I know it's mad the names that are being linked and there's no truth to them.
Joey Barton, Niko Kranjcar. Imagine any fan thinking we'd be able to sign this calibre of player. Just down right out of their mind aren't they. Jordan Rossiter too. One of Liverpool's most promising young midfielders coming to Rangers, pfft, fans must be having a laugh.

I don't care what anyone says about Dave King. Everything he has done or is trying to do for our club and is not for his own self gain.
Ridding us of Mike Ashley and sports direct is his bone just now and he will succeed.
He had the vision and the insight to recruit The Magic hat in the first place and look how that's panned out.

You lot seem to think that Europe's top players want to play at celtic, it's still Scotland it won't happen and to think because you may qualify for the champions league you'll get top drawer players, who wants to sign when you'll get embarrassed every game, remember you still hold the record of getting knocked out of Europe three times in one season.

I think its became abundantly clear that our next signing (s) if any will be loans from BPL teams once they've registered their 25 man squads.
I think someone from Arsenal could be a good shout. Wishful thinking if i'm honest but our manager has outlined he's happy with what he has; he's not going to exactly say the defence is rotten either.
I liked Dom in the middle but wasnt very sure when he was at the back. Guy like Rob Holding might be a good shout from Arsenal. Omerou from Chelsea. Thiago Ilori has been mentioned from Liverpool also, then again who hasnt.
Touch wood we get something soon.

He said the same thing last season in January and the summer before making new signings.
Happy with what we have isn't a resounding endorsement of the squad nor is it a put down on the verge of a new season, he's playing his cards close to his chest as always, smart man.
Ball seems the most likely to come in just now given the time it's taking. Would rather a loan from the Premier League than a 35 and upwards journeyman who'll give us one season at most anyway.
We might be able get a good loan for more than a season.

Mr warburton certainly looks calm and collected considering we definitely need a decent centre back to tighten the defence up a bit, but like you say it's looking like it could be a loan player which we won't know until the teams down south name their squads, just for the record I heard Julian lesscott name mentioned today at work but no idea where this rumour came from, personally I don't believe it but just passing on what I got told.

Just a little suggestion that might or might not work, instead of boycotting strip sales would it be possible or an option to donate strip cost if interested in buying one to Rangers first instead, I know you're not getting the strip but at least the money is going into the club.

Iv suggested fans group release an unofficial retro style top that we could all buy knowing club would get the money.
Something similar to what Manchester utd fans did a few seasons ago (with a scarf of clubs old colours) in protest at glazers.

I was wondering if it would be illegal for the club to purchase a template top from a sport wear supplier without the club crest on it. Say you could buy an embroidered club crest and get this ironed or stitched on. They used to do this sort of thing years ago in the 80s. Surely not selling the final item, once both are combined is not illegal?

Warbs has got me a bit worried. he said he's happy with the squad he's got, but if 1 or 2 become available and add value then we will make a move, but not just adding players for the sake of it. but surely he sees that wee clearly need a centre half and another striker. if we don't add anyone else we won't win the league imo.

Aye it's odd caw. It was plain to see that our defence needed sorting out and he signed a raft of midfielders. Not sure what his thinking was behind that one. Would've thought that defenders were a priority and expected to see at least one good one being signed. I don't think (and I don't want anyone to assume I'm being negative or having a dig here) we have the money to spend on transfer fees and therefore we are looking at freebies.
Hopefully something will be done in the coming days or weeks. Maybe we will just have to win our games 4-3 this season!

We have made some good signings in middle of park but games are won and lost at either end of pitch.
I don't see us mounting any kind of real challenge without adding some real quality to the defence. And at this stage I can't see us doing that.
We probably have enough goals in team but another striker would certainly help.

A) If he can't get anyone in, on budget, that is better than what we have why would he just bring a donkey in to make up numbers.
B) He is hardly going to say "aye you're right my players are gash and we are pumped if we don't get someone" is he? He would get slated for loads of reasons and they would be less inclined to try for him.

And add in the fact that Danny Wilson is suspended tomorrow. We will not have a recognized central defender on the bench against Hamilton tomorrow. We really need to get this sorted now. And yes i know that Matt Crooks can cover in defence but he wasn't brought in as a defender. Must do better.

Just incase any1 is still unclear on this but the Rangers mega store at the station dosnt belong to us. It's a SD just like the rest of them with MA taking pretty much all the money. Don't b fooled thinking if u buy from there instead of SD it's better for the club because at the time being its not. You think rangers will ever bring back out the rangers news monthly magazine i used to always buy it was always a good read and do you think club should look into beam back of away games on big screens at ibrox charge punters a £5 entry make couple quid for the club . i don't think our great stadium gets used enough outwith football its a great arena with good transport links . More concerts and sporting events would be good . when rugby was there at commonwealth games all the visiting fans said it was a great stadium with great atmosphere for rugby.

Would probably take both if it was up to me, wage dependant. Lescott has had his critics but Is relatively solid. Michu has lost his way a bit and is now playing in Spain's third division, but Warbs has a good track record of allowing players to recapture form/ achieve potential.

Rangers need to buy back unsold stock which is why we did not want the strips offered for sale in the first place. The media seem to be missing this point. SD and Puma recognise there is a fans boycott but they also know they will make money anyway through the buy back.
