As the wolf's circle its time to be
strong...all I read hear is Liquidation
which I guess must be in the 98%
chance now....

Option to consider
1) NewCo - owners expect the same
fans to dig deep....
2) Fans start a new Club!
with 45000 at evey game it would
be 3yrs and back into top flight.
hire a stadium....

do not me a murry/whyte slave
and pay their bills....

dont let them mess with the RFC.

If someone can start a site...
The NEWRFC2012 then you will see
Whyte will sell up...

just watched the ch4 report about rangers ... through my fingers, from behind the sofa
david murray?....how can you sleep at night?.....
our club...our institutian is rotten to the core and in turmoil
to hear that even john greig was part of this really brings it home
martin bain, david murray....craig whyte...what a shower of scumbags....totally fu**ed rangers fc and left one of the biggest and most successful clubs in world football on it's knees,
i support and follow rangers fc and if we go into to liquidation then newco is not an option, football dies there and then for me
waldo

Believable9 Unbelievable0

ROTTEN TO THE CORE. now maybe you will take your head out the sand,What's that about DIGNITY We won fair and square,We are not guilty. Every one in the boardroom including managers have involved for years. But it is the paranoid that are deluded we have been telling you for years but you did not want to know. After watching the Ch4 programme with disgust I for 1 will be trying to remove the john Grieg statue from ibrox we should take it to the scrappies and put any money to the RFFF

Do my fellow bears agree?

Believable15 Unbelievable2

Now come on fellow bear, that statue is up there for what he has done for us in the past a big LEGEND, do people not realise that for the love of the club they had to keep their mouths shut? for example look at paul murray with shyte? murray spoke out sorry alistair johnstone... well all of them, tried to warn us ( not tic fans btw as they said they did, deluded lol ) and look what happened ? if you are against my ideas then F**K OFF, and no my head isn't in the sand, maybe old john took a back seat for the fact he's been there longer than anybody else so why go and put all them good memories down the drain. anyhoo al stop rambling on ok lol, oh 1 more thing, listen guys nobody knows the reasons for this ( the people who always knew about them ), they could have been threatened by murray and co or get sued. :S p.s. sorry ed lol stewie

Agree0 Disagree4

Dont be stupid .. the statue is there to remember those who lost their lives in the Ibrox disasters

Believable6 Unbelievable4

There are muppets associated with every club. Us Tims know the ordinary decent bear wouldnt wish Stan ill. Differences are put aside when tragedies occur. That's what makes the Old Firm great. Try and save your club Bears , the tic would survive without you but it wouldn't be the same. My uncle John god rest his soul always moaned that money was pricing the common man out of the game : now it's destroyed it

Now all of you that slated me when I said that I was delighted when greig left the club. I made the point that since when did an average player, a good captain, a shocking manager give you a job for life. Another hanger on and now it is seen that he benefited and knew all about EBTs.

Too many people have milked this club for too long, hence the reason why we are where we are. Christ 40,000 turn up for a kick about, you could bottle s**t and put a rangers crest on it and ppl would buy it, and yet we are broke, it is totally unbelievable.

Believable9 Unbelievable2

Im wondering about Walter

Well said m8.....rangers fc forever...anyother for never... pay the piper all concerned...deecee

Agree1 Disagree0

Listen of course they knew about Ebt's but they and rangers were advised they were legal. If your employer wants to pay you a bonus you dont question if its legal or not do you?

Agree2 Disagree4

They were told they were legal by a porn merchant.....great pmsl....les

Agree4 Disagree0

Murray: So, with regards to your wages, what we've done is, thanks to a little tax quirk, we've contributed more than £20 GRAND to your account.
Player: Oh right. That sounds lovely but, before I sign on the dotted line here, can you just provide me with adequate legal paperwork to ensure that HMRC won't challenge this in 10 years time? Frankly, I feel quite uncomfortable with this and would want to see all legal ramifications before I accept another £20 GRAND into my weekly pay packet!
Is this the Twilight Zone? Fk me, you'd take it and run! {Ed001's Note - no, you would want a contract to ensure they didn't ask you to pay it back in a lump sum later.}

Not good news, was told by a reliable source that i work with(financial services) that our beloved club is most certainly going into liquidation. This chap has not once gave me any guff info.He is best friends with big dave mcpherson and craig levien. This looks like being an even worse outcome than i had expected. Totally gutted, read a few posts that if this was to happen then these so called fans wld no longer support the rangers(new club if liquidation happens). I for one will continue buying my season tckt and supporting our great club, whatever the state or outcome.
I hope what i have said about liquidation turns out to b wrong.....A big bear hoping for the best!!!!

Believable7 Unbelievable4

Liquidation may just be the start there,s criminality ,cover - up and it maybe that bad that they throw us out the league all together, remember the club in the lower leagues in england was that just incase
seems to be falling into place for craig whyte walking into ibrox to do due dilegence and finding a vipers nest
he did say at the begining that he was the best chance rangers had...it may just be true....les

Just watched Channel 4 news about
EBT's and how widespread it was.
Bain, McLelland and Greig all named,
paperwork to proved it. Also Bain
asking secretary to shred documents,
naughty naughty. Mr Ogilvie, SFA chief
will you do the decent thing and resign
now or hang on until fired?
It took Alex Thomson, only 5 weeks
to uncover all this. Your own laptop
loyal failed you bears miserably, by
failing to investigate properly.
Bears, BBC, Channel 4 at this rate
you will have no television to watch..
Timalloy (avid tv watcher)

Believable8 Unbelievable2

Some of us knew this long time ago and please read his blog, AT admits it still might be legal. Need to do better Timalloy.

Agree1 Disagree4

For the first time in my life i actually feel sorry for rangers fans, only the ones who havent defamed the memory of jock stein though, so if either of you read this : i'm sorry.
the rest of you : the fun goes on. gonna be giving the jg statue some of the sadaam hussein treatment soon , eh boys ?

Agree6 Disagree1

Timalloy the only thing this programme has uncovered is the paperwork concerning M. Bain and McClelland.
As an avid supporter of Kerrydale St and the RTC sites you would have known about much of the programme's content or do you just look at the pctures?
On the subject of those sites it was yourself that stated they had said the decision on the Tax Tribunal would be on Thursday past. Like the weekly tick tock predictions for a Friday closure of the club, gone in a whisper.
We knew about the kinky ex lawyer.
Directors were involved in the EBT scheme.
MIM ran the scheme.
Granted ch4 have seen documents, but fail to mention the source. (something which is asked for on here quite regularily and quote parts of the documents but not in full)
If these documents were as cut n'dried then the QC defending RFC in the tax Tribunal would have said 'keys'.
So what in 5 weeks has this 7min 49sec programme uncovered that your sites' haven't or was common knowledge?
They made it clear RFC is the biggest club in Scotland and one of the biggest in the UK.
They have made it clear RFC is a test case with other clubs in Scotland and the UK expecting their door chapped if the HMRC win. How much shredding is going on there?
Do you really think the Tax Tribunal judges would have sat there and said ok there are grounds for a defence but wasted public money on a lengthy case when the evidence against RFC is so compelling?
This is not head in the sand but yours is head up yir archie with pure hatred.

Agree3 Disagree1

Am a coach with my sons football team, Blantyre Boys club, and the kids received their certificates fro passing their next level of skills from Celtic coach and ex player John Kennedy. He was a gentleman and a credit to himself and the club which I support but it reminded me of his dreadful injury and....and this is the point on here, that it was Steven Naismith who a few months back presented the kids with their 1st set of badges. I posted on here that night what a smashing guy he was, toom part in Q&A and even training with the kids....so was delighted to see today that he was back doing some light training. Excellent news and hope he is back soon.

ref the pr*ck that wrote this

Bye bye you wont be missed, The real Rangers fans will stick by there club whether we are Rangers or NewRangers

you are a F*cking disgrace mate how dare you come on here and say anyone who does not support a newco is not a Real Rangers supporter. quite the opposite some of us have been supporting the one and only Rangers for most of our lives

we have had the pleasure and heartache of supporting our club all through the barren years when Celtic where winning nine in a row we where also there to be thrilled during the glory years when we won nine in a row i am in my very late forties i took in my first rangers game when i was 11 years old (got a punt over the turnstiles remember those days probably not because you are one of the glory hunters, by the sound of it you will follow anyone. rangers is more than just a football team to some of us they are like a limb or a member of your family if your father died you just dont go out and get another unless you are not old enough to share a histiory and a life with your real father. its the same for rangers once you have shared a history and your life with a club its in your blood till you or it dies and im afraid if the Rangers i Love dies so does my love for football.

a newco will be fine for our younger supporters but not for me. but dont you dare come on here and spout rubbish like your comment above. the clue is in the song IM RANGERS TILL I DIE not rangers 2012 or 5hit like that.

Well said mate I am in my late 50s and like you went to all the games throughout the so called barren years,I even remember a game that you could hear the player talk to each other,I also feel that a"new"Rangers just would not be the same so I just pray someone with deep pockets feels just as passionately.

Agree3 Disagree4

Totally agree with this, fed up with the so called REAL fans been to my fair share of games to know in my own heart I'm a real fan, but will have no part of rangers if Craig whyte is part of it.

Unfortunately I think the time for someone with deep pockets has passed. If someone was gonna do that they would probably have done it long before now.

quabba

Well said m8,i am nearly 27 and been lucky enough to see some true rangers legends in my short time but if the one and only RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB dies, then to echo an earlier statement so does my support.i will live on but with a great void in my heart that could NEVER EVER be replaced by ANY football team!

Agree4 Disagree2

If craig whyte has anything to do with rangers the players will not be back nor half the fans we are rangers not some greedy making money making organisation that might takeover and liquidate us we have been exploited enough bbblue

Agree3 Disagree1

I will not support a newco as it aint rangers fc

TB

Agree4 Disagree0

I geuinely feel sorry for True Rangers supporters , the ones that have been there through bad, good and great times and never waivered with their support. The ones i don't feel sorry for are the one's who after a few bad results are not interested anymore, it's no coincedence those are the type of fans who would be happy with a newco as long as the debt was wiped and when Rangers became successful again they would be back shouting about being diehards. I know how i would feel if the shoe was on the other foot and it was my club in danger , i've seen the good the bad and ugly since i first got a season ticket 16 yrs ago but my support never waivers, so good luck genuine Rangers supporters i sincerely hope your club survives.....Stevie

Listen guys the chances are even with a full strength RFC we would of still struggled to retain our title , in this day in age it is VERY VERY hard to keep winning them, so Celtic were probably due this SPL crown, I don't have much time for Lennon although contary to what that lot like to think I don't HATE the man , infact he seems to be a decent manager , he's doing the right things with the players he's bought and the age he's got his team down to, so in a football respect I will say well done Lennon you have done a good job under unimaginable circumstances , so for that reason alone the guy deserves our respect, but Neil STOP giving people the ammunition to shoot you with, you do yourself NO favours man, so once again well done , but we have only lent you the title and we WILL be back for it!

Good Day Fellow Bears..

Well it’s getting to be that we don’t know what the ding dong dell is going on!
It is looking increasing like the god Dr, Mr Whyte has had everything in place long before he signed on the doted line, I don’t profess to know what’s going on, far from it, infact I am as confused as the next man, however as the days and weeks drag on it is beginning to look like we have been royally shafted!

Just when you think things are beginning to look a little clearer, something totally illogical goes down, there has been so many things said and done recently that don’t make sense that I do believe that we are in the throw’s of a well orcastrated set up, I can only hope that we come out the other side bigger and better and soon………. However me fears the worst.

Very sad bear.

Well done sir walter smith, listen he has just showed that we are not bitter like we are made oit to be, yeah maybe a jumped on the tainted title band wagon but that was purely for banter to quite truthfull celtic do deserve the title i don't care if i get shot down by fellow bears but come on green ghedi and a select few did have a point when they stated the tic clawed back a 15 point gap and overtook us but i will say if admin didn't happen things woukd have been different and come on tic fans you know we coukd have been right behind your arses lol, steeeve

Believable8 Unbelievable6

Steeeve are you still getting thought of as one of them mate? I've pointed out before you're a GER , are people taken notice my man?
PaulRFC

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok ill give you if admin didnt happen yous could have had a chance because it is a mess on the players but they still let slip 15 points or maybe your manager did, but yous were doing bad before admin. so if you think admin had such an impact on your players and team, what would you say about Celtic and there players, for thier manager have had bombs and death threats and the media all after him?(we all know the situation) do you think this has an affect on the players, for they have to worry if somthing happened to thier coach as well as maybe being hurt themselves. just wondering because some, well most of yous talk about tainted title but Celtic have to put up with this for 2 years now(and who knows for how many years to come) and still have been in the battle in all compitition. not trying to start somthing or bring up NL, just want to know your thought because if you say that yous would have been alot better if there was no admin then surely you would say the same if Celtic didnt have to put up with all the threats for 2 years right?.... and if that is true just think of how good of a season/games would have been if both clubs didnt have to put up with the crap that is going on now, then maybe the spl would look better. Canuck Bhoy

Agree3 Disagree2

Hopefully not paul buddy lol, i am decent rangers fan when credit is due if you get me, as i quoted in the OP, maybe confussing a few fellow bears not the 1st time though like when you posted about me not being one a while back lol, probably have to put steeeveRFC what you think lol? I am Celtic fan.

Who cares about titles in the past?

End of the day, Rangers could only field 11 players like the rest of us, so talk of stripping titles are absolute nonsense.

SPL can't even stand up and be counted to govern the league they have meant to govern.

SPL, SFA and SFL. What a joke.

Scottish football should be governed by one body on top of that it should be supporters from each club who represent the Govern body. Not guys from England who know nothing about the passion of our game!

Elections should be held from each club, putting forward 1 supporter/ambassador from each club to work under the governing body and not the mess of historians we currently have!

Believable21 Unbelievable1

Good post there mate, can't see it happening though.

With the leauge over and European football for next season looking bleak now is the time to bleed as much youngsters through and possable and start to rebuild our team, if we have anymore young lads like McCabe then I want to see them step up now and stake their claim for a role in our new era. The administrators need to speed up the process of getting new owners in place to safeguard our top players who are currently very vulnerable to get picked up cheap by the premiership volcures. Clubs down south will take advantage of our situation and take our players from us for ridiculously cheap fees in comparison to their true values unless we have new owners in place soon. No matter the outcome of the tax case we need to take it on the chin and end all uncertainty. Together we need to move on and move forward and keep supporting this great club!

this site is doing no good for rangers, everyone posting on here is just posting negativity when noone has any inside knowledge of wehat is going to happen, i am 100% confident we will not go into liquidation, we have 4 bidders on the table, people need to realise regardless of what happens with the BTC we need to get stable, you really think HMRC , ticketus etc want to lose out on potentially millions they might be owed? course not, a CVA will be agreed evetually but not this 10p to the pund nosence makes no sence for them to only take that small a margin back, believe it or not we are a very attractive business proposition with the opportunity to make rangers a bigger global brand than we already are, david murray tried it and succeeded to an extent but now we need to start from scratch, Brian Kennedy never really wanted to buy the club and i believe he knew his bid would be rejected, he was obv just going to handle the clubs debt for a period of time but put no investment into the club, he doesnt have the financial muscle required anyway, the blue knights with the right backers would have after a certain period and i believe we shud all get behind them full frontal.

I think your mental mate. 100% confident rangers won't go into liquidation? Where have you been? Even Walter ally and D&P have said its a possibility who are the 4 bidders? White won't sell to blue knights and kennedys been booted out its went all quiet on the other bids I fear D&P have been trying to lift moral and drum up intrest by saying there are all these bidders who's to say there are any left? How do you make scottish football anymore attractive globally? YOU CAN'T!

It's called debate. Sometimes the truth is unpalatable it's not the Daily Record spoon fed rubbish. Most of it here is well informed news from mostly decent sources. Moderated sensibly. Don't shoot the messengers

It is saying on the daily rag that Brian Kennedy will team up with Paul Murray and his blue knights consortium hope this is true but don't know

Why all the commotion about Ticketus?

If someone else had come in and cleared the Lloyds debt we would have been grateful!

Fair do, they may not have been volounteers but now they have a stake and have said they are willing to work within the confines of the system to re-establish the Gers.

A reputable company onside? or the bottom feeders that have emerged promising riches and glory?

I think we all see demons at every corner and doubt anything that looks above board.

It was the only thing Whyte did right, secure cash from a legit source and after admin they MUST become a partner or lose(£28.7 Mil) to a CVA or Liquidation.

The only thing that has stalled it was the unforseen attitude of the players ACTUALLY taking the cut in wages!

The plan would have worked by now, admin then liquidation but those guys accepted a deal they were never meant to.

Would YOU accept a 75% reduction in wages?

Me neither.
They wanted to concede and crash the game and these guys prevented it.

It changed the gameplay and now they have an anomaly in the rank, they never planned for a takeover and hence they have no business plan for any potential buyers.

I fear for the future of our great club with these cheese farmers at the helm.

When do we get a f*ckin break?

Charli3.
