Job done tonight!
Top of the league for at least a day! It's going to go down to the last day of the season. Im quite a fan of this site but I'm fed up with all the nonsense rumours, I know a player very well( my mrs brother) and I show him all the transfer stuff on this site and it's all bull! He usually hears the transfer goss and all the stuff on here is nonsense! At least wait till you hear it from a good source before posting s**te on here.

Takeover to be complete tomorrow. rangers top of the league. looks like the jouro was talking absolute garbage again with his "takeover off" nonsense. i think he (the journo) really is a journo - are you the closet celtic fan journolist keith jackson journo? because he talks drivel like you too!
good days ahead for the bears. looking forward to spending half a mill repairing scotlands 1st 5 star stadia and super ally spending 6 or 7 mill building a squad to beat celtic under their next gaffer (when lennon either gets sacked or sectioned!)

Just after watching the st johnstone game there and that is probably the worst game of football i have seen in my life in terms of quality, very lucky to get a massive 3 points but if wee play like that again say goodbye to retaining the spl, however i always believe in the mighty rangers cause we are the people RULE BRITANNIA

Rangers to sell McGregor in summer almost 100% certain. heard from a reliable source who works at Ibrox. just wanted to let Gers fans know!

Forgot to mention that Charlie Adam is supposedley on his way to Liverpool for £12 million. That means that Rangers will have an extra £2.4 million to spend on players in the summer.

Folks

I have seen all the potential signing targets mentioned and a lot have made comments on Eremenko. Personally, I htink the guy looks class and wouldn't look out of place in our team. He isn't scared to put his foot on the ball and play even at Ibrox or Parkhead. However, the only stumbling block I can see is that he is on £20k with his current club. I kow this for sure because I know somone that works for Killie. They only pay £2k per week towards his wages and I'm not sure he is worth £20k a week.

I think goodwillie would be a good signing though as he is top scorer in the SPL while playing for Dundee United and under pressure about the charges against him. Can you imagien how many he would score with the current champions?

Anyway it's looking good for the takeover so lets hope our Whyte Knight in shining armour gets all the decent players that are out of contract soon tied up before we get new payers in. We don't want another Kenny Miller situation on our hands.

The takeover is a done deal!

all they have to do now is tell the board and shareholders. nothing can stop it happening now.

i have heard a few rumours that rangers are interested in Jay Rodriguez(Burnley) and Lewis McGugan(Nottm Forest).

i'd like to see it happen but they are quite pricey ?

Cerny- hamilton
Conway- dundee united
Goodwillie- dundee united
Bikey- burnley
Bartley- arsenal (loan)

If the poster thinks that this lot are quality players then we are in trouble, and if Murray park can't produce this caliber of player 'at least' then we should close it down tomorrow.

Bartley could be the only exception, but that's only, he has to kick on, but has a decent chance.

Goodwillie is the classic example of Scotland looking for a superstar.

He is miles off being a top player. . .miles

Seen it all before- in fact we have one in our ranks, John Fleck - the next boy wonder, these guy's are ten a penny in the 'championship'(not even the Prem) and some not even getting a game.

Steven Fletcher was another 'superstar' not getting a game with wolves.

Is Conway better that Chris Burke was, or even wee Nacho playing wide?

Conway, again is not a bad player, but very one dimentional and not amazingly quick for a winger

He might not be worse, but he's not (quality) better than what we have or have had.

Cerny? not bad keeper, but quality? and an improvement?

Bikey, just couldn't have him at all, must have better at Murray Park or we can bring it forward and close it today.

I'm not having a go here lads, and i get sucked into this mindset myself, but some of the players being touted about will make us a killie or Mwell class team in the future and that's a fact.

To the plum that says goodwillie signd a 3 year deal naw he neva it wiz 1 year extension wae a buy out clause of 2 million so united would get a decent price when hes sold. as for conway am sure hes out of contract n wouldnae cost much in wages. boyd wnt b bk unless its for buttons.smiths a bluenose just bcoz hes gettn 50 at newcastle dnt mean sxxt if rangers show an interest he will be here. eremenko av neva heard eh his club n am pretty sure killie wnt b payin him a fortune. if his own club were why move tae killie why nt hold out for a bigger club n collect his big wage while waitn! . Its not nessesarily £5m per year, taking into account player sales plus profit through european football (If we make it this year)

The £25m is money whyte is putting up himself. Plus who's to say £15m of that plus player sales won't go into the kitty this year, to rebuild the Squad?

Silly comment from a Celtic fan, although alot hinges on Rangers winning the title this year, and securing the Champs Leaugue place. Its an incentive for both clubs to fight for everything over the last 10 games, should be a good end to the season.
