So graham Wallace is the chief executive of Guardian Security (charles Greens security firm). Can't make it up!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Seen that myself earlier but thought it was at the wind up

Is this a fact? If so wot a disappointment again. He must step down now. I can't believe he would put his reputation at risk. if its tru. And he hasn't disclosed it then surely his position is untenable. along with Somers. I hope Dk destroys them

Its not Green firm, its a fully owned subsidiary of RIFC, get your facts right, green and stockbridge were removed from the board of directors,

I thought that was what we wanted!

i am really fed up with all the piffle between the board and dave king I listened to to king today on sky (my opinion is still wants club on cheap) he was in no way out of order in what he said or the manner he spoke in surely there is room for a bit of give and take with the board or as d k says any talks the board would have to run back yo c green for answers his talk of 2 funds I still don't think is viable because that would be like a red rag to a bull with the club re season books let's hope some common ground can be found

With the Ibrox corporate debacle continuing, I'm inclined to agree the best hope of stability is the olive branch to be offered to and accepted by DK next week. It might not result in the ownership model we would prefer - a King-led, a fan-driven consortium - but it has the seeds of a workable compromise. It is hardly Solomonic to see the strength of both sides and to seek to bring them together. I may be proved naïve but I see Graham Wallace as a shrewd, unifying force capable of cleansing the board and stabilising the club. If he can bring DK on board and onside, with a financial commitment conditional on a root and branch culture change, then there may just be hope of bringing in serious investment. In my view, DK has already proved his true blue credentials. While appreciating the gravity of our past owners' betrayals, it would be good if we did not have to play Russian Roulette over season tickets. If this board finally finds a scintilla of wisdom, it will make peace with King and welcome his contribution. With money clearly running out, the alternative is bleak. This may be the last opportunity for Gers men of means and goodwill to work together and finance a better future

{Ed039's Note - Are you Kieran Pryor in disguise?)

The man is talkijng sense if there is no common ground I really fear the fallout from the fiasco wll be the end of rangers or at best grond sharing at broadwood or airdrie in front of a couple thousand because make no mistake if the bandits think they are going to lose there money or there shares will become worthless they will liquidate whole show with the security they have it will be end of the line for ibrox and murray park and allow of the genuine bears holding shares beleive me follow spivs out or dave kings boycott and it it will be one unhappy ending so instesd of everyone pulling in all different directions try for some common ground we also need someone to galvanize every body and bring all the supporters factions together under one umbrella by redind all the various posts there is some bears with knowledge and connections to pull the whole thing together and raise the money to either do something because I am certain there will have to be a share issue somewhere along the line

I think the next fortnite wil be crucial if we are to move forward. DK says he. s happy to come and work for however long it takes to sort Rangers. Pryor says he agrees and wants to help. The s/tkt money is in the pipeline for the rite people. I can see wallace and somers walking away very soon.

Agree0 Disagree0

@2 not wanting to underplay the current situation however I feel u r being a bit of a drama queen with such a negative post. Don't think it's as cut and dried as u seem to think however I hope that some common ground is found and the club can move forward

Agree0 Disagree0

'Fraid not, Ed, I am not a covert Kieran Pryor though I wish I had his money and stunning IQ! Some very intelligent reply posts here. And, as it happens, maybe Pryor is just the man to mediate the conciliation that is vitally needed in the coming weeks. Wallace and King are both capable of a massive contribution to a Rangers rebirth in their respective ways. It would be a tragic irony if the club falls into an unnecessary abyss between them. There has to common sense, common ground, and mutual goodwill, and it has to be now.

Agree0 Disagree0

Slb in regard to your first post I don't think the board would let dave king near there goldmine cause dave king would want to see the accounts and once he seen them he would maybe realise where the missing millions went then that would give him the power to tell us who got what and ide imagine if the support knew the truth we would make sure we got rid of these spivs

Just wanted to say well done to the scotland team. I am very happy with Strachan in charge, just hope we can continue it into competitive games.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I wholeheartedly agree. Strachan has the team getting the ball down and playing football. For the first time that I can remember, we are retaining possession and our work rates excellent. I am still just about behind Ally but when you see what Wee Gordon has done with more or less the same players that he inherited from Levein then it does make you wonder. Jig and the boys owe us a good performance at Ibrox on Sunday. I don't care how much Albion Rovers raise there game, it's surely not that difficult to pick out a pass to a player wearing a blue shirt.
