McCall ? Not for me,his football has been stinkin at Motherwell,he lost the dressing room as well. What makes you think he is going to get more out of us than McCoist? I'd like a change yes,but McCall is not the answer.

Agree0 Disagree0

McCall your at the wind up

Agree0 Disagree0

Not for me thanks

i have been advocating the boycott to cease but look at this way the boycott in all probability has at least got groups wanting to take club over ashley in one side king/letham/murray/and taylor who has purchased shares continuing the boycott won't harm either party only the club will suffer this season more than the last 2 because we have stronger opponenents let's finnish the boycott and et club back into premiership in 7 short months by which time we will know who controls club and then all go forward together we have had our spell in the wilderness let's end the squabling and crack on

Wull61:I've yet to see any evidence of a real boycott to be honest. If you are referring to the poor turn out at the St Johnstone game, that could be attributed to the weather, the fact it was on BBC?
The midweek turnouts were about 18 thousand anyway so let's see what happens next home game.I'll be there anyway.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wul61. Couldn't agree more let's get back to supporting the team, get promoted and take it from there.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why. . ?leave it until later yet again. We have had our fingers burnt a number of times now, do we need to still be sitting with our heads in the sand yet again? for another year or so.
We pay the fiddlers then they will keep on fiddling until Rome burns i'm afraid.
Go to the games sure but give them nothing else for god sake.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wull61 your right support the team through thick and thin that's what true supporters do boycott= turning your back on the club

Agree0 Disagree0

@3. I am sure wull61 is calling for the boycott on going to games, as we need a strong support for our team.
As far as boycotts on Sports Direct, McGill's etc. go ahead if you like, but I think you'll be wasting your time as most sensible adults will make up their own minds.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk if u don't see evidemce of boycott u must be blind how many 40k plus crowds this season

Agree0 Disagree0

03 Nov 2014 10:59:45
Wull61: I am certainly not blind pal you just aren't making yourself clear, are you talking about a boycott since the board accepted Ashleys loan? Or are you talking about a season ticket boycott? That's the main reason attendances are down.I don't see that Ashleys involvement has caused much of a boycott, if you are basing it on the St Johnstone game.

Agree0 Disagree0

Obviously the season ticket boycott that's what is hurting club the most i had stopped going but my gripe was macoist and the drivel served up on the park but the perfomances are a bit better and macoists turn will come so i have started going back

Some thoughts on Rangers form on the pitch right now. We've strung together a few wins recently and are still in all competitions. We play Cowdenbeath, Falkirk and Alloa before we play Hearts at Tynecastle later this month. Win all four and we'll be at worst one point behind Hearts. If we can achieve that and then go on a run until the end of January who knows what can happen when we play Celtic. It is all about confidence. Celtic blow hot and cold and weren't anything special yesterday. C'mon the Gers!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yeah mate we are blowing hot and cold and we didn't play well yesterday. We managed to beat our premier league opposition but even with this I fear a thumping from you like the one you handed out to whatever part time team you were playing yesterday. You did pump them didn't you?

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 14:39:05
Pedroboy: That's right we did pump them, this isn't just blind defiance or bravado,I think we'll pump your mob as well. Your keeper's been man a the match last 4 games at least, nuff said. We'll just have to wait and see,by the way, what are your fans boycotting at the moment?

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 14:49:51
This cup fixture apparently. Pedro, in all seriousness, do you think there will be a majority of Celtic supporters boycotting this game or will the temptation be too much and your moral principles put out the window?

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 14:55:02
Think there'll be a lot of hypocrites on both sides.

Agree0 Disagree0

Go there keeper man of the match stuff is only in the hope some of the big teams in England take notice, hoping the can offload him at xmas cause they badly badly badly need money what would happen if there loans were called back to parent club at Xmas I wonder

Agree0 Disagree0

I think like your boycotting fans the temptation will be to much and the game could sell out 100 times. Pablos1 its nice your worried about our finances, thanks for that, I am worried about yours.

Pumping Dumbarton 1-0 gkk, very well done.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks Ed. Totally unacceptable behaviour, I assume he will be informed that it is not on?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - his IP has been blocked and his account deleted mate. Sorry I didn't spot it until you brought it to my attention. I just assumed it was a typo, never noticed what it said, but noticed he had sent in another reply with the exact same 'typo' on it, so it was obviously just a foul little turd being a prick.}

Thanks, I love a bit of banter, nothing more nothing less! Cheers for your help!

Agree0 Disagree0

Were the stripey ones not one of the lot who voted for us to go???
boycotts were good enough against DUFC or are we changing the stance on this ???

Agree0 Disagree0

@9. You are having a laugh, what are you going to do next season, if we get promotion to the top league?

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 11:10:22
After all that our great club has been through in recent times and the hatred aimed at us from all corners of Scotland especially that mob from the east end, would a win against sceptic in the semi be the sweetest victory over them in our history. Bring it on. WATP.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

02 Nov 2014 12:08:24
Not being controversial for the sake of it bud , but I've honestly experienced more hatred from fans of other Scottish clubs. In my experience Celtic supporters have generally delighted in taking the p155 but have also shown me a bit of understanding over the last couple of years. I've got one Celtic mate who is genuine in his attempts to get me to change my stay away stance and even recognises this as Rangers more than I do?!?
Regardless, for those of you excited by this fixture I'd say Rangers are most definitely in the win win situation whatever happens.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are you bothered? I thought you chucked it!

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 12:23:09
@2 who chucked what if your referring to myself yes I've stopped travelling up a decision which was one of hardest I've ever made but chuck it never I love Rangers with a passion and will do till my last breath so believe me I most certainly DO CARE.

Agree0 Disagree0

Joyful that was uncalled for it does not matter that Sutton bears chin is down. On our club at this stage in our history once a bear always a bear, it's in the blood

Agree0 Disagree0

Soton bear, I've got to agree with Bay on that one. I have experienced more hatred from others, especially the sheep boys, than the sellick fans.
Just ignore comments like jyf's as he[or she] probably does not understand our deep feelings for our club, irrospective of our stance at the moment.
As things stand, I think we are on a 'doing', but if a day is a long time in politics, then 2 months is an eternity in football. No matter what, I will be 100% behind the team.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 13:53:24
@sotonbear. There's too much hatred In scottish football, we didn't help ourselves with those idiots in George square during the independence. Shameful and embarrassing, I can't even take my wee boy to the games because of the biggots that ruin the game for me.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 14:55:11
@3 I think jyf was referring to me mate. @2 I'm not bothered, I'm just having a chat is that ok? I meant, prior to chucking it I had more venom from fans of other clubs. My mate only wants me to get the passion back so he can enjoy winding me up. He seems genuinely sad that I'm not bothered anymore :0)

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 15:45:00
@5 I agree,we all have mates who are Celtic fans and most of the banter is good natured (I say most) and we know the origins of the rivalry. Your sheepman on the other hand,is a different kettle of fish.He doesn't know why he hates you,he just does.In my opinion it started when that scumbag smashed the most exciting player of his generation in Ian Durrant, and wrecked the boys career, and they hate US?? Never been able to figure that one out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pablosbrother imposter lads beware pablos1 does not have any brothers but he does have a son in law that's bealing cause they ain't won a treble since we were illegally removed from the spl, we are coming be worried be very worried.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 18:12:25
Take your point lads on the venom directed at us not living in Scotland I only Saw and heard What was thought of us from my many trips to Belfast and the overwhelming amount of celtic fans who I know in Southampton who don't see it as banter and couldn't care less if we lived or died and we're not big on sheep men down here never met one Thank f**k. I will say that the many games I've seen on our journey back to our rightful place has been so enjoyable going to grounds I'd never been to and actually being welcome at most has been a great experience, let's see what's instore for us next season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not being controversial. but I haven't experienced the hatred from fans of other clubs? when was that. ? did I miss it ? some fans talking their thoughts about our predicament does not mean hatred or singing stupid songs that we are " dead etc. . just means they had an opinion no big deal.
I do know for a fact that a percentage of Celtic support on other hand "hate" us with a vengeance hence there opinion this is not an "old firm game" etc etc.
Funny how perceptions change when we get "back" to the big playground. I also have Celtic mates and they just laugh and take the "piss" as per usual, who wouldn't. we would do same.
Boycott the bloody game,,,, we said we would ?? against all who were against us, or is that on back burner ?

Agree0 Disagree0

@11. I am glad that you have not felt the venom from the sheep boys. Yes, there is a section of the sellick support that really do hate us, but I would say that, as a percentage, it is far lower than the volume from aberdeen.

Agree0 Disagree0

03 Nov 2014 17:23:23
Pittodrie away is just horrible, vile.I mean any Bear that's been up there knows, you can smell the hatred the in air(through the fleece that is) and the place has a sinister feeling about it that is worse than the piggery. From the polis to the turnstiles, and the stewards.Hatred.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Nov 2014 21:10:09
would mike Ashley loan us a player or 2 in January??

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Lee, It would be the sensible route to go, but the players on offer would be, most probably, younger players needing first team experience. They would, most likely, be of a higher calibre player than the bulk of ours. However, we have a significant problem-----Ally's policy of playing young players before the ' auld team. '

Agree0 Disagree0

Or 11 mate before we play that other mob.

Agree0 Disagree0

OMG now they think MA is going to loan us players,,,, have I been asleep these last years? do we ever learn?
We are getting shafted by a big bloody stick for god sake but if he offers us crumbs of his succulent table we wish to take them.
What will we do have a pool of about 100 by the time semi comes around. perfect we will pay their wages as well as their masters.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Nov 2014 20:36:40
we will soon know whether we can stand alone with s p l champs or get thumped any bets this one for vote ed it could beware of the ill winds in january

Ed iMessage quite surprised there been no mention on here about George taylor buying 3. 2 per cent of our club. maybe we are fed up talking about the shares but iMessage very surprised it's not been mentioned yet

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Aye think he is wa king mob.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Nov 2014 09:46:30
Yet again shares were up for offer & Dave King never took the chance to buy them and get his foot in the door.

Anyone else think that clubs should have suffered more when we got papped from the spl. They are winning cups and seem to be doing ok. Could have some trouble when we go back up and they have evolved and we are still going 2 steps backwards

Agree0 Disagree0

Pablosbrother you are just an imposter that is married to my daughter and you are raging cause yous have not won a treble since our drop from top league yous can't beat the wee teams and you are bricking it in case we horse yous in cup, yous are skintight and need this game, the money from this game might see yous through to season end unless the ec say diffrent
