If king does (finally) take over I will buy a season ticket, staying away just now because had more than enough. How many others feel the same? Might be worth putting a poll on this one!?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'm the same my son and me stopped going this season it doesn't make us any less of a supporter I just don't have the money to line the pockets of the people who were ripping our club off
I believe there are a lot of supporters who feel the same

Agree0 Disagree0

King in charge would be a good thing in my opinion but before i renew my ST Ally will have to be relieved of his managerial duties i'm afraid its all or nothing for me

I totally respect how many fans have shown there distrust and dislike of the running of our great club, personally i'm just glad I still have a team to come up to support, I probably only make about 20 games a season, but could never forgive myself if something terminal happened to Rangers ( and let's face it we've been close) and I hadn't made the most of what we have. WATP

Agree0 Disagree0

I never renewed because of the manager & the board.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry Soton Bear but we may not be terminal at this moment but we are on life support and it is only a mater of time before we become terminal especially if the Easdales keep control we need some major surgery to cut the cancer out of our club yes its risky and that surgery may kill us but it may cure us and if it kills us at least it will be quick and painless.

carrying on the way we are is nothing short of a slow lingering painful death living from hand to mouth month to month, it makes no difference how much money we put in as this regime will find a way of siphoning it out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Me, 1&2 I'm with you guys good post!

Agree0 Disagree0

N4 ime with you mac at first i gave super the chanc to prove himself but he ain't got it i will be back if dave king gets involved

Agree0 Disagree0

Lochaberbear drop the doctor talk jesus christ man!!! And when you talk of the death of our club so flippantly i think u need to give yourself a shake. I We sould be doing everything we can to save our club not saying if dave king doesn't get control then we will die and that's that. Absoulte disgrace post from you!!!!!!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I totally agree. I woould buy a season ticket in a heartbeat if the club changed hands. It's not just Dave King. George letham, Paul Murray & Douglas Park are all in it. They have the clubs interest at heart. I had to make a stand this year and give up my season ticket beacuse of the way the club was run. Ally has not picked the best team available to him and is his own worst enemy. McLeod should be playing in the middle with whom. I don't know as Law, Black, McCulloch etc are not up to it.

Agree0 Disagree0

All those saying they'll be back if King gets in, as far as am concerned your no more welcome than the players who all deserted us in our hour of need.

Lochabear: A very philosophical view of our current situation, however, overdone it a bit with the medical slant.

Agree0 Disagree0

N10 g4ry so what your saying is us fans that don't like feeding the robbers are not welcome in your eyes

What % of shareholders would Mike Ashaley need to get this EGM accepted?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

20 Oct 2014 17:14:27
They have to accept it if it is a properly formed request as it is requested by over 5% of the shareholders, ie himself. If the board refuse it they have to have a vdery good reason or it will end up in court

Agree0 Disagree0

So anyone at any point can request and EGM if they own more than 5%??? are you sure???

Agree0 Disagree0

That's correct. Remember the travails Paul Murray et al had to go to last year to get their EGM request signed by 5%? Then they accepted it being put off as being close to the AGM

King jets in to ibrox today. keith jackson of daily record saying its a done deal with most of board. which is enough. only prob being is the easdales with there 26%proxy. which would blow king out the water, and that's without ashleys 9%. surley king must have forseen this?just hope he's got an ace up his sleave.

Agree0 Disagree0

Keith Jackson said months ago that he had it on good authority that BP / Margarita were ready to sell. That's the type of ace I think he'll need up his sleeve.Who knows ? Just want it sorted.

Agree0 Disagree0

I would assume those shares from bp/margarita wouldn't be cheap as they know how much theyd be worth in a power struggle. but also its not to say that if ashley easdales cutt off king, that support further reduces at ibrox and ashleys tills stop ringing hence the shares nose dive. better they take a deal now from king, if that is the case than don't sell and have shares that aren't worth the paper they are writen on

Agree0 Disagree0

Keith jackson has claimed a lot over the piece, better just waiting till everything is done and dusted !!!

I take it the replies have just been added to the wrong post here Ed?

Always so sad when someone so young passes away. Hope young kal has plenty of support at this difficult time. Thoughts go out to him and the family of the young woman.

With Daly being good in the air and Miller having some pace I think they could form a strike force together.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Johncs Daly good in the air do you ever go to a game neither him or Boyd can get off the ground

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree mate i think big daly is decent in the air and i have to be honest big boyd has beens hocking since his return. Even his goal yesterday was a mistake by the keeper. I would start daly and miller up front. I think they would be a better partenership.

Big Daly USED to be great in the air,but I think he's finished since his last injury.I read he can't train properly either, young Clark got a raw deal getting benched to make way for Miller, that's McCoist for you,he's got his favourites and that's that. Daly,Boyd, and Miller all over thirty therein lies the problem.

Cooper boy: No I don't go to the games but have always felt Daly was handy in the air.

Agree0 Disagree0

GKK Miller was great on saturday and he still has it. His touch was great and movement was the best I've seen for a while. Miller is a far better player than clark (even tho i like clark) so i don't understand what your argument is mate

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Oct 2014 14:00:47
For some reason McCoist doesn't rate Templeton over ninety minutes.I'd love to see him getting a run in the side on the left.It looks like Ally won't shift Black to play Mcleod in centre midfield,so I'd like Temps left with Mcleod in the hole behind Clark with his pace and Boyd.

Agree0 Disagree0

Young Clark was unlucky to be dropped from the team but have to say Kenny Miller played well and was worth his place, maybe Clark and Miller up front as a pairing may work why Boyd or Daly are up there baffles me as we don't posses a decent crosser of a ball maybe pace would be an option and even in his twilight years Miller is still quite nippy.

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Oct 2014 15:07:13
Well read it then rossw01 my point, not argument, is I think young Clark did well when miller was injured, and deserved to stay in the team. You have your view and I have mine. Each his own mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

GKK When i said argument you surley knew i meant debate. You are trying to make a case for clark being in the team and my point/argument was that miller is a better player and showed this on Saturday therfor mccoist made the correct decision in putting him back in the team. Play the game mate

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Oct 2014 16:23:40
@5 Even though I think Clark deserved to keep his place,I've got to concur,Miller did have a good game. He's lost that wee yard of pace he relies on,and it was Raith Rovers, but he was good.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk miller will get that yard back as he works his socks off eh i also think we will see daly being moved into the defence in the not to distant i also think its just unlucky on clark but we all know super has his favourites and nothing will ever change in that sense
