So Craig Whyte has been declared bankrupt in the High Court in London owing over 21 million. It was Ticketus who petitioned for his bankruptcy. Bankruptcy itself isn't a crime but let's hope he gets what is coming to him via the criminal proceedings which start again in December. How was this crook ever allowed to get involved with Rangers?

Aye, let's hope he and his co- conspirators get what's coming to them. Interesting how none of the self righteous mhob are condemning the behaviour of Whyte and co. They carried out the fraud against Rangers, so it is ok. It shows them up for what they are.

I am not sure but I think this means he will be able to get legal aid for the other stuff that lies ahead.
This might be a favour Ticketus have done him; does anyone know why they would petition now as I don't see how it benefits them. (or the criminal case)

I'm amazed how Murray has just been left alone after the damage he did to the club. He always said he would only sell the club to someone with the clubs best interests at heart. I can't think of anyone worse he could have sold club to than Whyte.
