Everybody knows we were bang average today but here’s a question for all of the numbskulls. Would any sane bears fan on here rather we played like Barcelona and lost? If the answer is no then be quiet and stop moaning. Guys wanting players sold etc. Away game monkey off our back today and hopefully gives us the boost we need to kick on. Rangers of the previous 3 or 4 seasons would have probably drawn or even lost!

Remember last season we pumped their goal for 88 minutes and got beat 2-0. Would folk prefer that happened because we “played good football”.

Should never have been signed again I was saying foe months. Especially with the baggage he brings with him and the trouble he cause at EVERY CLUB. he has played for even the bears legend Gattuso. Couldn't be bother with him and his jumping about. Respect the team. Respect the fans and especially respect the BOSS. I personally think rip his £20k a week contract up and send him out the gates never to return again. I know it's a bit strong especially seeing I'm from northern Ireland and have watched him pull on the green jersey a fair few times. Still never liked him for the green and white army. Plus I was born on paisley road west so the bears are my team.

I don't personally know Mr. Lafferty but when hearts bailed him out of his situation the penny should have dropped, obviously, he's the sort of guy who thinks he can get away with anything, massive gambling debts, less than normal behaviour behind his wife's back is Not the sort of character we need at our club, it's only a matter of time before he brings the club more embarrassment, I hope he realises how lucky he is to be given a second chance at Rangers, I hope the manager gives him a final warning as to his future behaviour, we have standards that must be upheld, We are Rangers.

I honestly don't think we will see him in the semi, if Gerrard does decide to play him I think he will put a lot of pressure on the likes of Kent, Candeias, Ejaria to really get up and support him. On the other hand he might just go with Kent Candeias and someone else just constantly interchanging in a front 3, it just really isn't ideal in any way.

Today we played poor but won and how many times did we used to do that when we were winning leagues for fun. in my opinion the pitch played a massive part as it clearly slowed the ball down on a pass and the players were hesitant in responding to the bounce. Too many players were slipping over and also hesitant in trying to slow and pivot in the motion of play. It does not excuse the sloppy passing that most of our outfield players were guilty of today. Still 3 points ana away win and bring on Thursday.

Blue nose, ask yourself, when did Rangers start to play? It was when it went 1-1, Gerrard and Mcallester need told that we play the same way away from home as we do at Ibrox. We went a goal up and that was it, shut the game down, pass the ball about our back four and sit deep. We won 4-1 but we tried our best to win just 1-0. Gerrard is going to cost us this league if he doesn't wake up soon.

Katic did have a nightmare but i'm not frightened to point out, so did Tav. 2 penalties doesn't excuse his all round play, his final ball was atrocious. On the other hand Ryan Kent had another good game, his commitment was obvious for all to see.

I disagree with those who say the pitch hasn't been to blame. Plastic pitches should be banned and why officials allow teams like Hamilton to hack down players with atrocious tackling is beyond me. Still, a 4-1 win is good when playing badly. We are only 2 points behind the unwashed and we can push on. Give Rossiter a chance and I think Ejaria is pure class.

Can't blame New Douglas Pk surface for this ****. Rangers and Katie are dross. No fight, no skill, no desire. Only blameless player is Morelos. If we play like this gains Tim's well get humped but nice to get 2 pens which is unusual. If I knew refs Lodge I'd buy him a pint. But final score belies Rangers overall poor display. We need steel in midfield and better CH.

Andy walker is a moron, both were stone wall pens. The first one the player leans in with his arm to stop it going past him, if he doesn't do that rangers score. The 2nd might have been accidental but its still a foul whether its accidental or not. You can hear the anguish in his voice😂👍.

Not good enough. Rossiter was poor today. Couldn't get any passes made. Defending on the 1-1 goal was atrocious. I don't know why a manager would mess with central defense with 15 minutes to play unless its an injury. Worrall wasn't settled on that goal either. Coulibaliy play was poor as well with his passes. Our season would be over without Morelos at the front. The score line doesn't reflect the game. We were fortunate.

It was rossiter's 2nd league start in two years, give him a chance. The defending for their goal wasn't great, but I don't think we were fortunate. The first pen, if the player doesn't lean in a stop it with his arm then the ball goes through to ejaria/ morelos ( can't remember who it was) and we score. Morelos finish was superb from another move where we cut them open. The 2nd pen was out of nothing but it was a pen whether or not its accidental, its still a foul. I thought we deserved our win👍. They pitches are a joke to try and play football👍.

Coldo, I agree and it was good to see Rossiter get game time and walking off, not limping off. Katic was very poor with his passing. Did you notice the fankle Goldson and Katic got into. If readers watch the Livingston goal exactly the same happened, except Livingston scored. Very poor display IMO. and why oh why wasn. t Penny booked at least once, particularly for the first penalty.

Blue north - totally disagree with your assessment on Rossiter- lad covered every blade and did a great job of screening the back 4 - lazy leg at 80 mins, but it was a piece of brilliance to score. We weren’t brave enough on the ball and didn’t get behind Hamilton enough . Should have gone 3-5-2, with full backs pushing on . 3 points and back in the mix with next 4 league games very winnable. Let’s get 3 points on Thursday which would almost guarantee qualification.

I have nothing against the Rossiter. Played great against Hibs and has struggled with fitness. He played deep infront of Katic and Goldson and to be honest the trio were a bit too keystone cops for defense even on a Scottish Premier league outfit. He played most of his passes backwards today and put our defenders under some unnecessary pressure with passes that were too soft. Any time he came out to the wings (to cover for Tavernier! ) he couldn't match the pace. Again I think he will come good, i just don't think he was good today. I thought the Accies chances were more dangerous than the ones we got, until the game was square at 1-1. I think Hamilton lost their nerve once they had tied it. Morelos came back into the midfield a few times in the game and was able to make through balls (especially Kent's and eventually his own goal) that Ejaria, Coulibalily Rossiter and Kent were unable to provide throughout the game. The midfield need to be much better than this!

If anyone says on here, after watching the first half an hour of our game against hamilton,
that we don't need a steven davis type in our midfield, then they honestly need their head looked! We've created absolutely nothing in midfield and katic has never passed to a blue jersey, all game!

Absolutely shocking again today, Goldson and katic have been woeful the only 7s I would give today are McGregor and Kent for his go all the rest don't even deserve a 5. The away form is ridiculous and Gerrard better get his finger out, I would point out that the semi final is basically an away game so I wouldn't be holding my breath for a result there either, shocking.

I think we will be fine at Hampden. Big park with big support . What gets me is there doesn't seem to be any ball booting getting done in the away games. I've noticed at the away games the management are not out screaming at them like at ibrox. Players are going through the motions and don't seem to improve as the game goes on. Same bad play all game and have been dreadful .

Well I suppose you have a point there due to the support we will have at Hampton. Your right though, I don't understand why Goldson and Katic were allowed to send long aimless passes forward all day without being given a dressing down. Rositter after being out for so long should never have started an away game on a plastic pitch which you knew would be a tough sticky type of game. It's weird we won 4-1 but for me that only papers over such a poor performance nobody in midfield took ownership and responsibility to control the game and the overall passing was horrific Morelos and Kent really didn't get into the game and even when they did there was no imagination from anyone to make something happen. The positive is that we have taken the 3 points and got an away win but a better team would probably have cuffed us today.

Blue berry over the moon with the win but I think it again was a dreadful away performance which everyone is getting frustrated about. Anyway 9 points from next 3 games and a semi final win to look forward too. By the end of the year we will all be very happy with where we are in the league.

To be fair I posted that at 1 each and I wasn't particularly speaking about Morelos as he wasn't getting the ball and I can't really give someone a good rating if they havnt had the ball I am not saying he played badly I am saying we didn't get the ball to him enough, most of the time he gets the ball he uses it well so it's not Morelos and Kent I am getting at it. The point is the performances away from home are terrible nobody can disagree with that, yes we won today but your not going to be awarded 2 pens in a few mins in most away games, the level of performance was terrible we were lucky to win and of course the 3 points are the most important thing that performance was not a one off though, that's my worry plastic pitch or not. Just to add I like Morelos I think without him we lose so much from the team that's why I want to see him on the ball.

I know this has been said many times but today is definitely a must win! Gerrard has been a breath of fresh air for the club, but the longer he goes without an away win in the league, the more the pressure will build on him and the team. Especially (with all due respect) against teams like Hamilton who will be relegation fodder. You are absolutely right Dunoonbluebear. After today and next week's cup games we have league games against Kilmarnock, St Mirren, Motherwell and Livingston. Surely 12 points must be the target from these four games which could see us in the top two? Also, Hearts have to play Hibs and Celtic in the next couple of weeks. The table should make interesting reading by the end of November!
