Don't rush him, he's getting there, young Jordan Thomson will be a star for rangers, very high hopes for him, and the under 17,s have some great prospects, it's looking good at Murray park in the next couple of years.

At this stage of his career it is much better to get full games with the under 20's than sitting on the bench with the top team. I'm sure he'll get his chance later this season.

Was substituted after 76 mins but don't know who is was can only presume it was Assulin.

The highlights were on RTV, it was Assulin, he only got the ball twice the whole match it looked like. the second time he took on few players and made killer pass whilst being snapped lol. the U20 boys were not passing the ball to him often, he was in good space and always looking for the ball. Will need another few matches to see him proper I guess.

Just regarding a lot of people saying we need a striker, would anyone else like to see young hardie getting a chance through the middle with waghorn out right?

We need a striker who can score goals regardless of playing Hardie. Even though teams are sitting in and not giving as much space we are still creating chances and missing too many. We still need players all over the pitch but striker has to be main priority.
