

@11 would that be the same as you wanting Hearts gone because they didn't vote for you swings and roundabouts. Your obviously on the Celtic page if your reading about St. Johnstone story.

Agree0 Disagree0

@13) 44 thousand plus tickets sold at £100 cheaper this year BUT STILL £100 more expensive than one for ibrox lol. Mines was £530 last year so £430 this year and for another hundred cheaper I could plant my ers anywhere I liked in Ibrox. Even tell the slug to move over to accommodate me lol.

Why don't you grow up and stop making wee tales up pal. I feel daft for obliging you and entertaining your sh*te its that bad but the fact I now know your original post was for real I just pity you chief.

The comment you made about Celtic saying they were closing a part of the stadium is one of the most blatant porkies I've read on here. As a season ticket holder now for 17 years who lives and breathes Celtic d'you not think we would know that kind of stuff? Take my word for it bud its bullsh*t and whoever told you Celtic made that statement is a pinnocchio or its a product of your imagination.

Agree0 Disagree0

@10 ya balloon, why write about them and then your over trawling their pages! Omg people like you want to get a grip lol pure comedy gold!
They may have not wanted st j to win, but you want every club in Scotland to go bust, celtic to lose every game, the SPL to collapse, the list goes on buddy! People like you want to take a long hard look At yourselves! Seriously, you can not make garbAge like yours up mate pmsl

Agree0 Disagree0

21 Jul 2013 10:47:48
@12 that's a tired old argument. Scottish football has been cr*p for years, even when we were in the spl. To be totally honest it hasn't got any worse since we've not been there. That must pain many of my fellow bears who sucked up all the 'armagedon' bs last year (and still refuse to admit that sfa were bustin a gut to help us out by spinning that bs). And how on earth will gers getting back to spl stop the downward spiral exactly? Total and utter rubbish. Sorry Mr Traynor.

Agree0 Disagree0

Reply to lenny with there being no chance o a Barcelona type result in C/L qualifier (with Europol upon every move made by your club) what do you think annual losses will be this year? Why do you think there dumping all high earners and in a selling frenzy?

Agree0 Disagree0

@18. What a load of old b0llox. Slightly incoherent as well. We heard it all last year, won't beat Helsinki, be bottom of the cl group. Things just never work out the way you want, do they? Selling wanyama was a great bit of business, and is club policy. Yes celtic have a policy and business plan. Light years ahead. Your club is a total mess and an embarrassment to football.

Agree0 Disagree0

If true, why did Rangers pay off Goian a full years wage to depart, then moan about not having a centre half this year? Sounds like another piece of completely hopeless business to me?! In fact, it makes no sense at all.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

At what point did rangers say they paid him a full years wages? Paper talk

fauldsrfc

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 they both got around 450k each that's 1 year wages

Agree0 Disagree0

@1) It was widely reported mate, same for Bocanegra. Why would Rangers come out and tell everyone? They won't even tell you why the stadium and training ground hasn't been named or show you audited accounts. You'll never get an official statement about either of those 2 or Sandaza's pay off. I thought you would be familiar with the old smoke and mirrors / cloak and dagger tactics by the Rangers hierarchy by now mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

At the point he left the club!

Agree0 Disagree0

#2 Do you honestly think both players were on 8. 5k per week, that's 450k per year, please please please use a calculator before saying that's a years salary!

Agree0 Disagree0

£8500 a week signing for rangers when we where a spl club I would say very good chance they where and he's right we r crying oot for centre halfs and we pay too off its nonsense makes no sense at all but then again a lot of how we r doing our business makes no sense to me all in dark the fans have done everythin asked buy st buy shares but they can't show where the money is going it stinks

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers saved NI and PAYE on bocos two remaining years.

so paying him one year for the two left. is finiacial sense. still expensive. mind.

we can't afford to pay anything, and new contracts can have new clauses if need be.
