Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

20 Sep 2015 17:57:51
It is getting tougher now because of teams digging in and trying to catch us on the break, which almost worked for Dumbarton.

The good news is that my three bets are still standing and The Famous Glasgow Rangers are still creating new records.

20 Sep 2015 20:25:11
Ha ha Aye Ready, all you bears getting exited about beating part time teams, your team is already a whole year behind schedule, remember you were all boasting "of the journey back to the big league" FOUR years ago. Still I suppose a year late is ok in all your eyes, and please do not be so cocky about your bets, the referees cannot keep helping your team in EVERY game with penalties and sendings off, eventually fair play rules will come in, even for your team. lol

{Ed039's Note - Its a conspiracy, I knew it all along, I just needed someone with the sort of unbiased assessment of Timalloy to confirm it for me)

20 Sep 2015 21:01:20
Timalloy Ally McCoist Put us three years behind schedule. Mark Warburtons already done more in the short time he's been here. I know your running Scared pal. I would Concentrate on winning your own league this season though. I would hate for anything to happen to Delia before We get our hands on you again.

20 Sep 2015 23:04:21
The Arrogant " Entitlement " Attitude Brigade are a year behind .. A Top 6 finish would be an accomplishment for Scotland's 13th placed Team

21 Sep 2015 00:15:29
Starting to get to you stef are we.

21 Sep 2015 08:29:16
Henderson it's as plain as the nose on your face mate, he's worried alright

21 Sep 2015 00:25:29
Did people never consider the fact that it just might have been a penalty and a sending off? Larky Bear is right. We almost made it back in 3 years despite Ally and his incompetence. Stuart Mccall was on a hiding to nothing and did ok with what he had to work with. But this guy Warburton is something else. He's brought a whole new philosophy and a belief that we can beat anyone. We've said it before - we can only beat what's put in front of us.

Every manager we've faced this season (except big bitter Una) has raved about how we were light years ahead of anything in the division. Which means? That's right, we are more than capable of playing in the top flight. This team will only get better. St Johnstone will know all about it on Tuesday. I hope Delilah hangs on for us coming back. I've a feeling that's not going to happen though.

21 Sep 2015 09:31:09
Dimalloy, I know you are getting on a bit, but please learn to count. You should find that 4 years ago, we were actually in the so called 'big league'. Your arrogance along with your ahem knowledge, will surely find you out.

21 Sep 2015 09:41:04
Tim o'tei and steff got to admire your flannel (if you own one) you think your mob are Head and Shoulders above the rest, your form against the Sheep Dipped and they took you to the cleaners, if your Shower Gel you may hold on to second this season but I wouldn't hold my breath, except at celtic park of course, Roll On next season we will bring a breath of fresh air to the premiership. Sure Your sweating alright Matey's not a good thing may I suggest you get a lifebhoys.

21 Sep 2015 10:01:19
brilliant post sotonbear cheered me up. the bhoys can't take the hint, tim o'tei, priceless.

21 Sep 2015 10:07:16
AH the chuckle brothers at it again their team win yesterday and they come on here and talk about the Teddy Bears brilliant, Is that fear I smell, PS, NOTE to ed, ban these 2 clowns

21 Sep 2015 13:01:28
Stef: Keep telling yourself we're the 13th best team in Scotland and you do, bit misleading, think we're maybe 8th or 9th right now.

21 Sep 2015 17:51:03
Scotjo, you will still be the 13th placed until promotion is achieved ..Points deduction due to Dodgy Dave's handling of numbers could be in the pipeline with not enough cash to make it to Xmas never mind the end of the season!

21 sep 2015 19:27:43
steffantos, why the big concern about the glasgow rangers, when your lot have 1 win from 30 champion/europa league games away from home, do we worry you?

21 Sep 2015 20:33:46
Steffantos: In your dreams, where is all this deduction rubbish coming from? forgot you were running Scottish football.

21 Sep 2015 23:50:29
Friends & Family in High Places.......14th floor anaw!

22 Sep 2015 12:19:49
Timmalloy these same referees are doing alright by your lot eh?

22 Sep 2015 12:23:14
Steffantos, your obsession with our club is admiral, but now I think it's time you came out the closet. I know it will be hard for you at first, but once you come clean you'll notice the difference, just gather family friends and tell them come clean and just say, "I LOVE THE GLASGOW RANGERS". believe me the world will seem a better place than that dark place your in just now.

22 Sep 2015 15:15:10
Steffantos so going by your reckoning your team is the second best in the country

22 Sep 2015 17:19:49
thebear82, It sure is you can't lie with statistics at present so congratulations on your observational award for the week!

20 Sep 2015 17:17:45
Hi Bears. Any thoughts on the team MW should put out against St. Johnstone on Tuesday night? From what I've seen, the like of Tavernier, Wallace, Mackay, Halliday and Waghorn are no-brainers to start. I'm not sure about Miller, Clark and Law as to whether they should start. Centre backs any two from Wilson, Keirnan and Ball and the loanees Oduwa and Zelalem too.GK OK too. I suppose the green half are going to win the Europa League now following Dundee's capitulation today. Aberdeen 8 out of 8 and I must say are impressive. Roll on Tuesday night.

20 Sep 2015 19:19:39
Doiger whatever team takes to the park I think the critical thing is to stick to our own game. Win lose or draw I really hope we stick to what we have been doing. Passing, keeping possession and going forward with drive and purpose from the first whistle.

Rangers are a joy to watch playing this system. There will be setbacks no doubt about it, but I think most fans would agree this is the way forward for Rangers now regardless of the opposition.

20 Sep 2015 21:23:33
boys your both correct and there will be a setback or 2 but heads down and charge its great the most of the headlines are now about the fitba

21 Sep 2015 13:09:45
Aberdeen have started well, I reckon they could improve on last year's performance and get within 15 points by end of the season. It would be hilarious to see the arrogant mob capitulate to Aberdeen, unfortunately even they are not that bad.

20 Sep 2015 15:04:45
No sign of Allan again for Celtic must be injured, wouldn't get into our team either silly wee bhoy lol

20 Sep 2015 18:03:01
He's injured

20 Sep 2015 21:12:33
Still going on about him. It must of cut you deep that one.

20 Sep 2015 21:24:24
who is he where did he come from

20 Sep 2015 23:09:50
I remember the bears all singing & dancing thinking SB was headed to Ibrox also. Check it on youtube. The same section that were all waving there Red CARDS to LIQUIDATION. How did that work out?

21 Sep 2015 08:36:16
Aye a lucky escape that one right enough we could have been lumbered with him. As it turned out though we got the better player in Kevin Thompson who proved as much in the head to heads against Brown. Every cloud eh?

21 Sep 2015 00:31:07
It's funny how a win brings people out the woodwork and into a magnificent obsession - the most successful football club in the world.
How did the sheep get on today?

21 Sep 2015 00:32:34
Who's SB? A slip of the brain maybe?

21 Sep 2015 13:16:02
SB is the most over rated midfielder in Scotland. Poor player, who apparently could have doubled the price Celtic paid for him by going to Newcastle shortly after joining the piggies. He is so good, he still plays in Scotland, in the 'big league' btw.

19 Sep 2015 23:49:45
Two nervy games back to back but in those games we have been kicked, shoved and booted.

Not a problem, if truth be told, we are in a lower division with lower refereeing standards, so we cannot expect all the kicks and elbows to be noticed.

We should have had a penalty within the first minute, but hey that's life - and really Dumbarton took the the game to us, so they did, yes indeed.

But the best thing about this game was that we did not falter, we did not capitulate and we did not lose!!

This was a game, as was the last, that we would and should have lost, without a doubt, when Ally was manger and those that came 'after' him.

But please give credit to this team, especially under duress, that they can eke out a win when playing 'cup ties'.

Onwards and upwards - whose next??

20 Sep 2015 06:48:07
I don't know about them taking the game to us with a fleet of buses parked outside their 18 yard line. 5 at the back, 4 in the middle and 95% of the game in their half.

I reckon McKay has more of the beating of the fullbacks than he gives himself credit for and should cut inside more and have a go at goal. He has the makings of a Scottish Hazard and can definitely dominate games more. Miller out wide doesn't add much value and not his natural role and Zelalem is a class act. 40 goals this season and not one header. I wonder what Derek Johnstone makes of that statistic.

20 Sep 2015 08:12:26
Kfraser watching young McKay I've often felt the same way. A vast improvement from previous seasons but perhaps a wee bit more belief in himself to just have a pop now and again instead of laying it of all the time. I don't want to be too critical of him though as I think he's an important player for us. If he could just add that goal threat to his game as the season goes on I think we'd have a star in the making.

20 Sep 2015 08:36:07
Kfraser. Aye this is the same Barrie McKay that Ally sent out twice on loan. Mark and Davie have come in, assessed the squad, made a number of significant signings (every one a success - how many managers can say that?) along with 3 fantastic loan deals and, guess what? Barrie is still an automatic pick and has been outstanding. I've said it before the lad is class and surely a future Scotland international

20 Sep 2015 12:34:17
The loans have obviously done him well

20 Sep 2015 13:12:42
No Cee, I sincerely believe he is being coached in the correct manner, now. We had several young players, no longer with the club, that had ability that was just needing developed.

20 Sep 2015 21:29:47
ur spot on billy an its great how everyone gets game time and are taught to play real football the correct way compared to what macoist subjected us to

21 Sep 2015 18:50:03
2 nervy games but 6 points.no matter what we still win...win ugly if need be.u can't win every game in style but good teams win ugly.maybe drop a couple of points this year.maybe 6 or 7 but think that be it.
