Will the sheep give the same lack of commitment next week against rangers. Doubt it Every sheep player will raise their game to a new level. its all about the rangers.

27 Nov 2016 20:09:03
Lack of commitment! Haha aye right pal! They could have had an extra 2 players on the pitch and still not beat the champs! We're on another level to any other club in the country and it will continue! First part of the treble ticked off, the leagues all but in the bag! Good times! But it's all about the rangers haha!

27 Nov 2016 20:31:34
If you keep telling yourself that, eventually you'll start to believe it.

27 Nov 2016 21:18:19
you people are so arrogant it's unbelievable you had to go out their foul aberdeen players everytimeg they got the ball and just blatantly kick them. disgrace from the so called champions.

27 Nov 2016 21:36:21
Celtic are the current best team in Scotland, that is not in doubt. However, although they have improved under wee Brenda, they are decidedly average at best. Just remember, as the proverb says ' pride cometh before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall'. Please keep up the arrogance.

27 Nov 2016 21:50:20
We're not arrogant cee just realists, unlike some on here! And I'm sure I read below u said it was a decent game! Lol. and we won 3 nil by fouling the Aberdeen players! There was 2 bookings in the whole game pal! Lol. and rogic fouled the Aberdeen player before he curled a peach into the net and wee Forrest fouled all the Aberdeen midfielder just before he scored a cracker, and it was never a penalty because actually Forrest fouled the big defender by running into his leg! Haha away and gies peace! What a statement to come out with!

27 Nov 2016 22:38:27
Were the rangers players not committed , when Celtic beat them 5-1?

27 Nov 2016 23:15:33
Why should a Rangers fan care who wins a game between Aberdeen and Celtic.

28 Nov 2016 08:24:39
Well done Wiss81? Yir team win first domestic trophy of season and the first thing you do is come onto Teddies page to gloat? Told you son it's all about the Rangers!
#Obssesed πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ˜œ.

28 Nov 2016 08:44:54
Ye can't beat a bit a bit a gloatin mate! U would know that
If u had anything to gloat about 😜 And I've said before it's a laugh I come on here for, and I never get let down! #goinfor55#treblesinthebag! 🍾😱😜.

28 Nov 2016 09:20:13
#trebleinthebag?! Hahaha. Why has that hash tag taken so long. Should've been a treble every year without us!

28 Nov 2016 09:58:49
Because we have saint Brendan at the helm now! And our complete and utter dominance will continue for years to come! And no matter how much yous try and convince urselfs that 2nd place was always the aim this year we all know it's killing u to see us steamroller every team In this country! #herewego10inarow#greattobeatim!

28 Nov 2016 10:46:58
look celtic fans enjoy these words because I won't last for long but for at least the next couple of years unless something drastic happens you will be by far the better team.
financially we are unable to compete and won't do so until we are back to full strength .

just keep kicking us while we are down as that the only time yous will be able to.

so enjoy it while it lasts and we will see in a few years if u have managed to get the #teninarow. lmfao.

28 Nov 2016 13:26:04
It won't last long! U sure about that mate, u don't sound convinced 😜😜 just remember we've been through all this when the old co dominated the 90s, so I know exactly what your feelin right now! It hurts and no amount of exuses will make u feel better! So sit back and get used to fighting for 2nd place, because we will not be shifted from top spot any time soon, this is is our time!

28 Nov 2016 16:48:31
did u have to start from the bottom tier of football? no where u taken for a ride as much as green and white done to us? no so don't start that caper u have been through it all carry on .

your support doesn't even show up unless rangers are in the league!

yes your right cletic fans it does p*ss us off seeing u lot steamroller everyone but that because we aare used to watching our team do the same and actually make a competition out of the league instead of a one horse race remember when Scottish football was good!

28 Nov 2016 19:49:35
Scottish football is good! Well for us anyway! And I meant we've been through the old co dominance and watching your fans and players gloat after every trophy won! Now it's our turn for utter dominance and yous will just have to sit back and get takin for a ride by a different kind of green and white! 😝😜.

27 Nov 2016 16:01:50
So only 2 so far. The sheep must be really trying this time.

27 Nov 2016 16:52:04
Lol, I'm sure they don't like losing to Celtic mate.

They don't seem able to change that though!

27 Nov 2016 17:11:04
Wouldn't be too harsh on Aberdeen as we have lost comfortably twice to them this season already.

27 Nov 2016 17:41:29
Ach I'm not being harsh. My point is, in over 40 years of watching Rangers, (outwith the Fergie years) Aberdeen have only ever had 4 games* in them a season and that was against us.

*I know some of you will be pedantic and point out there were seasons when we played each other more and less.

27 Nov 2016 18:19:57
Pieandbovril

I do know what your saying and there have been a few times Aberdeen have been skelped by some very average Celtic sides.

27 Nov 2016 18:23:35
I watched the game it was a descent game, both teams went for it, a lot of fouls.

27 Nov 2016 23:38:53
It is interesting that with a similar team that Celtic were unable to win this trophy and others in previous years, yet now, with a new manager and only two new quality signings they look to have improved 100%

A quality manager makes a massive difference! That is something that Aberdeen do not have and have not had since Fergie.

28 Nov 2016 06:14:56
Tom your spot on and only one of the new signings were playing, which is why, and I'm not just having a dig here, I hope it's a long time before the rangers fans realize that warbola is not a good manager , he is your Ronny .

28 Nov 2016 10:53:01
aye whatever mate warbs turned our team around and got us to where we are and we are sitting second just now after what has to be said an extremely bad start to the season .

if we can get our players to click the right way then will be much better equipped to make a challenge next year!

rangers last season played better football than this and i'm talking about against spl opposition aswell that old firm the Dundee game and others we can play like that again but I blame the players for not working hard enough at it.

27 Nov 2016 13:41:47
Just a question to the rangers fans out there who want warburton to go what realistic manager would yous want to replace him personally a want him to stay but just wanna see what names we get.

27 Nov 2016 14:10:44
Walter.

27 Nov 2016 14:57:52
Ronald de Boer, David Wagner, Simon Grayson, just a few to get away from the usual tedious suggestions like Billy Davies etc.

27 Nov 2016 15:29:25
Great result yesterday and goals from the DoDo! .
But my goodness that was hard watching and really hurts me to say verging on boring like most games this season? The Jags must have been gutted and didn't deserve to lose?

27 Nov 2016 17:13:24
Scott87

Can I ask you and other Warburton suppprters what you see in him that you want him to stay? What evidence there is that he is improving the team and why you think he will be able to challenge Celtic?

27 Nov 2016 17:17:04
Yately

Agree the football has been very boring and predictable. Thought Thistle looked more dangerous going forward and were desperately unlucky to lose. The team looks totally devoid of ideas and inspiration.

27 Nov 2016 18:24:42
ronald de boer? Simon grayson? what reason behind them? de boer has no experience and grayson has loads at being carp. David Warner would talked a lot to prize away.

27 Nov 2016 18:26:27
Biffo we really need a ball playing midfielder who can play a killer pass and I know we have been unlucky way Niko!
I know the turn coat Scott Allan's ship has sailed but that sort of player but obviously not him! # Walliper!

27 Nov 2016 19:37:03
Honestly don't think MW would have a problem going for Scott Allan again sometime down the line.

Conor Hourihane was linked before, likely linked again in January.

Unless it's an established player on loan from the premier league who just isn't getting game time, would rather they signed someone like Hourihane.

If it's someone like Charlie Adam on loan then that'd be ideal for the club.

What are the chances of that happening?

27 Nov 2016 19:51:37
If Warburton continues to use this formation and shows no sign of of changing things then he ain't the manager for rangers.
The players are not suited to this formation even tho he has had money to spend and put his authority on the team and bring the players in they are still not performing.
Nowadays in football you need versatility and Warburton and showing this so far and as for him saying we are progressing a lot fans must be watching diffrent games cause we certainly can't see the performances improving like he keeps saying.

These are the four mangers who could do a better job in charge of rangers
1 hein vanhaezebrouck manger of gent
2 gio bronckhorst manager of feynoord
3 Chris coleman Wales manager
4 derrick maccines Aberdeen.

27 Nov 2016 20:06:38
If Scott Allan is the player to give us some oomph in midfield and the manager wants him, then why not?
Always remember super ally went to Sunderland rather than us, when he left St. Johnstone, and he turned out " not too bad. "
He would not be my choice as I am sure there are far better options than him out there, especially the Scandanavians.

27 Nov 2016 20:42:33
Cee, didn't Grayson get teams promoted four times? Do you agree that Wagner would be a consideration? As for de Boer, what experience of management did Wilton, Struth, Greig, Wallace etc have when they took the big chair at Ibrox? Indeed, Warburton had little experience too. I just put these names up to show that there are alternatives if required, outwith the usual dross associated with the job. I am sure there are many more.

27 Nov 2016 21:31:12
your comparing a guy who has no interest in becoming a football manager to guys who did is irrelevant. Simon grayson is an awful manager even worse than the like of allardyce and billy Davies. wagner has done great at Huddersfield but we have a manager who deserves our backing.

27 Nov 2016 21:44:45
Cee

What has he done to deserve your backing?

27 Nov 2016 22:50:39
Who has no interest in becoming a manager? De Boer? When did he say that, I can't find it anywhere. Grayson's track record is no worse than Warburton's and you agree Wagner is good. Argument for the sake of it. I think. And what makes you think I don't back Warburton? Reading stuff that's not there, I'm afraid.

27 Nov 2016 23:46:33
craigs8688, I wouldn't include McInnes, he is just another mediocre Scottish Manager. Celtic have proved that a quality manager makes a difference. If Warburton is to leave then he needs to be replaced with someone better and I don't see it happening unless there is significant investment in the Club.
Coleman at Wales is the sort of manager I would like if changes were to be made but that is not going to happen!

28 Nov 2016 09:06:38
Warbs has a 3 years plan to turn our entire structure in to one that makes money. The 1st team objective was and still is to get into europe and we are in the top 3 and most likely will be going in to the new year. We have brought in promising young players for next to nothing and we will eventually start seeing the younger players coming in to the matches in the next year. As usual the general sentiment is that you want to run before you can crawl. We are looking to play an open, expansive game that is not being executed to the level we want as fans, but we have spent 4years playing crap teams, it was ALWAYS going to take a season in the top flight to re-adjust.

28 Nov 2016 10:56:46
nobody gave a managers name there that would do any better than warbs is and no managers name that would want to come here I mean the usual candidates like davies don't cut it and have not been good managers for years and walter is retired other good managers don't want to come to us. we have no money.
so warbs haters like it or not he is the man in charge and I for one will supports him.

28 Nov 2016 12:41:39
wagner is a good manager warbs record before he came here was very impressive .

biffo get a grip mate what has warbs done to deserve our backing? ar u serious right now.

he came in built a team to win the championship in no time he has changed the way we play football to a better style of football.

forgive me if i'm wrong we have been the better team in most games rthis season even the one we lost to the sheep and pretty much every draw we have had we deserved to be winners but putting the ball in the back of the net is not the job of the manager.

he has built a team that imo will fifnish second with a shoestring bidget and last season most rangers fans would have bit the hand off sum1 who said next year you will finish second.

for me underperforming players are the reason we have not had the success that we desire sir alex ferguson couldn't make us challenge celtic this year as the gap financially and first team players is much too big of a gap for a manager to close.

so yes the man who got us promoted into this league does deserve our backing biffo.
some people are actually gratefull for what he has done for us and know that no-one could do a better job in the current circumstances.
get your head out of your ar*e biffo.

28 Nov 2016 22:16:44
Derek mcinnes
Tommy wright
Frank de boer (too pricey)
Giovanni van bronkhorst (doubt we could afford compensation)
Michael o'neill (same as above)

28 Nov 2016 22:24:17
Derek mcinnes
Tommy wright
Frank de boer (probably far too pricey)
Giovanni van bronkhorst (probably couldn't afford compensation)
Michael o'neill (same as above)

28 nov 2016 22:50:25
yately, we've got the no. 10 player on our books who undoubtedly can play the killer pass and i'd play him in the kranjcar playmaker role, barrie mckay!

28 Nov 2016 22:28:50
First of all i'll state yet again i'm 100% behind our manager mark warburton and he should ONLY be judged at the end of the season! In saying that, craigs8688 has came up with a list of 4,in his opinion, as possible next rangers managers to replace warbs. From his 4 derek mcinnes isn't good enough to be the glasgow rangers manager imo.

Gio is doing a tremendous job at feyenoord and would be a good shout and very decent contender. Likewise vanhaezebrouck has been superb with gent and has got the reputation as a terrific coach with youth. But from the 4 managers he mentions, the manager that stands out for me would be wales manager chris coleman. He would honestly be a terrific choice to be the next rangers manager.

But only if warbs doesn't do it and take us to european football after this season. Coleman would hands down be my choice from these 4.He's a very talented manager imo! What's all other bears thoughts regarding these 4 manager's, who would you choose?

28 Nov 2016 23:19:22
James stirling, biffo is a black and white sort of guy mate! He doesn't think or see anything in between. He's one of the most negative posters ever on here, that's saying something because believe me there's been a few! The time to judge and take stock to where we are is at the end of the season. God i'mean sick of saying that!

27 Nov 2016 10:00:55
Red bull will never invest in us and I don't want it either does anyone do any research on here? Red bull bought salzburg mostly because there based there and the fan hate them they changed everything right down to the strips told the fans there history meant nothing now they red bull the fans are trying to make a new side called salzburg they have the out the old one do we really want that? Also they own leipzig who sit top of the bundesliga and uefa states that beacause of red bulls involvement in these teams they can't play in the same european competitions which they are both on course to do in the summer be interesting to see how that manifests itself in the summer, we have already been burned and still being burned by our last investor ashley let's accept our place just now do things properly although will take years and some fans can stop yearning for a sugar daddy investor, and anyway red bull are not rangers men so according to king at the AGM he won't want there investment anyway.

27 Nov 2016 10:52:17
Are you massively hung over mate?

I can't say that Red Bull would be a bad thing and I can't say they would be a good thing because I don't honestly know.

27 Nov 2016 12:00:37
Massivley rafbob haha.

27 Nov 2016 13:28:16
Total bollocks. Red Bull would be an excellent investor. Would rather see that around ibrox than sports direct .

27 Nov 2016 15:25:11
We should be looking to get a main sponsor i. e. Redbull for stadium naming and shirt sponsorship not club ownership like people are saying?

28 Nov 2016 11:33:35
if red bull come in i'd be happy if they took over but I honestly think they will be our next sponsor I don't think they wil buy us but yes big chap we do crave a sugar daddy and why not .

27 nov 2016 06:45:23
this asbestos story is crap. the main stand is over hundred years old and if ever an issue would have been dealt with at stadium rebuild.

27 Nov 2016 04:07:14
It don't matter a damn whether were red bull or red hen because to the fans well always be Glasgow Rangers.
