See someone has posted about Campbell O having a conflict of interest with being on the sfa and needing to vote Dave king when it happens I would like to say what about peter but it won't let me reply, on a news feed on the newsnow rangers pages what a joke for anyone to even say anything like that when their own CEO is in the same position!!

No point even chatting about it. The green tinted specs and hatred of anything associated with our club means the majority of the dhims spew pure bile.

wheres the conflict of interest with dave and pete. I can see why there's one with dave and the ebt benefactor but keep them blue tinted specks on. do you know there is a conspiracy page for this sort of drival

Last year: "Why didn't the sfa do a fit and proper person check on Craig whyte?" Was the cry and now" how dare the sfa do a fit and proper person check on Dave King!" You can't have it both ways or is it just when it suits you, so that there is always someone else to blame?

@ briggs look m8 the original poster did not say that a fit and proper person check should not be carried out on Dave King all he was pointing out was some clown who can't see there is no difference between Campbell Ogilvie and peter lawell being allowed to vote.
He can't see the possibility that there may and I repeat may be a conflict of interest in the chief executive of one club being allowed to vote on something so important which could change the whole future of his own clubs main rivals. no conspiracy m8 just plain facts. I can see a possible conflict of interest in campbell O being allowed to vote but you ask yourself one question would you celtic fans be happy if any directors from rangers where allowed to vote on major issues that concern celtic.
i would also like to point out Campbell Ogilvie is no longer employed by Rangers but Lawell is still employed by Celtic

If the sfa had done job properly by checking out Whyte there would be no need to check out King but if King passes the test then no doubt it will upset a few. briblue

@4 succinctly put mate. The previous poster will need to think long and hard about how he can spin his reply but you have nailed him good and proper- well done. Off you go back to the east end Briggsie

@3 I was only pointing out that someone has put about Campbell being within the sfa but no mention of peter lawell being with both sfa and Celtic that's all, I never once made any mention of fit and proper until now, some people! :-)
I'm all for Dave king coming back and providing the financial support we need when we get back to the spfl premiership, for now I feel we have a team which can win both this league and the championship, think we only need another 2-3 players for the premiership.
To my fellow rangers fans thanks for the support, all together we will prosper and come back stronger than ever.

N2 I don't see any point to your post cause the ebt is perfectly legal as proving in the investigation

My mate who's from liverpool and has been a liverpool season ticket holder of 27 years phoned me tonight for a bit of catching up and he told me that if christian purslow does become the new rangers ceo we will be in terrific hands, he actually said that he rates christian purslow a better ceo and all round businessman than celtic ceo peter lawwell, that's one helluva compliment and statement as lawwell is a very good ceo who's tremendous at his job although I don't like the guy and have no time for him whatsoever, what do my fellow 'bears supporters think?I personally think that purslow would be some and then some coup for us, this guy has an unblemished business record

Lawell beyond any shadow of a doubt has done well for the great unwashed NN10 but its a wee bit premature at this to be comparing what we might do and what they have done mate. let's get a board in place first mate and we can start the real rebuilding programme.

Oh aye and a fan of Liverpool will know all about peter lawwell! Get a grip

Aye Briggs just like a lot of Celtic fans seem to know everything about rangers, there seems to be 60,000 lawyers from the east end in the last year or so.

Well fellow gers fans!
The AGM is still delayed? Can anybody give a valid reason for this tactical delay, there is NO reason to delay it any further and I think Stockbridge and the KRAYS are trying further skulduggery to keep the AGM delay as long as possible until they try and reinforce their positions.
The reason given by the club is logistical that the main stand can't be made ready due to the amount of home games? Well the last time we had an AGM it was held at the SECC and even that part that was used wasn't even half full?
Given that PM has given an assurance that any shortfall will be covered then I am sure their is no REAL reason that the AGM can be delayed any further?
Maybe they are trying to hide something?
Maybe they know their time is up and clearing the decks before the new regime takeover!
Demand an AGM immediately and let's get the club back to the fans and shareholders who care!
SPIVS out
AGM NOW!
What do you think fellow gers?

Surely if them currently running rangers don't agree with an agm right now then the shareholder can call for an egm

I think the best 11 we have at our disposal at the moment is a 5-3-2 & I think it would help In the away games & if we play any SPFL teams.
Bell
Faure Jig Mohsni
Peralta. Wallace
Law Black McLeod
Daly Templeton
We don't play natural wide players anyway so might aswell solidify the defence & use Arnold & Lees pace up the wings with our 3 most creative players in the heart of midfield. let's Faure continue to progress with game time. Big Jig for me has to play this season he is our captain & he certainly wasn't past his sell by date when he scored 6 goals in a fortnight. Mcausland would play if he was available. I was torn who would play upfront with Daly I feel Clark deserves a chance in the team but Templeton is one of our best players I think he has all the attributes needed to be a very good Centre Forward.

I think we should play 3 at back with wide between the back and midfield, 3 in midfield then eithr 2 up top or 1-1
So. Jig, mohsni, faure then Wallace mccausland, with law, McLeod, temps (maybe even black at times) daly and Clark

Isn't that more or less what I just said? Lol
McAuslands not at Rangers at the moment. Think he got sent off yesterday. At the moment Black has to play in my opinion he's been better than Law this season.

think this is our best 11 at present -
Bell
McAusland
Moshni
Faure
Wallace
McLeod
Peralta
Law
Templeton
Clark
Daly
I think the young lad Faure is coming along and will be more at home with another Frenchman beside him. You could risk McCulloch but I think he is past his sell by date now.

I agree with McAusland in your team and reckon Gasparotto is one who should be on the bench, at least.
We need to bring in the youth from Murray Park or ask ourselves, what's the point of keeping it open. I read McCoist saying this morning that he needs to buy more players if the money is available in January. Well we don't and that should be the signal to him from whichever Board of Directors we have soon. We don't have big TV or sponsorship income playing in the third tier, wake up to that reality and understand that we desperately need to adopt the Hamilton business plan of developing youth and then sadly selling for profit.
We currently have a squad that could finish 2nd in the SPL and won't be there for two years. I hope the directors impress this upon Ally before he goes out trying to spend money we don't have. He should be asked face up " if you're going to buy new players, who are you going to drop from the present team? "
Agree0

Ally won't drop Little or Black so I would expect them to be in the starting 11. The team posted isn't far from what I would pick. I would also like to see McKay back on the bench. Really talented player and I can't understand why he isn't making the squad anymore
Agree0

@ op 1 and 2 - agreed. I don't think it will happen though as Ally quoted in the papers looking for "huge investment"
Haven't we tried that before?
Agree0
Disagree0
Is Ally seriously still going on about more players? This is getting beyond a joke he will fast track us into another admin with the size of squad he needs just to get through league 1 & Championship. See
Kenny Miller got another bad injury if we sign him or Ally even mentions his name as a target am well & truly done with McCoist.
