Been saying this for a couple of seasons now but think we prefer to play away from these days where the game is more open allowing us to hit on the counter.

At Ibrox teams just sit in making it difficult to create chances. It also doesn't help that Ibrox is a tight pitch meaning we struggle to get any width.

Furthermore to many home fans are to critical of the team.

I would not be surprised if we lose 1 or 2 and draw another 4 or 5 before the end of the season at Ibrox.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

We don't get any width because we don't play way any width not because of the pitch, also u don't complain when we bore teams to death in the champions league can't remember last time we played open football in Europe

More of an opinion we really need another striker as yesterday proved and i think that an investment in jordan rhodes would win us the league and also have great sell-on value. C'mon Whyte

Believable4 Unbelievable1

Better teams want him, simples.

Agree0 Disagree1

Correct.celtic are after him.

The guy said better teams no bitter teams.

I understand Ally does not want to move his team about too much, but surely Whits should be playing left back and broadfoot should be at right back...ok he won the majority of his headers but he is no left back. Whits has shown on many occasions that he can perform well at left back, so why not play him there as Broadfoot looked lost there. If Sasa or Lee aint back then I hope Ally saw yesterday that Broadfoot is not the answer.

Also I hope we get Alouko signed up soon as we are in desperate need of an impact player to come off the bench.

Bazza Bear

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Broadfoot not the answer at all, if need be Whitaker to left and the boy McMillian in at right back. Blue4ever

Agree7 Disagree0

Aye left back in his house boilin eggs, id rather have my 4yr old play there than him, boca can play left back and bring perry in if we r struggling

Agree2 Disagree0

I would drop Whittaker and Broadfoot. I would play Mcmillan at right back and Perry at centre half. Move Boca to left back until Papac is fit.
When Papac is fit I'd put him at left back and move Boca back in to the middle.
But I'd play Mcmillan before Whittaker every week. Whittaker has been hopeless for well over a year now and Broadfoot should be nowhere near the Rangers first team.

If players are to "step up to the plate" they need to be given the opportunity to do so and Bedoya and McKay still need a fair crack at it. It doesn't help that the crowd at home games are so quick to get on their case or Edu or whoever is not favoured. We should be getting behind the TEAM and not singling out players for abuse or to be a scapegoat! It is no surprise that we have struggled more at home than away when our supposed supporters boo the team, heckle the players and leave early when a last lift is needed to push for a win. The players are a lot more relaxed away from home and our away record proves that. There are no easy games any more so we should be supporting the team with that in mind and lifting the players not putting them down. Celtic will definitely drop points between now and xmas and we have to be ready to take advantage and build on our lead whether we are home or away. Lennon must stay!

Lots of you go on about him being bad but Ortiz (when he was playing) looked better than Bedoya looked yesterday. Whilst he isn't fast he has a decent first touch and is tidy in possession, Bedoya is fast but his passing looks atrocious. Broadfoot at LB was the biggest problem yesterday, it narrowed the left flank massively because at first he wouldn't overlap McKay and when he did he was cutting in on to his 'preferred' right foot, although I can't imagine his left could be any worse.

GovanFR

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Ortiz got a run in the team at start of the season and was rubbish, back to Spain way him me Thinks.

Agree3 Disagree5

A 'run' in the team how many games did he get? Ortiz is not a winger, I would play him inside right, with Wylde on the left (once his ban is over). Whilst it's easy to criticize the players who played yesterday lets not fotget Wylde couldn't play because he behaved like an idiot, he should take plenty blame too. I'm not his biggest fan but we need him because he is the only player that provides width.

GovanFR

Agree1 Disagree0

Ortiz was quality for us in the right positions i.e. CM or RM. Not LW.

well lads yesterdays performance was tottaly unacceptable but we will get over it lets no act the the rotten lot n call for major changes.1 plus point for me was young fleck he only played 30 mins but looked good was picking good passes for fun and made a positive change to our game, I really hope rangers dont make the same mistake with him as they done with other other players like adam.give the boy a decent run in the team or we will lose the talent we have. what do you guys think? WATP..

Believable3 Unbelievable1

I agree fleck should be given a run think he could link up well with jelavic, boy has the talent just needs a run to express it

Fleck & Hemmings looked sharp.

A wee joke for my fellow Bears
A bloke meets a hot bird in a nightclub. After a bit of flirting they head back to her place and spend the night together having sex in every position possible. Upon waking the next morning the bloke notices a picture of a man on the woman's bedside table. "Oh s**t is that your husband?" he says. The woman replies. "No, thats what i looked like before my sex change".

Here's a good one for you Bears. Celtic haven't won against a team with 11 players since the beginning of September.
ThatisaconspiracylolThatisaconspiracylolThatisaconspiracylol

What samamyarse done yesterday wasn't good for the game. It might have been good for celtic. (it was good for Celtic) cause I couldn't see them winning if it stayed 11v11. They were not much between the Lafferty/mulgrew and samamyarse/ICT player. Lafferty got a nudge on the head with mulgrew and went down like a tonne of bricks. He was wrong what he done and admitted it. Samamyarse got a finger at the most brushing his cheek and goes down like a tonne of bricks. But what got me he started rolling about on the grass holding his face. They are No difference between what Lafferty and samamyarse did. Thatisaconspiracylol

Believable11 Unbelievable0

Don't go down the road of the unwashed blaming everyone but ourselves if we managed to beat st mirren and st johnstone at home we would be 14 points ahead, these sets of players are having a problem winning at ibrox and that needs to chance soon

Agree8 Disagree0

Laugherty was never touched by Mulgrew, yet threw himself to the ground to get Mulgrew sent off! As you could tell by the wink after the red is raised by the ref! I aint saying that as a celtic fan but as a fitba fan!

Sammy, who i personally dont like, went down when he was slapped in the face to win a free kick. He never intended to get any one sent off.

And personally i like St Johnstone, they play exceptionally away from home especially against us at Parkhead and you's yesterday.

DazzaBhoy

Agree1 Disagree4

Got you dazzabhoy I knew you would bite lol. A matter of fact mulgrew does touch him. Head to head nothing in it but. The same a finger can't floor a player. Can you take that hook out your mouth because I need it for the next gullibile samamyarse backer. He's a cheat end of. I thought the line would have snapped if it was Timalloy that bit. But you are lightweight daz lol.

Some people are never going to praise Fleck. He played well yesterday when he came on and was looking to get things going. Get off the poor lads back and start supporting him. Or do you all want Charlie Adam the second? For him to go be a superstar elsewhere. Cause it'll happen.

Steven.

Believable12 Unbelievable1

Him and Hemmings look like the future for us.

Frustrates me how we just write off players who have never been given a chance. Fleck for example. Guys never had a run of games his whole time at the club! Can't stick someone on as a sub every 10 games and expect them to develop. Healys another one. Give him 5 games in a row and see how he does. Also guys like Hutton and Kerkar have barely had the chance to show what they can do.

All these guys could be great but haven't been given the proper oppurtunity.

Rossco Cyprus Bear

Believable8 Unbelievable0

Another thing is these guys need to be played in their position when they get a chance. Look at Charlie Adam. We stuck him left mid and never played him through the middle and look at him now

Agree3 Disagree0

The problem with Fleck is the Rangers staff don't know his position. Blue4ever

Agree6 Disagree0

And that he's mince...

Agree0 Disagree1

Kerkar looks quality, quick, skillful and a hammer left foot. Give him a game Ally.

Agree0 Disagree0

Exactly! Play Fleck 5 full games in a row as a striker or in the hole and i bet he'd come good!

Just had a wee look at the December fixtures, and despite another poor home result feel confident. I can see the chasers dropping more points than us in the run up to the " great darkheid Turkey shoot ". No problems that I can see, Rangers 'Til I die

Believable3 Unbelievable1

20 Nov 2011 12:57:42
I think it's more a case of Rangers not finding top form yet, we know Rangers can destroy teams and score alot of goals we seen it at the end of last season. The great thing is we're still unbeaten and that's with grinding out results. We should sign Sone Aluko, players with pace who like to take people on is the kind of players we need to provide the spark.

We are the people!

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Were nothing without naisy

Nothing without Naisy? After one bad result? Caused by international break and 4 first teamers missing.

Gotta love all these Sceptic fans coming on thinking they have the league in the bag after Rangers draw a game. Still 10 points behind and they're bragging and boasting, what a load of stoaters. I have to say though, immediate impressions of Bedoya and McKay are that they are s**te. Would rather give the youth's a chance than these guys, maybe they will prove me wrong but i doubt it.

Gerry The Ger.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

I think they need a chance Gerry its like the 3rd game in a country they are new too, its not excuses but every player can take time to settle. the whole team did not look good yesterday, Goian had his worst game, Davis and Jelavic both looked bad as well, understand where you are coming from but lets wait and see. Blue4ever

Agree2 Disagree0

Lol Gerry give youth a chance.... Dont you mean you cant afford any better than the dross youve got so its now time to give youth a chance! Bet you didnt say that when murray was splashing the cash he stole from hmrc!

Obviously this is a post from one of these clackerbags and no name as per usual.

I think you'll find we're 10 pts clear of the mhanky mob and thats with the so called dross we have playing for us. Doesn't really say much for your team numbnuts does it? Posts like that just show how bitter and unintelligent you are un-named poster.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree2 Disagree0

I see your point Blue4ever but these guys have been here for a few months now so its about time they were stepping up to the plate. Agreed the whole team performed badly yesterday but i'll be glad when Wylde and Wallace are back to provide a bit of pace and width.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree2 Disagree0

To the person that slated Gerry's give youth a chance and the comment about Murray, shut up and stop being ridiculous, think your lot are a shining example or something. Gerry good point made again. Blue4ever

Right let's get real. Rangers havnt played great football all season. In actual fact any nutrual would find there recent results as lucky. Any rangers fan who thinks there playing brilliant has to be kidding themselves on. Look at the possesion of other teams playing against yous. Celtic have been poor this season but seam to be finding the form. The 28th of december is going to be a belter.

Believable2 Unbelievable7

We're undefeated pal. Get it round you.

Agree5 Disagree0

Aye we were "lucky" to pump u lot 4-2...lucky it wasn't 6! No 1 has been good enough to get 3 points against us... The only thing that I'm worried about is we seem to b flat after international matches, 1st St Mirren n now St Johnstone but hey ho even the CHAMPIONS have an off day. Away n blow smoke up Lemmons ar#e u silly wee bhoy. We r champions 4a reason, thereason being we r the best team in Scotland

The Fifer

Agree4 Disagree0

They certainly have not played great football, but.........they have 39 from 45 points and are unbeaten. Why do gullible celtic fans assume they are going to win the remaining old firm matches?

Agree2 Disagree0

You never do play great football every week, no team does they all have blips look at Man U and Barca. But fed up hearing about how Rangers have never played well, look at the fir park game very good performance, 2nd half against Celtic again very good and there has been others. Let's chill, yes yesterday was bad but positively you can't do any worse might be the wee kick up the arse we need. Blue4ever

Alejandro Bedoya is a centre attacking midfielder not a winger, he looked really comfortable and solid running through the middle and isolated on the wing. He made one stride through the middle and was unlucky not to score or win a penatly. Juanma Ortiz is a natural RM he should have played there and Fleck should get a game more often.

Believable4 Unbelievable4

Fleck is rank

Agree4 Disagree8

Mate I think you will find if u were actually at the game of watching it on yer laptop it was clear to see that when fleck came on he made a difference, not a big one but he managed to do more in those 15 mins than bedoya did in the whole game, his passing was crisp was looking to take a dig and in my opinion should b getting more game time at the moment, now I don't mean to start him every game but I feel given a run he can start to show what he has to offer
