We are being taken for mugs by this board. The staggering incompetence in the boardroom is matched by the rubbish on the park. We are 1 of the biggest teams in Scotland with the least experienced manager in charge even clubs like Kilmarnock and Ross County have better and more experienced managers than us

Spot on trueblue. Mark Allan remains an enigma. He spent 5 months at the club before appointing a team of 5 people to lead recruitment and development of playing staff - this was done with a PR fanfare! Yet he remains silent over team performance, search for a manager, strategic direction of footballing matters, etc. Mark Allan is a light weight who is keen only to be exposed to fluffy feel good nonsense. When the proverbial hits the fan, he is posted MIA.

The real problem is we have no strength and depth throughout the squad, when our first 11 or there are suspensions the best we can offer is not up to the task, hogson Bates Kranjcar don’t even start me on rossiter or most of you have forgot about him, even Wee Holtie the Wee man gives 100% but simply not up to the standard gets bullied to easily, I’m struggling to find any positives here anyone?

Looking at are first 11 today that is a English league 1 side at best fodringham from Swindon tav couldn't get a game a Wigan then Wilson bates hodson that is so so weak for a rangers defence then young mcorie aside you got windass who is league one at best same with holt John couldn't get a game at Cardiff. Now I know we got injuries but that side today representing are club is no stronger than are team that one the championship this is are second season back in the top flight the squad should be looking loads stronger.

I'm fed up with murty already. Talking pish after the game about containing the mighty Kilmarnock. One thing I agree with him on is I'm astounded he got the job to. How many points dropped and shocking performances before the board do the inevitable?

What I don't understand is why sack Pedro to just give it to the under 20s coach for the rest of the season after all the money they backed Pedro with if we were not going to replace him with another top manager surley it would be better to give him untill the end of season to try turn it around then asses at end of season rather than just let murty do that. I know Pedro was not great but he dint lose at home to Hamilton and st Johnstone then away to Dundee and Kilmarnock murtys record must be the worst out of any rangers manager so far I can't remember loseing 4 out of 6 games that is just unthinkable for a club like ares.

Give murty a break! The majority of the blame lies with the board my friend! Murty is a good coach who's at the front line taking the brunt for this inept board of directors we've got! If murty brings in a no.2 with experience to work beside him, then this could still come good for murty as our manager! Give the guy a fighting chance for god's sake! The board are hiding behind murts! Its not fair on him!

Most of the signings haven't worked out although no question Dorrans and Jack were missed today. Posters who pointed this suspicion out months ago were told give them time to gel, get used to Scottish culture, the pace of the game, give them a break. I got a few insults hurled my way. What are those saying now? Probably nothing. We could have and should have signed a few damn good local players and we'd be a pretty decent team. I'd go so far as saying top.

Said exact same myself mate Pena, Herrera, dalcio, cardoso, and now candeias should all be moved on ASAP if there not interested - priorities should be signing younger players who want to play for rangers (likely local ) and who can make us a profit in the future. Hope someone can come in for the players and get them off the bill ( what numpty would take them though 🤔🤔

The best players in the world would struggle at rangers at the moment they don't know whether they are coming or going! Said it before and il say it again the way the club is being run and the media fueling the flames has taken a toll on the players on the park! Nothing against Murty but an experienced manager would keep the players focused on what's going on, on the park and to me it looks like the circus has affected the playing staff

kfraser, i'm not going to disagree with anything you say. However the trouble with our squad comes from many angles. From today :
Wes, Tav, Hodson, Wilson, Holt, Windass - Warbuton.
Mcrorie and Bates - youth.
Candias, Morelos, Declan - Pedro/ JJ
We can't keep blaming Pedro, we are still suffering from the mediocre players Warbs brought in. Our 1st 11 should be

Fod
Tav Bruno Wilson Wallace
Candias Dorrans Jack John
Morelos Millar?

That team should be good enough for 2nd.

Bates ain't good enough, Barjonas ain't good enough (just now) Mcrorrie to much on his young talented shoulders. We need an extended spell of stability and normality. That will come with Murty. Hopefully he will bring in players that are tough no frills and can do the basics.

We are still in the mix with and considering how bad we can be and the ups and downs, imagine when things turn around, which they will, what will happen.

I think the last week has shown us the board are clueless, penniless and spineless.
I really like Murty but I don't believe he's up to the job
We are carrying far too many work shy cowards
We are playing like a team in the bottom half of the league and fast heading there as well unless we can change things
I hope I'm wrong but I think this transfer window will show how skint we are

I like many others was delighted to see the new board take over but they have turned out to be a clueless shambles

The level of transparency isn't there
The level of investment isn't there
The lavel of player isn't there
The level of player commitment isn't there
The only thing that's there is the support

Feeling very angry, gutted and let down.

I would disagree, a board is there to run the club, and not much should be made public. Serious investment has been made, a lot of it in infrastructure, but also about 8m on players. The players are working hard but the quality play is below standard I agree, I think all the negativity must affect them and the fans have to take some blame for that. This is not a sprint, but a marathon and we need patience.

This board has over seen the appointment of Pedro and backed some horrific signings
The statements that come of the club are embarrassing and are mostly ammunition for rival fans to have a go
You can’t blame the fans we are all rightly angry and frustrated
With the investment that was made in the summer you would expect a decent level of improvement
I will hold my hands up and say I’m wrong if we get some good signings in January but I seriously doubt we will

So it’s the fans fault. It’s my fault Hibs and Kilmarnock have pummelled us in recent weeks. Beaten by St Johnstone and Hamilton - at home. It’s my fault we have Jason Holt (love Jason Holt as he tries his heart out but we knew 2 years ago he wasn’t good enough) and our under 20s centre half in midfield. I could go on and on and on. The tide has turned and we will be lucky to get 20,000 season tickets sold next year. Since winning the championship we haven’t improved. We have no style, no shape, no sense of what type of team we are.

a board who take 2 months to decide that a youth coach is the new manager of rangers, is a board who are not fit for the job, when a small child would know leaving the decision to the new year would have been the one hundred per cent thing to do. they made the announcement to deflect from kings share issue wrangle, and like everything else at rangers recently. they bungled it and embarrassed us. u only have to look at everton and palaces turnaround to see how a new manager can make a diference if decent to the same players. we are an utter shambles from top to bottom

I was very concerned when I heard Mark Allen’s interview yesterday and he said something along the lines of “a couple of results went against us and that it’s expected”. I don’t know if he realises or not but we should be beating teams like Hamilton and St Johnstone at Ibrox

Everton and Palace? Look at Killie They were better than us in every area of the park today, organised and every player looked like he knew where he should be on the pitch. The post and Fod actually made the scoreline look like a close match and we rode our luck with Tav not seeing red. Murty had to either change the shape or personnel much earlier than he did.

That was very hard to watch today, two full backs who are non-existent and a midfield that back off every time the opposition get the ball (whatever happened to tackling? ) I don't know what the present team do in training, but McCoist was right in his comments after the match, we are "soft" and an easy touch for the opposition, I would like the players to be made to read the comments from supporters, but don't know if it would make any difference to some of them. The guys in charge of rangers, and the current board got a lot of plaudits for saving rangers. But i think its time to realise that with these current guys in charge we are merely going backwards and unless different people take over, it will be a long time before we ever recover. They are destroying us. to put an under 20 coach in charge to the end of the season, after weeks and weeks and week s of supposed due diligence and looking over cv s and deliberation, and that is the end result, my god. Rather than at least waiting to to the new year to see how the next 3 games went, which anyone with any kind of a brain would have done. Well incompetence, stupidity, crass negligence, cowardice. embarrassing the club. complete and utter unprofessionalism, and the removal of any chance of second and maybe 3rd in the league. all of the above. My god have we not suffered enough at the hands of people who just cannot do a proper job and who are harming the club whether it be intentionally or not. How many more storms to we need to weather before we get people in charge that actually know what they are doing.

Murty looked like he was about to cry in his interview your the man that's to get they overpaid bunch of imposters ( because I can't swear ) going

Players if they all left I wouldn't miss one .

The board must be chased down the marble stair case and right out the door . Can't remember any club waiting TWO MONTHS to appoint a manager then making the wrong appointment.

Turning down the job can only mean we are in financial trouble AGAIN which this board where supposed to sort.

I hate to say it but that is the second time in as many weeks we have shown no fight, no commitment, no ability, no creativity, no desire to press without the ball, no ability to pass a ball and players can't be arsed getting off the deck when they've lost possession or missed a chance. This is nothing short of brutal to watch. Something has to change here. A very poor Kilmarnock team has bullied and out played Rangers today. We should all realise that this can't go on. Dismal display. The goal aside, we done nothing right in any of the 90 minutes. Horrible.

Murty is clueless. You could see that a change was needed as Kilmarnock battered us in the 2nd half however he did nothing and they deservedly won. The standard of passing, controlling the ball and defending is appalling. Utter garbage from start to finish. Heaven help us next weekend with those current players disgracing the jersey. Holt, Wilson, Windass, and Bates are shocking. Murty naive and should be there as manager. We are a joke of a club

Candeias has been terrible for 5 games now but still manages to get in his the team, i would rather see young lads like barjonas, Atakyi Thompson, Rudden etc than the players that are stealing from us fans.

Maybe now that Murty has been appointed until the end of the season there will be a new impetus in the team. Killie (a), Motherwell (h) and Septic (a) . 9 points would be fab but I'd settle for 7 then see what 2018 brings. Merry Christmas fellow Bears.
