Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

26 Nov 2017 21:39:53
I'm sure I'll grt shot down because I actually think there's a decent player in Windass and just needs a manager who knows their erse from their elbow to set up their stall right to fit the players we have.

What's your thoughts on Windass playing st the second striker and moving John to the wing? John cannot defend but is good going forward, Windass has 3 goals in 4 games, better form than any forward player we have right now.

Only problem is who we play at left back, when's Wallace coming back?

26 Nov 2017 21:51:26
Windass is awful and his level is league 2.

26 Nov 2017 22:54:32
rangers class is based on both a players ability and how he carries himself. windass falls short on both counts. thinks he is a top level player but is posted missing most of the time. angers me to see him in a rangers shirt, fair enough others are a concern too but that boy will never cut it

27 Nov 2017 01:02:56
Fair enough lads, I respect your opinions.

We Alves, Dorrans, Wallace, Cardoso, Kranjcar (waste of a wage let’s be honest), all fit asap. Need as much strength in depth as possible, we are running thin on the ground for options at this stage of the season and it’s worrying.

Morelos injury didn’t look good either. Anybody else feel like we are absolutely cursed? Unreal the luck we have at times.

27 Nov 2017 06:01:32
Windass has absolute no pitch awareness, to me he doesn't even look as if he knows were he's meant to be

27 Nov 2017 09:33:55
Bearmode u are right there is a decent player in windass but the problem is he goes missing during games and we haven't got the best out of him which means the next gaffer will probably get shot of him. that's football he should b doing it every week but he doesn't

27 Nov 2017 09:45:10
More importantly he has no heart or mentality to play under pressure. Ability without desire, commitment and the mentality to accept pressure is pointless

To many of our current squad do not have the mentality to play for Rangers

26 Nov 2017 19:22:15
Was thinking there might be a new owner coming in for us and that's why the delay for the new manager

26 Nov 2017 19:29:09
hope so

26 Nov 2017 19:57:00
not a chance. king and co won't be giving up for a good while yet

26 Nov 2017 20:02:26
We need something along those lines to happen or there will be mayhem if the board have fannied abt for6wks to then appoint someone like Big Eck whos not had a job for 18mnths who we could just have got 6wks ago

26 Nov 2017 20:03:05
Neil I posted on here that key stakeholders in the club are soon to be evaluating offers of investment from the market. Wether those who have expressed interest have the clubs best interest at heart is yet to be seen. Dave King has no desire to leave his post but also has no desire to put more money into the club at this point which could be a sticking point for fresh financial backing coming into the club.

FYI I am not a Rangers fan so I have no bias. I have some associates who work closely with advisors in this space.

26 Nov 2017 19:03:00
Chris Coleman was never approached about job and said he would have been interested if an approach was made. The board need to get the finger out.

26 Nov 2017 18:18:17
The big problem is the team are not taking there chances, we created plenty against Hamilton and Dundee with some good football, but we can all see we need aggression and hard work mixed in with the good football to win matches. The team what ever it is on Wednesday needs all the support we can give them let's all get along and really get behind them let's put pressure on the officials at every opportunity, let's play our part and hopefully the players do there's. c'mon us.

26 Nov 2017 20:03:57
Is it just me or does anyone else get the feeling Windass doesn't look as if he lnows were he's meant to be on a football park?

26 Nov 2017 20:57:05
somebody tell him quick where he should be then- scraping back in league 2 down south

26 Nov 2017 21:33:33
Windass is getting the same treatment as McKay last season. He’s the whipping boy. He’s scored 3 in 4 games from left wing and he’s never a left winger in his life.

I personally think Miller should be dropped and Windass should sit behind Morelos (anybody know how bad his injury is btw? ) . Windass drives with the ball and won’t drop deep like Miller leaving Morelos isolated.

Another point regarding Kenny, I love the guy, but he seems to just to whatever he wants at times, did anybody see him drift into Windass’s position on Friday night? I’m certain this was not an instruction because Windass was clearly unsure where to go and Miller ended up running into him a couple of times.

26 Nov 2017 21:53:05
Windass is a truly awful player with no heart or stomach for the Scottish game.

26 Nov 2017 22:52:44
miller is done, thanks move on. murty scared to upset fans so won't drop him. at least pc was his own man

26 Nov 2017 22:54:21
Why does windass get more pelters than anyone else he's no worse than the rest of them

27 Nov 2017 06:07:22
It kills me to type this but i agree Miller is finished, he's done more than most for us over the last 6yrs and is up there with the best Rangers players in recent times with his big goals in cup finals and against the dhirty mhob but there's got to come a time when we have to put loyalty to one side for the good of the team

27 Nov 2017 08:22:43
There is always a whipping boy at a club. Do u remember when it was Charlie Adam. he had a wand of a left foot and went on to play for Liverpool. . now it's Josh windass' turn. Supporters? . too many muppets on here think cause they play 5 aside they know football inside out. dae they aye

27 Nov 2017 13:30:15
Supporting your club and having an opinion that a player isn't up to scratch isn't mutually exclusive. The board would love Ibrox filled with fans like you, just accepting of any pish they are served up. You think Windass is ever in a million years going to get to the level Adam went too? You must be soft in the head mate.

26 Nov 2017 18:09:22

26 Nov 2017 19:26:03

Bananaman, batfink, Hugo ago go
The ant hill mob and penelope pitstop
And last but not least. mr ed

26 Nov 2017 11:45:35
Massive games against the 🐑 coming up, how long before Dorrans and Alves are fit because they could prove the difference in these games.

26 Nov 2017 14:25:21
I think every game now is massive
so here’s hoping we might have a new
manager in place to let the players know
this

26 Nov 2017 11:36:16
Something that angers me a bit is the criticism of our players, there are a few who just aren't good enough but some fans wanting mass clear outs is ludicrous! Our squad is miles ahead of the rest excluding celtic! It's the lack of quality and experience off the pitch that's the problem! It's easy to say the are paid good money and are professional and off field issues shouldn't affect them but that clearly does not work! The best players in the world would struggle at our club in these present circumstances! So yes vent your anger at dropping points but direct it at the board and get behind the guys on the pitch that are hurting with us!

26 Nov 2017 12:03:23
the guys on the pitch didn't try anywhere near enough, they should be running themselves into the ground for this club, the likes of Windass, Holt, Wilson, Herrera and Miller simply did not do that, they are at fault for complete lack of effort.
Ryan jack, Declan John and Moreles are probably only ones who did that

26 Nov 2017 12:48:21
Sorry but I just don't agree, it's easy to say that the players aren't putting it in but football players play from confidence and spirit that is instilled into them by the atmosphere created within the club and everything that surrounds it! The state the club is in is beating our players on the park! The board are doing what they can but they aren't football men and I trust they are trying to take the club forward but they are not going about it in the correct way!

26 Nov 2017 13:23:20
jzer our squad is not miles ahead of the others look at the table it doesn't lie this is the problem.
every man and there dog can see these players are not rangers class there just not good enough and any new manager is going won't his own players who he can trust and get performing for him these players failed under warburton pedro and now murty so i don't think getting a new manager will help till we remove a big chunck of these players particular the high earners who do not play

as for the board they are in a complete mess and best thing they could do for the club and fans is trying find a buyer for the club
or at least appoint a chairman who is at the club most of the time to see what is happning day in day out

26 Nov 2017 13:35:19
Is that you Kenny?

26 Nov 2017 14:19:40
There is something wrong at ibrox behind the scenes. players played good before they signed for us but when they play for us they are rubbish. then we sell them and they become good players again. so what's the problem. is it tactics or training? ? I just don't know but something's not right

26 Nov 2017 16:31:04
its the pressure from being in a fishbowl. the expectations from our fans is unreal. every club coming to ibrox knows if the can hold us to no goals upto 65 minutes then we turn on the team. just watch then u will see the desperation setting in in stead of controlled its hit and hope

26 Nov 2017 16:49:21
Sometimes we have the worst fans i'm the world when turning on the team or players during a game especially the ones who don't stay until the final whistle but choose to leave 15 mins before the end but to be fair the way we are playing right now who can blame them . It should beba priveledge and honour to play for Rangers and some of the effort put in by certain players is questionable

26 Nov 2017 17:31:32
the only concerns i have around mass clear outs are the cost and the fact we would be back to square one in terms of building. its certainly not due to any loyalty i have in a team of players that i don't feel have enough grit or passion to play for the club or understand how big a deal it is. said it on here before, if you can't cut it then leave. don't continue to pick up the highest wage of your career and putting in sub standard performances that embarrass everyone.

26 Nov 2017 18:08:24
i don’t think there will be a mass clear out as we simply can’t afford it

some of the players we have should be good enough to do a job in SPL ie dorrans alves john morelos wallace to name a few

i also think barjonas and hardie need to be given a game and we shd take morelos out for a few games to ease pressure on him as he’s clearly struggling and is still very young

i do ageee both mexicans are single fish and i'm not impressed with candeillas but a good manager should be able to set the rest of the squad up to beat accies dundee etc but spirit and attitude is wrong at the moment - no fight or togetherness

unfortunately i think a couple other players taking wages need to be cut loose ie rossiter nikko etc i was excited when they signed but it clearly ain’t going to happen for them

26 Nov 2017 09:14:37
Miller kranjcar and Wilson out of contract end of season so that's a positive I'm sure kranjcar and millers wages are up with the higher earners. But On the down side Jason holt still has another two years left I couldn't believe it who okayed that contract lol.

26 Nov 2017 11:43:00
Holt puts in a shift whenever he plays, he sometimes lacks strength when he comes up against club footed monsters but always puts the effort in.

26 Nov 2017 12:03:53
Holt does put in a shift, no question however remember he is playing in arguably the most important position for the most important team in Scotland. If we were to list the players Rangers have had in that position over the years we would realize Holt is like having a man short, pardon the pun. We need a player that makes the whole team tick. Someone who can run box to box for 95 minutes, a goal scorer, can control the tempo of the game, can tackle, head the ball and command respect, Pena was supposed to be that player unfortunately he is struggling with the pace of the Scottish game, Dorrans may when fit and on from go some way to fulfilling that role. Kranjar 10 years ago is that player. So The bottom line is we don't have a players like that. Mginn is probably the only Scottish player out there that we could maybe afford. Or If Steven Davis wanted to come home and finish his career at Rangers a bit like when Roy Kean wnet to Celtic. Anyone else got any players in their minds that are could do the "Pirlo" role. Is Barjonas the future?

26 Nov 2017 20:07:00
Players that play like Pirlo tend not to ply there trade in Govan mate. sorry to break that to you

26 Nov 2017 00:38:44
Hi bears, not been on for a while, but the biggest thing for me a bear for over 55 years, we never had to wait for somebody to take the managers post. This is the Rangers job, not lesser club, regardless where we are. Take the top 6-8 clubs in England, what does a manager going to win at other the the cash. Some of the players we have had have now shown that the only way they should get a shirt is in the mega store. The whole thing stinks of no idea for plan b. We pay D. O. F for what. Now my main worry is that we are told nothing, next move etc, nothing. Just buy the kit, or anything to put cash in. I have done both followed on and will always will. This club, ours, should have to top manager without having to wait on a c. v.

26 Nov 2017 00:32:27
Perfect chance to move into 2nd with our next 2 games. Simple beat Aberdeen home and away.

26 Nov 2017 10:24:16
I thought that before the Hamilton and Dundee games. Had we won these two games we'd now be clear in 2nd 3 points behind Septic. You never know but Murty will need to shake up the team and ditch Miller and Morelos for now and hope that Alves is fit again. Play Hardie and Herrera up front and start Kranjcar.

26 Nov 2017 10:52:47
I think it is pretty optimistic to think we will take 6 points from Aberdeen, hope l am wrong but this team does not fill me with confidence unfortunately

26 Nov 2017 12:12:39
Aye and imagine if we had been able to meet the mighty accies and the even more mighty Dundee sitting bottom of the table? Might even have been able to call it a title race.

26 Nov 2017 20:08:37
We’ll b lucky to get a point in those 2 games and i predict we’ll be 20pnts behind before the christmas decys come down
