Watching the unicef game and dam i'd still sign some of they top pros, ronaldhino is still amazing must admit fowler has put on a bit though, wonder if warbs fancies a bit of magic lol.

05 Jun 2016 22:46:22
Mark Wright is a good player, he wanted to sign for us when we first went down to div 3. I'd take him and berbatov.

06 Jun 2016 00:59:03
Ronaldinho was crap lol but mark wright played well and u could tell he played football before.

06 Jun 2016 06:18:41
Ronaldhino was crap? are your eyes painted on. he's still better than any player we got.

06 Jun 2016 15:35:40
Aye he was crap, anyone who knows about football could see he's done, but what a player he was.

06 Jun 2016 18:30:46
Berbatov would be OK for a year.

06 Jun 2016 22:29:47
Mark wright wanted to sign for us when we were in div 3?
Where did you hear that guff?

05 Jun 2016 18:59:31
Just watched pointless celebrities. Neil Lennon was on, but although he got to the final with partner Iain Dowie he didn't win the money he did however get a pointless trophy to add to the one's he got as Celtic manager. LOL.

05 Jun 2016 21:15:40
Watching Neil Lennon full stop is pointless.

06 Jun 2016 00:59:58
Good post blueice lmfao.

06 Jun 2016 08:25:50
True Djab, himself and the lego muncher. Even the wife says it too, we both cannie stand them, and she's an Aussie.

05 Jun 2016 18:47:08
Would like some opinions on this player fellow bears what about andy Murdoch with they way warburton turned mckay round a reckon he could do the same for Murdoch he seems to be forgotten about with a little help from barton a reckon he could become a top player for us maybe more in the future than now but would be a good holding midfielder for us thoughts guys.

05 Jun 2016 19:12:53
That's a good shout. I like Murdoch good wee player and could be even better under Warburton,

05 Jun 2016 19:55:13
The rumours from murry park were all about how he wasn't picking up MW'S style of play and that his attitude wasn't great. That makes me think he recons he knows better. He'll either start towing the line or he'll be offski.

05 Jun 2016 20:53:26
Think he is a great player who could have a big future however sadly I don't think it will be with us as Warburton clearly doesn't rate him and will probably allow him to leave.

05 Jun 2016 21:52:26
Cheers for reply guys a just liked the look of him when he played reckon he could sadly be moved on aswel but hope not just needs to bulk up and changed his attitude with the sounds of it a would be delighted to go to murray park and be playing at ibrox every other saturday for a job don't understand the bad attitude with players try getting up at 3.30 am for work on a monday.

05 Jun 2016 21:58:47
To tell the truth any time I seen him I thought he could be alright passing wasn't great but from the last time he played for us to now he could go either way nothing special he has more chance in being shite than great I trust the gaffer and if he doesn't rate him it's for a reason.

05 Jun 2016 18:00:35
Good grief the SFA president wants to sign wee Chesney up for the next Eoro qualifying campaign! No matter how the World cup goes! And we all know judt where that will be going. We are all off to Hell in a friggin handcart. He'll set us back another 20 years at this rate.

05 Jun 2016 20:54:37
The Scottish team has went backwards under Strachan and I think we comfortably won't qualify for the World Cup.

05 Jun 2016 21:17:22
Scotland need to go out and get a descent manager for once, not had one from McLeish. The way vogts was treated was shocking and rescent managers get away with murder.

05 Jun 2016 22:05:59
Wee Chesney I think he looks more like Norman collier. The guy has to go as for anyone at the sfa don't expect any intelligent thought there. Look at their handling of the cup final players getting assaulted and regan says pyrotechnics in flares are the worst thing going on, petrie fae hivs thinks punching and spitting on players is exuberance that he revelled. we seriously need to March on Hampden to get they idiots out. We are the ones who have carried this nation for years yet we are the focus of their blame and hatred let's ditch them all.

06 Jun 2016 01:04:07
I'm gutted how far Scotland have declined, it still gets me angry to think we're the only home nation not at the euros, I don't believe it's the managers fault, I think we just ain't good enough, simple as that, and it's a gutter.

06 Jun 2016 11:06:45
As someone that is not a Scotland supporter and never will be I hope that Scotland keep Strachan for many years to come! That way they will never go anywhere! . Shame, since years ago when they had Greig, Baxter, Henderson, Law etc., they were a decent team but now the struggle to field a decent 11 and they never gel as a team!

Northern Ireland, on the other hand, have no stars but the manager has them believing in themselves and it is paying dividends. Though it hurts me to say it, the ROI is a better managed team these days and has been for some time and Wales and England are all streets ahead of Scotland and England's manager is worse than Strachan!

06 Jun 2016 18:34:32
Steve Davis is a star mate.

05 Jun 2016 14:03:57
Just a note on the France match. Good to see Scotland playing with the old guard and trying to scrape a 0-0 in a meaningless game! Embarrassing! Scotland need a Warburton or someone who has fresh ideas but more importantly, a non-Scottish footballing mentality before we fall even further behind! 3-0 down and brings McKay of for about 4 minutes. what is the point!

05 Jun 2016 14:16:39
No point bringing McKay on for last 5 mins. He has treated the boy with contempt. Played most of the usual suspects in the 2 games and was well beaten in both. Utterly pointless exercise and why would a top side want to play us in a friendly when we offered nothing.

05 Jun 2016 14:21:20
Agreed. The most likely outcome for a team playing against Strachan's Scotland is a bad-concussion or a few broken legs! When you're about to play in the Euros, and with a decent chance of winning, is not a worthwhile exercise. Time for a change.

05 Jun 2016 14:30:31
he said initially when Wallace ignored, ''we are aware of what certain players can do so we will look at others''. Obviously that did not not apply to his favourites, but surely now even he must realise time for major clean out of Fletchers etc.

05 Jun 2016 15:01:58
Gone are the days when Scotland and Rangers go hand in hand! Thankfully I am not a Scotland fan, and I will be cheering my country at the European Championships while, no doubt the majority of Scotland fans these days will be supporting the ROI.

05 Jun 2016 16:35:51
What has warbuton done as a manager, strachens record as a manager makes warbuton look like a kit man so give a rest.

05 Jun 2016 17:02:16
Rio, and the leprechaun you got to be joking, man germany.

05 Jun 2016 17:13:59
Well I am a Scotland fan and I'm gutted the way our nation has fallen, at the Euro, s I, ll support Northern Ireland, I love an under dog but I fancy France to win it on home soil, I can't believe were the only home nation not there, it's embarrassing.

05 Jun 2016 17:44:43
The majority of Scotland fans won't be supporting ROI where do you get that from? We support whoever England's playing against.

05 Jun 2016 20:57:37
New Bhoy

What's Warburton's record to do with Strachan's record as Scotland boss? Scotland have went backwards under Strachan and the chances of us qualifying for the World Cup are slim at best.

05 Jun 2016 21:25:37
I'll be supporting Iceland.

05 Jun 2016 14:56:45
Scotland should get shot of strachan now before its too late and appoint billy davies as the new national manager, what's everyone else's take on that? I rate davies very highly, he's a tremendous coach and tough as teak manager, we need a change and fresh approach and ideas!

06 Jun 2016 08:35:52
Buffon if you read the feed someone above mentioned him. He hasn't got a lot to work with but he is trying and as not had a Hevesy manager since MacLeish he was only there to put himself In the shop window walked away as soon as any club came calling.

05 Jun 2016 11:13:09
Anyone heard anything about pre season games, hope they come south again the games at sheffield wednesday and derby were great days out.

05 Jun 2016 11:10:40
From what I've seen and read matt crooks can fill in at cb so i'm not sure if that's how warbs is going to use him like he used dom ball because Barton will play in front of the back 4 unless warbs is changing his formation of course I think he will play the same way and you have halliday holt windass as well so there's 5 for 3 positions wings will be mckay possibly waghorn, ohalloran even miller forester who I've seen play in the 3 in midfield halliday can play wide as well as he did with Middlesborough and Bradford also yet to see If they will get zelalaem and Billy king again as well or has he signed? Dunno much about this Finnish defender people are saying we are after but if we are looking for a striker I think adam le fondre would score us goals or danny ings on loan would be great I even think Glenn murray would do us a job he could score goals in the championship seen someone said about calum chambers good young prospect play cb or rb a wouldn't mind oduwa back to have another crack at it anyone know anything on spurs striker njie could even go for him again just some ideas also heard aluko is a free agent would take him back as well.

05 Jun 2016 11:37:14
I agree with much of what you say except Zelalem- too soft and King not good enough.

Of course there are three positions on the bench we can fil now withour wondering if they are fir enough/ good enough.

05 Jun 2016 12:28:35
And I forgot about rossiter as well so we do have lots of options I think warbs will be done when it comes to the middle of the park just a striker a cb or 2 a fill in right or left back in case of injurys another keeper wouldn't go a miss heard people saying Bentley from Southend maybe another utility player that could play on the wing or a support striker.

05 Jun 2016 13:37:34
I forgot all about King. Done ok but need better next season.

05 Jun 2016 14:43:08
Hopefully not Ger88 because he's a Hearts player!

05 Jun 2016 15:04:52
Any players that come in have to be better than what we have otherwise I see little point in them being signed. At the present time I believe that Warburton and McParland will probably sign players that we have not yet been linked with, the exception being the Southend goalkeeper and Pritchard, (assuming that no one pays £8m for him.

In terms of centre back remain optimistic that the two hammer throwers that play at the back for Scotland will not be coming to Ibrox!

05 Jun 2016 02:33:46
Think we should look to sign zahavi from maccabi Tel Aviv scored 35 goals in 36 games dunno how much they would be looking for him though.

05 Jun 2016 04:07:55
Eran Zahavi, great scoring record definately the type of striker we need, but at 4 million will be out of our price range. 36 goals and 7 assists in 39 games. Possible target for Spurs.

05 Jun 2016 09:38:11
Zahavi is a fantastic player but I think would be out of our bracket, add to that the guy has been around a few clubs in Europe and never really excelled until he went back to is real, I think it would be hard to tempt him away from his club.
