with Georges revelations

Green did, nt need to con Whyte
it was all pre planned

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Most of it is on tape.

i think green has looked to shaft whyte in the process of whytes 25% of IPO money (£4m) - and hence charlotte and here tapes have appeared to muudy waters and undermine greens getaway

but there are 500million fans world wide, so no where to hide.

The penny drops at last. All the bullcr*p about green conning whyte was just a story spun to make green seem like the goodie getting one over on the baddie whyte. It was pure panto and so transparent that only a willingly gullible fan base would ever have believed it. The "revelations" on here recently read like rip van winkle's astonishment when he finally woke up.

Further to the announcement on 21 August 2013, the Board has been in continual discussions with representatives of the group who requisitioned (together the "Requisitioners") a general meeting to consider the proposed resolutions as detailed in the announcement on 2 August 2013 ("General Meeting"). One of the aims of these discussions has been to avoid the need for a General Meeting, at this time, and the associated unnecessary cost and disruption to the Company of convening two meetings, a General Meeting and then the Company's Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held in October 2013, in short succession.

The Board has secured the written commitment from the Requisitioners that they accept the validity and logic of this view and the Company and the Requisitioners are now exploring the mechanics of rolling the business of the General Meeting into the business of the Annual General Meeting, on the understanding that an agreement will be reached on the terms upon which this will be done, by the close of business on 27 August 2013. Failing such agreement being reached by this time, the Board will be required to send notice to shareholders to convene the General Meeting by no later than 30 August 2013.

Accounts are coming, they will precede the AGM, this agreement actually makes sense, it would be impractical to have an EGM and then follow it with the AGM,

JG

Believable0 Unbelievable0

JG audited accounts. doubt it. maybe unaudited accounts more likely

Note: £150k to host meeting, and board cannot afford to host two in same month.

thats all we need to know. cookie jar is empty folks. next step is sale of assets and lease bank, in order to make it to end of season.

If we beat Berwick in the chip shop cup we have drawn queen if the south in the next round, if ally loses to them 2 years running in the same cup he should be sacked, in fact if we don't win the chip shop cup he should be sacked.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Sounds a bit fishy to me if we don't win it with our squad doug t. s. o

As I previously mention not that clued up on boardroom procedures and I haven't checked the web either just though it might be a good topic and the fellow gers fans who are clued up about it might enlighten the few?

What are the implications of having both meetings at the same time? Can the requisitioners still force the removal of the nominated board members?

Will the shareholders who attend (any idea of how many can or need to attend?) be able to take to the floor and ask specific questions and will the board be duty bound to comply and respond?

Will the accounts need to be signed off and produced at the meeting and will the shareholders have a chance to check them out prior to the meeting taking place

Is there a time limit on seeing the accounts and do the board have to respond to specifics?

If the requisitioners force the changes required will the shareholders have any other powers at the meeting and if the changes go through are they immediate?

These are just some of the question and I am certain there will be many more just wondered if any fellow supporters knew a lot more than me in regard to the above topics!

I think sack the board might need to come into the equation and then this lot will be removed but we the fans NEED to voice our concerns and keep voicing them until something changes, the more fans that agree then let's get to the meeting at the stadium and show solidarity with George and the other decent posters and fans.

Spread the news and tell the people!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

This may answer some of your questions

The AGM (annual general meeting) of a company is an annual meeting open to all holders of shares that bring a right to vote at such meetings. This usually means the holders of ordinary shares.

At an AGM shareholders can vote on a number of resolutions. These are usually proposed by the directors, but shareholders with sufficient voting power (alone or in combination) can put forward their own.

The most important resolutions are usually those appointing (or removing) directors. Other important resolutions may include:

approving directors' remuneration
authorising the directors to issue allot unissued shares
authorising purchases of the company's own shares to create holdings of treasury shares or to return capital.
There are also AGM resolutions that are almost always formalities - such as to receive the accounts.

Don't think that last one will be a formality somehow

Fellow rangers fans have you read "THE STATEMENT" released by the club?

Now I don't know a great deal about boardroom protocols and stock exchange rules and regulations, so if I am incorrect in any details about the process please accept my apologies.

I will try and give you my interpretation of what the statement says! The main crux that seems to come out of the message is cost, disruption and adding more members to the current board, I will try and give MY opinion on these items and see what transpires.

They quote massive cost, and a huge drain on resources? let's pin these ones down. The massive cost of £150k to stage an EGM at the stadium is farcical and without merit. We currently have 3 suites within the stadium that could quite easily hold this EGM the only cost would be on security? Now I am not suggesting for a second GARRION SECURITY would make a vast profit by supplying manpower to this function, but bearing in mind Stockbridge and Chico own this company! The drain on resources is very easily explained apart from the obvious missing millions! Stockbridge has already made a near whole department redundant so they would need to be replaced by sub contractors! I wonder what company or consultants would be used to supply and source this massive drain on resources!

The disruption would only be to the existing board and senior management as they would have to actually turn up at the meeting and face the music.

The next issue I have is trying to increase the current board! They really do have a brass neck! We are trying to get rid of this lot.

And finally the rhetoric that is coming from traynor and his team show a complete lack of class and if they could get any further up Mathers a**e it would be embarrassing! I mean they are actually trying to fool all of the people all of the time.

So does this give them more time to hide details and continue with the "great stadium robbery" looks like it me.

And just a quick message to George after some consultation with my agent I have managed to find the time to attend the Friday meeting I have also asked all my friends to spread the news and TRY and get to at least one of the planned meetings I will also be very happy to donate to George's expenses bill for his printing costs etc so I think we should create a just giving page, I will discuss with you at the meet anybody else willing!

George, thanks for this, it makes for a chilling read indeed. However, there is virtually nothing in your account that is not already widely known to anyone who has any curiosity about what is really going on at ibrox. Sorry, but I had expected some sort of new revelations from the way you've been going on. One question for you: why on earth didn't you post this BEFORE the STs were all bought up, just a few short weeks ago? What were you waiting for?

For fellow Bears, just go to scribd and type "Rangers and the" The full link didn't work for me but this did.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey George just seen your flyer about the Rangers scam on scribd totally agree with everything you said. It all really hit home how fly they are when stockbridge held up a folder and says that's proof we have the deeds. Its blatantly obvious Ally and Walter knew all along what was going on and said nothing so they could make sure we would buy season tickets and make sure they had plenty of money to pay Ally and his incompetent management team. I have said this plenty of times on this site and been called timmy at every oppertunity. As for the fans groups they are a absolute disgrace they get the chance to ask the questions we need answers to yet all they ask is what is the criteria to get on the board. I know this sites monitered but that's not the point we need to do something now. As for telling us all we need to know is on the official website. It would be more productive to show us pictures of the deeds on the website rather than putting on nonsense about not believing what the record or any other anti rangers thing says about us. Bet big jabba is the leak to the record

I've just watched ally mccoist on stv sport asking for clarification on the rules for betting. I think the rules are in black and white, it's not allowed, for him to wave a piece of paper with "over 100 names of players and officials that his team flung together" is churlish and misguided. Rules are rules and anyone breaking them should be pulled up. This is turning into his " tell me their names" quote. Unbelievable

@1 Good one, that made me laugh right out loud. Nice parody of an insanely paranoid angry man.

Agree0 Disagree0

I remember in the 60 s 3 players were done for match fixing, the players were I think bronco laine, ex celtic keeper dick beattie I think and maybe someone else could help me with the 3rd player, think all 3 were banned for life, this was a lot more serious than putting a line on in the bookies doug t. s. o

Agree0 Disagree0

Op here, I'm not talking about Black, I'm asking why does Ali not know the rules that are adhered to, why ask for clarification on a rule that is known. If Black and any other player from any other club has broken the rules then the have to face up to that to. My point is Ali waving pieces of paper, there's over a hundred names here. That does not change the fact rules have been broken and as a manager he should know the rules, not need clarification because one of his team has been caught.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 have a serious ord with yourself, not saying he's the only one but he's been found out, don't think he's the brightest, it's not because he's a Ranger and your not being picked on, it's Black's problem.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi George.
Just viewed yourcdocument on Scribd.
I'll be there tomorrow as I'm off on holiday.
There are six of us coming up from Ayrshire.

I think Mr McColl and co suspect the same and that's why they want a "look under the bonnet". It may well be too late already but I'll give you my ear for now. Better to try something than do nothing at all. Hopefully we'll get to talk tomorrow in the meantime can I offer my thanks for your efforts. See you tomorrow mate.
RTID

Agree0 Disagree0

@1, do you not care that Black bet against the team paying his wages?

Agree0 Disagree0

Watched ally mccoist, waving that paper, unbelievable, is he admitting he does not understand the rules, he's the manager its his job to make sure his players understand the rules, how can he do that if he does'nt know them himself, he is showing his ignorance.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 black was dropped in it by bis bookie but ask yourself one question how would you feel if you bet on a horse that lost and found out the jockey had bet the horse would lose you would be screaming blue murder

Agree0 Disagree0

Dear God, here we go again Ally this Ally that, embarrassment this and that. It's really quite simple, he is saying that there are a hell of a lot of pros betting freely and without repercussion. Yet Black is highlighted NOW!

The timing is sus. I'm not a Black fan and if he was betting on his own teams then this is immoral. As for betting on any other game well unless there is a group of out there throwing games that is all the governing bodies should be looking at.

For me once again it shows this governing body are a joke!

Black betting on his own teams should see him kicked out of Ibrox.

To the guy who posted this, I my friend agree with what you say but the bit I don't get is the board are open 2 blin coming in if they had anything 2 hide then they would fight this for all there worth, now mather & stockbridge met k. prior &this guy said he doesn't believe we are heading for admin 2 he was privy 2 the business plan &was happy with it, he also pulled no punches with cg & j mcoll. Now not for 1 minute do I know all the answers but I do know this stockbridge gave the sun a breakdown of what happened 2 the ipo &season ticket money, he says we have 10 mill in the bank so let's take it from there, now the wage bill according 2 stockbridge for all staff was 10 mill last season we have been told the wage bill has come down, we have 18 games left so let's say we make on each of these match days 300k on ticket sales &other matchday income that is another 5 mill quid coming in, we also have other revenue coming in which I couldn't give definite figures on but we have cider deal, sports direct deal & puma deal don't know who is creaming what of these deals but if mr blin gets in we will find out, now next season we will not have all the other costs that have been racked up from previous season & our season tickets will not be frozen don't know how much they will go up but it will add another few mill to season ticket sales, now this is why the other day I said it is important that superally gets a good squad in place just now playing together because then next season he won't have 2 bring in many players, just add a couple of good ones & the wage bill stays about the same, now george & other guys may know a lot more than me with what people have been up 2 at our club, but the fact mather & the other boardmembers want blin on board & not paul murray speaks volumes for me & the fact big dj wants murray on board says it all the big man disnae know his ars fae his elbow, I could be wrong with all this of course but as we know in the case of a boardroom fight all sort of dirt is thrown 2 drive the share price down so whoever wants control gets it for as cheap as possible & I have never known a boardroom fight like this 1 but the quicker it is resolved the better for all cheers, btw gaz call u your sunday name, u any idea who superally had on that list being an ex bookie, evens says you do

PS - Who is giving Rangers PR advice now that Media House aren't being used?

Can I as a Celtic fan applaud George for his passion for his club and genuinely hope he gets good support from your fans.
But sadly if the "realranger" is evident of most fans talk big and do little it is doomed to failure.
This chap has been on with facts and figures for some time now, yet little else.
yesterday 21/8/13 @ 19. 51 he stated "I will be there George with 2 friends.
later the SAME day 21/8/13 @23. 03 he posted
"work commitments mean I CANNOT attend"
Other fans have also posted "good idea, but cannot make it"
Unless all true RFC fans start protesting like George your club is doomed in the hands of guys whose only motive is greed.
To "realranger" and others I say talk is cheap, get up off your @rses and support true fans like George reclaim back his club. Timalloy

Well done to George for all the work and I for one hope it pays off.
Nobody needs to justify turning up/not turning up. Folk have commitments/families/work etc. I'm sure most folk will do what they can and granted there will be some who just post with no intention of turning up. There'll always be a few mischief makers on forums like this don't you agree?

Agree0 Disagree0

Sadly timalloy I do have to work and I am self employed so work commitments change sometimes on a daily basis thus the reason for me being unable to attend, but hey it's not really any of your business what rangers fans do or think you concentrate on your own club as you have your own issues. As for being on here for some time I have stated many, many facts that I know to be factually correct and needed to be put to the forum for real fans to either agree or disagree with it is a free country (I think) so thanks for your observations and I will be attending on the Tuesday will you be attending?

@1, 2, 3 the point I was making that if this was my club Celtic (God forbid) and a guy like George was as passionate, he would have 1000 tims standing shoulder to shoulder with him.
You can all make as many excuses as you want (and you ALL do that regularly) but if you care for your club you find time, leave work early, take a half day leave. Your own George is travelling from London and taking a WEEK off work, says a lot about him and sadly much more about all of you.
Timalloy

Agree0 Disagree0

@OP your correct mate- talk is cheap and we are good at bumping our gums on here but I hope George gets the support his passion and commitment deserves. And your point is well made Celtic fan's showed real passion for their club which we have not yet matched in terms of organised effective protest. In fairness timalloy I think you are being very harsh on R R he is usually one of the few fans on here who is clued into what's actually going on at Rangers and his posts reflect that. I am self employed also and in the current environment if you are offered work you must take it Regardless of anything else.
I too applaud George. At last someone is doing something other than talk but I still can't understand why 50000 people inside ibrox did nothing a fortnight ago. that's as pertinent a question that rangers fans need to ask themseleves as much as any other.

Good luck George and all those who. plan to join him

I appreciate that you miss us and need us back in your life so I understand your urgency. It's quite touching that you care so much ;0)
I do agree though, there's no way it would've taken you lot so long to get the finger out in this scenario. Just not as trusting (gullible) as us I suppose. Probably comes from years of thinking the world is against you with the sense if you don't stick up for yourself nobody will (that wasn't a dig by the way). Just think you lot are not as quick to assume the glass is half full. There's something to be said for a wee bit paranoia and a siege mentality I suppose.

Agree0 Disagree0

Timalloy you keep barking on about how great the celtic support were.
In 1991 the 'save our celts' started. Their first meeting had 20 people in a pub and the group ended 18 months later still with the old board there and in 1993 the 'celts for change' started up with 50 attending the first meeting.
Where were you all?
Bearing in mind this is a campaign that was started as a result of your barren years in 1989 and the removal of a board member. The following describes how the 'action' group were accepted

' In truth, the more established Celtic Supporters' Affiliation & Association groups were not that supportive at first with some unhelpful public comments from some leading members. There is a myth that the whole support was fully united against the old board. There really were differing viewpoints with a minority even still behind the old board. The 'Celts for Change' had to go through a lot to prove themselves for the majority to actually finally get behind them. '

Now bearing in mind that it was poor performances and financial mismanagement by your old board your club was only saved by money men 1994 minutes before administration.
A fitting exert should also be read

'The victory was sweet but there was a cost to the group organisers which the rest of us never knew. Taking in the amount of time and energy that the whole campaign and organisation took up, some members had to deal with personal costs and issues in terms of lost time with family but also damaged relationships with family and friends stemming from their work for the group. '
It has taken 19 yrs for a plaque to be sited remembering this action group.
Not quite your romantic hollywood type image of a 1000 tims shoulder to shoulder.

I am going to try my best to be there as my neighbour a ST Holder and Share Holder cannot make it. I think I might just leave my scarf at home!

CG has left rangers but he still has fingers in lots of pies. He is still a director of rangers retail, rangers media, rangers match day (?not sure that's the right name) ranges youth-so when we buy our new top or a ticket Charles big hands will still be taking a % of our money

Believable0 Unbelievable0

@op all sub company's have been dissolved apart from garrion security but I suppose you would have checked this out before posting

Agree0 Disagree0

@op the retail deal is between Ashley 51% and rangers 49% so I don't see how you think green has still got his fingers in any pies

Agree0 Disagree0

Starve him then. Don't buy and merchandise.

Blueice

Agree0 Disagree0

Asking to dissolve sub-company, and it happening two different things.

Secvo 5088 - sub company of TRFC was asked to be dissolved, and this has been challenged - hence it still exists - and whyte has claim over it.

Same with sub-companies. Green part of all of them, and gets juicy payoff from all which would appear in accounts - if only these sub-companies traded long enough. expect lots under column "set-up costs". which vanish into thin air.

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 so if there not dissolved then they will have to produce accounts well they will be due accounts just after we should release ours so we will see

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 also all sub company's say they have been listed dissolved and give dates so am pretty sure there dissolved go and check

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 also who would challenge these company's from being dissolved like whyte challenged sevco 5088

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 it's the other way around mate 51% owned by RIFC and 49% sports direct

As someone suggested earlier, bring back alex mcleish. mccoist has had his thirty pieces of silver, (and more!). mcleish is a man of stature, is well respected, has great contacts, works well on a budget, loves the club, and likes to play attractive football. bring him back!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Do you really want to upset the team that Ally is building?

Not a good time to change manager whilst RIFC goes through serious senior managerial change. No not a good time, indeed.

As an earlier post stated - Small steps before big steps. Let Mr McColl et al do their change management program before any other changes.

Matt Crozier

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 matt. we do not need to have the most expensive manager and backroom staff in scottish football to play where we are and build for the future. I do not include bonuses and free shares either! I don't see bringing in mcleish as upsetting the team at all. it would be a progressive move.

Agree0 Disagree0

There is always going to be the issue of McCoists salary being out there now anyway. Do you really think McCleish or whoever will accept having a wealth more experience but being offered less wages?
I feel Allys wages are a milstone around our neck in more ways than one. A precedent has been set that will not be so easy to overturn I think.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ally can take a pay cut - you do not have to cut him loose altogether. We have to see what he can do with his own handpicked side. If he does not come up to scratch, then let him go.

Very decent record as manager against one of Celtic's strongest ever sides with no big spending. Good international record, ie Scotland beating France in Paris. Took BCFC in the PL top 10 and won them a League Cup.

Big Alec is 10 times the manager Ally is and he wouldn't forever be bringing in yet more players to win a league Eck would romp with hie eyes shut on half the budget.

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 baybear. I think mcleish loves the club enough to see what we need to do to progress. it's not just the wages with mccoist. he was always a legend in my eyes, even though he backed whyte, but when we had the chance last year for the fans to have a voice in the running of the club, when there was only a couple of hundred season tickets sold, mccoist publicly backed green, then everyone bought their tickets. mccoist's reward?, the biggest salary in scottish football; a totally ludicrious and over the top bonus for winning the fourth tier in scottish football; and then the shares. how he had the brass neck to tell everyone to buy shares, as he was, when the ordinary punter was paying 69p per share more than he was, really stuck in my throat. when that came out, i'm afraid it was the last straw for me. if alex mcleish came back and brought us back to challenge in the top tier, then he knows that he would forever be looked on as a hero in the supporters eyes. sorry for the rant, but it's something I feel strongly about!

Agree0 Disagree0

Passing his shares across to the fan group would send the right message.

Agree0 Disagree0

@6 I don't disagree with you, just not sure if A) the time is right and B) if anyone (including Eck) is mental enough to want to manage this basket case of a club. My thinking is basically this. Love Ally for his playing days, think he's a garbage manager. Don't think he should be our manager but reckon there are bigger fish to fry at the moment. Do this and I'd be more than happy to have Eck replace Ally, with a basic wage appropriate to the level of football. Granted it will be higher that the Brechin manager etc as its a bigger job with bigger expectations. However it's never a 750k per year role, or whatever the overly inflated figure is.

Judge ally at end of this season

Op big eck plays attractive football? U obviously too young to remember when he was in charge because 100% it was not attractive football that is the worst post I have read on here in a long time and that's saying something

AS I SAID CAN YOU REPOST PLEASE ED?
ED. I am hoping to repost this every day till I leave to come up early Friday. Hope you can see into reposting Wednesday and Thursday and Friday I need as many Rangers Fans as possible to see it. Thanks-

This is for baybear larky etc Rangers Fans that have common sense regarding what is ACTUALLY going on a Rangers Football Club

Sick fed up trying to get posts past the ED's on here in which I detailed what has ACTUALLY been going on from the beginning SDM to CG the use of Duff and Pals to Blue Knights not being preferred bidder and CG and pals winning the end game.

I have posted ACURATE facts on all these goings on based on my PERSONAL involvement in the legal, admin and general tidying up stages of Company Sequestrations.

That and the fact I have friends I went to school with in 2 important areas regarding the Rangers 'heist'.

PF and Police, I AM NOT DOING THE 'MY BAST PALS AUNTIE KNOWS SNOWY THE DOG ROUTINE', THESE ARE PALS FROM SCHOOL AND UNI THAT HAVE JOBS IN THESE 2 IMPORTANT AREAS TO KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON.

I won't even attempt again trying to put facts and names even using ***** FED up as not being posted.

I AM F*****G SICK FED UP WITH THE WHOLE ROTTEN LOT OF THEM SO I HAVE PASSED THE FULL FILE OF FACTS OVER TO ONE OF THE PEOPLE CONCERNED AND THIS IS NOW BEING HANDED TO THE DR IN THE HOPE THE TRUTH COMES OUT AND AUTHORITIES CAN DO SOMETHING BEFORE THE END GAME AND 2ND ADMIN. WHICH IS 100% ALREADY IN MOTION.

THINK SDM- ANDREW ELLIS- CW- D&P -CG- RIGHT THROUGH TO THE CURRENT BOARD, ALL TRYING TO AVOID CLARITY AND OPEN HONESTY ON ALL THE FACTS WE NEED - ACCOUNTS - OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS - WHERE HAS £30m PLUS GONE?. THE 3 QUESTIONS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED AT THAT JOKE MEETING WITH THE 'FANS' GROUPS.

I REALLY HOPE THIS IS POSTED ED? REMOVE ANYTHING YOU FEEL WILL ALLOW THE MOST OF IT IF I HAVE SAID ANYTHING 'UNPOSTABLE?

BEEN TYPING THIS FOR A YEAR NOW GIVING UP. HOPING THE POWER OF THE PRESS WILL SAVE OUR CLUB BEFORE 2nd ADMIN AND POSSIBLE ASSET SALE DISASTER.

Yours as always in RANGERS. george

I have not told one lie or made anything up in this post for some personal reason on here I am just sick tired and totally ill with reading the numerous varying opinions on here some trust ally some trust CG others trust McColl others the Blue Knights. I AM FED UP FELLOW BEARS, THE PEOPLE DOING THIS ARE PRO's AND THE DIVISION OF OPINION IS FOR SURE 100% EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT AND NEED TO CARRY THIS OUT
