Good to see McCall is prepared to give youth a chance as Murdoch, Walsh, and Hardie have all featured in the first team recently.
A combination of experience and youth gives the team.a balance and hopefully we might see Gallagher feature before the end of the season.
Talking point after the match v Cowdenbeath do we play Moshni v Hearts in a 3-5-2 formation as our options are limited defensively, or who do we play at the back if we go 4-4-2?

Believable3 Unbelievable0

3-5-2 against a strong team like Hearts

I thought every ball Vuckic touching was pure class he has truthfully been WORTH the money it has cost to have the 5 Newcastle players up here, a real diamond and his touch, weight of pass and vision just stand out way above every player on the park.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 21:50:06
Vuckic' contract runs until the end of next, possibly another loan then tie him down to a pre contract around January? Either that or MA makes us pay am estimated 1 million

Believable4 Unbelievable0

28 Mar 2015 23:31:21
I would imagine he would have higher ambitions than either the scottish championship or premiership

Agree3 Disagree3

28 Mar 2015 18:22:03
Would def sign vuckich for next season, looks like a class act.

Believable9 Unbelievable1

28 Mar 2015 21:47:07
Would cost close to million think he still has a year on contract at nufc

Agree4 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 21:55:57
Vuckic looks a class player but his wages would prove to be too much for any move to become permanent.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 18:16:30
Surley. That is moshln last game he's worse than bertie bombscare.

Believable5 Unbelievable1

28 Mar 2015 19:46:06
Don't forget the Celtic fans were cheering when big Bert was on the team sheet at Hamden when he launched a 40 yard missile into the top corner

Agree8 Disagree1

29 Mar 2015 09:41:33
The sun shines on a dugs erse every now and then 😌

Was Bertie not the one that said his maw was his biggest influence in football during an interview once?😱😆
Mind you, I think she was a Dutch woman's International if I'm not mistaken? Could have imagined that right enough.

Agree0 Disagree2

28 Mar 2015 17:57:00
Is it possible to sign vuckic after his loan spell? Will his contract run out at newcastle does anyone know? Then we could pick him up on just wages.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

28 Mar 2015 18:08:12
I'm sure he's out of contract. He would be a great signing. Great result in the end. I suppose sooner or later the chances start going in. Stuart Mccall is making a real difference. No doubt about it.

Agree7 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 17:45:28
crowd today 32600 not bad, but we're still missing quite a few fans who seem to be staying away. I thought with McCall coming on board, the doubters would at least turn up and support us in our quest for promotion. We have only a few more home games to show up lads? then hopefully play-off matches to follow

Believable6 Unbelievable1

28 Mar 2015 17:56:06
It's still a decent attendance in comparison to a couple of months ago.
Hopefully we can get more fans back to Ibrox.

Agree4 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 18:41:35
we bill I said all long it would be difficult to get fans backonce u stop going and find other things to do on a saturday then the price of tickets and all ancilary costs(lager vouchers etc and the weather kings starve them tactics could comeback to bite him but maybe with the seasons ticket books more will be sold and crowds will rise especiallyif the tickets can be paid up for next season but I also feel they should sort out managers position and budget for players etc this would help ticket sales

Agree1 Disagree2

28 Mar 2015 20:22:55
Is that crowd figure including season tickets? Looked like a lot of empty seats.

I remember sitting in the CR stand Rangers V Dundee United FC back in 1986 Souness was in charge Rangers had colin West up front Chris Woods in Goal I think Utd were in the lead and the guy behind me shouted hey Souness your no a patch on Cammy Fraser
To this day it still makes me chuckle.
Souness was class. Ray Wilkins was also a fantastic player.

We had a fantastic team at that point.
The game away to Leeds Utd was fantastic
Makes me smile just thinking about it
Let's hope one day we are back on top

doiger most expensive flop would be better nuno capuncho sebo and the big center half signed was injured from day 1 and christin nerlinger to name some

Believable1 Unbelievable1

28 Mar 2015 17:18:55
Did we not get our money back for sebo tho?

Agree0 Disagree1

28 Mar 2015 18:10:39
Will, I think the guy's name was Daniel Prodan. Never kicked a ball!

Agree2 Disagree0

29 Mar 2015 09:46:42
Aye, but after Prodan finally left having never played he went on to be captain of Romania again?!? Something else other than a knee injury must've went on there. Prodan was a cracking player before he came to Rangers.

1-0 up and raith winning! Is that the sound of breaking glass at Stars Park?

1 each with their 2nd shot in 75 minutes. We have 1 after 20 shots.

Agree1 Disagree1

28 Mar 2015 16:44:23
God almighty, like a rerun of a crap film. two guys who couldn't score against dustbins, and a guy that would concede a goal against Petershill. game should be out of sight. pathetic finishing from Miller and Clark, shocking casualness from Moshni. Mourinho would struggle to win a game with this mob in this mood.

Agree0 Disagree1

28 Mar 2015 17:29:05
Apologies Got too despondent when they scored but thank God for substitutes and those who know how to use them. Great result as was the Hibs game

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 18:13:49
The good thing is we're making chances. Some of the finishing today was terrible but we got there in the end. The boy Vuckic looks real class. Hope we can get him in the summer

28 Mar 2015 15:47:52
Is it too much to ask for an early goal for once?.bombarding them, hope not going to be one of these days.frustrating, playing OK, but oh for a clean strike .

28 Mar 2015 14:44:38

I like all the banter about our greatest ever left back. Now how about nominations for the biggest dumpling ever to play for Rangers? My first two nominations are:

BERT KONTERMAN
ROGER HYND

Over to you!

Believable0 Unbelievable3

28 Mar 2015 10:48:54
Gordon Ramsey.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 11:02:28
Aye but never forget Bert's goal against them in the league cup. What a strike! Big Hynd was really a centre half flung up front in the 1967 Cup Winners Cup Final against Bayern. It didn't work!

28 Mar 2015 11:26:14
Noddy it nearly worked when big Rodger bumped their keeper and the ball into the net. If you remember when the Bombscare equalised for us against the mighty Albion Rovers at Ibrox to earn a replay there was about the same level of contact as big Rodger's "goal"But agreed he was pretty grim- typical P.E teacher.
But hey surely there must be some candidates currently in Ally's selection box squad?

Agree1 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 11:44:04
Going back some, but Ally Scott, big guy, looked like Thor, absolutely minging, and that guy who played one game against Mhanks on loan Djordic?. during McLeish time. stinking.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 18:16:35
Big Flo was like a Rolls Royce compared to what we have just now. Rosenthal looked good in spells. Just didn't work out for him

MOSHNI

Agree2 Disagree0

29 Mar 2015 10:01:22
Flo's strike rate was good. Unfortunately it wasn't so good in Europe or against Celtic and at 12 million that's who he was expected to score against.

For me Lionel Letizi was an absolutely dreadful keeper and outfield Jose Piere Fan Fan was tragic.
Not to mention the wide eyed rage maniac that is Kevin Muscat. God we've had some terrible players😖

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Mar 2015 07:06:17
Great news Rangers playing today, but what's changed its not that long ago in lower leagues our game would have been cancelled, if a player wife was away at a spa during an international week. 4.0. Today Mon the Gers
