Honest Question to all Gers fans.

Celtic fan in peace, with a lot of very concerned mates down Govan way.

if the rangers board don`t get the season ticket money in, and the mass amount go for game by game.
Where does that leave your club?
How long can the actually survive.?

i really don't envy your choice.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed039's Note - Proverbial rock and a hard place for sure)

If bears go for game by game they are better of as admission every week is a whole lot more than the price of a season book simples

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - But there is a lack of certainty about it, it would effect share price and scare off potential "investors", there is alot more to it than that)

Should Rangers not cut their suit to match their cloth.
Live within their means, players management and board all earn what they deserve and something similar to their rivals and competitors.

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 Yes- always should have but particularly now as oblivion possibly beckons again.

Agree0 Disagree0

The shareb price cannae go a whole lot lower I have jist a funny feeling they some income up there sleeve they will be getting new shirt sponsor money and I reckon money of new strips they must have something or they could not give macoist same budget if het gets some half decent players in and they start well in championship crowds will improve and I think from what I have heaard they are trying to arrange tour to earn money rather than the usual traing camps that coul tide them over to share issue I reckon that's what they are betting on call it a hunch

I can't believe some people keep going on about John Brown's knowledge of the title deeds. Graham Wallace has shown he's a stand up man and true to his word.

We're in danger of self imploding and need 40 thousand season ticket holders coming to the fore. 18 months ago we were fearful of not having a club to support and now we're winning the next league on by 40 points and losing the plot. Back the club when it's needed most in 140 years.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Well said kfraser if the support stand together behind the team then we can beat the board but withdrawing our support either physically or financially and we will not have a team to support, I don't think this I know it. The club needs money to keep us trading through the summer, drip feeding the club on a game to game basis will see us out the game before a ball is kicked. I don't have any answers and I've been told on here that I have my head in the sand but I can see enough to know what will happen SUPPORT OUR TEAM its the only way.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi Ally, nice of you to break cover. If Wallace is a stand up guy then it must not have been him who assured us at the AGM that cash flow was sufficient to get to season end. It obviously (by your logic) was not Mr Wallace and said Board who had to borrow an additional 1.5m because his AGM claim was wrong now being investigated by a
Big Glesca Polis unless I'm mistaken.

Is this the same Mr Wallace who took 120 days to produce a report which Dave King said he would reject out of hand if one of his CEO company officers produced it and even tried to suggest it was more than 24 Hrs work?

Yeah. we should all give him our money and keep these jokers in place because he is a real STAND UP GUY! LOL!

Agree0 Disagree0

Jesus some really do have head in sand! The only way I see things going are Dave king to stop fannying around and buy majority or preferably someone else does and get the stand up truth teller and his pals out! Otherwise it's curtains as season ticket sales are going to take a massive hit this as much to do with crap football as much as the stand up board! Admin 2 is surely on the way unfortunately

Agree0 Disagree0

Good one Ayr Bear. We're 10 times the team of Hearts and their fans
are right behind backing them.

Now's not the time to play politics amongst ourselves and the need to stand together is stronger than ever. Boycotting ticket sales is not the answer to our problem but likely our downfall. Let' stay positive.

Agree0 Disagree0

Stay positive on here?, your on the wrong site kfraser mate

Agree0 Disagree0

Kfraser what is it you like about ayr bears post that you think makes him a good one

Agree0 Disagree0

Ayr bear I just seen mr wallace is on 320 thousand a year plus 320 thousand bonus ffs its alright for sum what is his 100 per cent bonus for what has he done ffs the man has not brought a penny to the table

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 hearts fans backed team, in same way you guys did in darkest hour, difference was we could see light at end of tunnel was fan ownership which is now becoming a reality. Only way you can do that now is admin2 and organization. Stop following king or others and get it started put in place b4 admin happens. FOH started collecting pledges and direct debits last September

Agree0 Disagree0

@6, my seemingly poor attempt at sarcasm.

Agree0 Disagree0

@7. Tmwnn. Exactly! A bonus for WHAT?. this lot have no contacts in the business world, two of them run a bus and taxi outfit, Wallace has admitted we have SQUANDERED 67m, yet some people want them to remain. I say it again, the definition of madness is to continue to do the same thing and expect a different result. Unless we starve them of cash, they will continue to misappropriate our funds. Anyone who thinks contrary, is frankly deluded.

Agree0 Disagree0

@ 8 well said and well done to Hearts and their fans. We either do not have enough fans or we do not have enough fans with spare cash but we now have "form" in share issues. A membership scheme is the way ahead but not with this board and this manager.

Here's a question.

Why haven't Malcolm Murray, Walter Smith, John Brown etc spoken out to the fans about what's going on behind the scenes?

Bomber seems to know something about the deeds. Murray and Walter were the Chairmen, surely they know who is behind Margerita, Blue Pitch, what Laxeys motivation is, and who really took the all the cash?

And why isn't David Murray, Alastair Johnston, Paul Murray et all giving us any info, surely they should be stirring up the troops?

The past month has actually been worse than when we first went into administration.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why the silence? Are all these people still getting soemthing from it all?

The ruling classes don't care about us.
Bankers, MPs, MSPs and now company directors - we are there for the taking by them all.

Boy do I have a chip on my shoulder!

Agree0 Disagree0

I am not sure the hidden identity of any shareholder was ever relevant and until DK comes up with an actual plan, I certainly would not abandon my club even if I was pissed off with the Board.

Agree0 Disagree0

David Murray, Paul Murray, Alistair Johnson. so basically the very people who got you into this mess. Walter never going to say anything, never has and never will. When Brown spoke nobody listened to him, he wanted to do the same as Dave King but he wanted to do it before the rot set in. I cannot for the life of me imagine why anything that the first 3 would have to say would be of any interest to you, they are responsible for this, DM borrowed knowing the club was living beyond it's means but because he had stated that they would always spend more than Celtic he had to keep going. If questions had been asked a few years ago then maybe this could have been avoided BUT nobody wanted to listen to the truth despite it being common knowledge for quite along time. Time to stop looking for a sugar daddy to come and make it all go away, stand up to your problems and work through them with the people who HAVE invested in your club and it maybe that you will come out of all of this with a sustainable club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Poster 3, since when is looking for clarification, seeking a sugar daddy.
SG75 is quite correct, everyone he mentioned would be able to clarify certain facts that are being sought. Or is that the problem?
Your posts appear to be pro establishment so the investors should come out and take the plaudits and not hide behind these dubious 'investment companies'.
I am not anti establishment or agree with the 'spivs out' nonsense, but a certain amount of clarification from 'those that know' would help us to see the big picture.

Agree0 Disagree0

Exactly billyb. We're caught between dodgy Dave King, and an a even less trustworthy board with a shockingly bad financial record and a habit of blaming US for their mess.

Surely someone that cares about our club knows something.

@3 I'd have Alastair Johnson back in a minute. remember he reduced the debt to £18million whilst funding a team that won 3 in a row.

Agree0 Disagree0

Who is the most dodgy, Dave King or the Easdales?

Agree0 Disagree0

John brown nice a guy as he is he really would not be first choice as a candidate for master mind I think at the time he was involved with some equally dodgy gents like king the easdales green etc and was only trying to make a position for homself because like the rest if he knew something concrete it would be out in the open methinks more conjecture like everyone else

Agree0 Disagree0

Chris02 its got be be the easdales they can't even be honest about which team the support were as dave king is rangers through and through

Agree0 Disagree0

Tmwnn dave king is for dave king not for ranggers not for fans not for anything other than dave king and all bears season book money

Agree0 Disagree0

N9how can you make that statement if you want to find guys that are all for themselfs look no further than the rangers boardroom these crooks have frittered 70million quid and you say trust them trust them ffs get a grip of yourself

Why do people want Dave king?!
Why do we want someone who has been charged for tax fraud in South Africa and contributed to the tax fraud at rangers during the Murray reign?
As I see it if he takes over say goodbye to rangers football club

My question would be why can't the Rangers support organise our own trust that would organise our season ticket money en masse without the baloney of demanding security over assets that is never going to be granted anyway?

It seems obvious that King wants the club on the cheap and is using us for this end. Fair enough, I'd rather have him in charge of Ibrox than the current board any time but I'm not going to treat him as a saviour and at this moment in time I plan not to buy a season ticket but not give him my money either.

Agree0 Disagree0

Was one of the sleazedales not done with tax fraud also? What is it about rangers that seems to be a magnet to these sorts?

Agree0 Disagree0

Bmc or naz I have been harping on for months about this course of action if u follow king it could be end of rangers as we have known it kings demands cannot be purified and he knows that think what happens then do u think he will hand back everybodys monies straight away to season books or get them entry game by game ask your self what will happen to the money u may get some back but the burning question is when think of that

Agree0 Disagree0

Ibj d gave king will give everybody every penny back if his demands are not meat if he didn't give it back it would be theft of maybe millions

Agree0 Disagree0

Look the board cannot comply with his demands legally oror not king knows this do think if the board said no do u think monies would be returned next day and what about expenses run up by the fund lawyers etc adminstration I did not say he would not return monies I said when but it would not be 100%o f money put in d king is as bad as the board for being secrative part with your money at your peril

Agree0 Disagree0

Ibj d well according to the uof it would be fully returned
