I thought the communal Christmas was to be an end to the banter(?) about attendances. More fans than any other team in Scotland -we get it . Since it is still a goer, I watched the Rangers game on TV before going to the Thistle game and noticed swathes of empty blue seats, especially at the corners but throughout the stadiumHow they got to the attendance figure is beyond me but I would suggest that somebody has taken the ST total, added the pay-at-the-gates and then added Charlie's "hospitality"numbers(freebies). My daughter, a ST holder and staunch supporter ,was there and reckons there were well under 40,000 there.Maybe a New Year resolution from the ED's to filter this banter may be required.Congratulations for sticking with your team but I wuoldn't have expected anything else. Point taken, let's move on.
PS Firhill wasn't bursting at the seams either.Sign of the times.

Discussion of attendances is a bit rush from a team who don't even require a fourth stand, doh!

Aye right Paddy! We all know what foot you kick from...... Now your trying to say you follow thistle, as well as take the effort to watch us on the Net before you jump on to The Rangers Banter page....... If you have All that time in your favour..... You must be one of those Dodgy Doggy Walkers!

@10 we do exist but not in the numbers that were there in the past . I have been on your sister site using the sane name but have never seen any poster called "sevco
@11 Am not a member of any Christian sect . Yes , I follow The Mighty Jags but watch some games on TV as my daughter supports Rangers and bought a package and lets me watch as well(at least at Christmas). Personal circumstances ?
Retired with a reasonable pension , no mortgage and , as you say , lots of time on my hands to surf the net.Whats Dodgy Doggy Walkers ?You goy a secret ? A name?
Anyway , hope you prosper in 2013 and your attitude to others improves . See you in church .

@13 exactly. I'm all for discussing things and banter but don't print things from posters who blatantly aren't being honest! {The Ed039's Note - No disrespect to Thistle, but the last thing the Eds are looking for is the kick off days and times of Partick Thistle games)

You're right - I'm confused ! Mixture of drink and age methinks .Must have watched it on replay. Sorry for that but my observation stays the same regarding the attendance .

After the year we have all endured lets now look forward to 2013 and let's get rid of the negativity regarding our style of play. We must remember how close we were to not having a team so I for one am happy that we are romping home to win the league and I may be in the minority but I have enjoyed watching us click into gear in recent week.
Merry Xmas and happy new year to everyone.

Totally agree with you PR. I have always said to my wife and kids
" You have got more than you have not". I always feel this is a positive attitude . We were in danger of losing RFC , collectivly fans and players saved it. Expecially the fans with thier outstanding suppport. The bears are doing it on the field now so collectivly we are all working in a positive manner.

Here's me thinking it's fuff all to do with you and your fellow cyber bile merchants.....what official web sites have wiped our records then?....hazarding a guess that Fifa and Eufa still show our records as they are......just because the Huddle Boardies have done it unilaterally....who cares about them?
