If you want to look at the banter page you'll see the reaction it got from some fans!! I know it is a guff team but my point was if it wasn't for Craig Whyte that's the team we would have. Lloyds would have asset stripped us down to the bare bones. so let's not be too hard on the guy, ok he hasn't spent as much as he said but give him a break boys, the man is dealing with David Murrays tax bill and he bought Rangers knowing this would happen which says to me he cares for the club. He has my backing and so does Coisty.

Not that he his obliged to, but I think it's time that Craig Whyte came out and made everyone aware of his intentions with Rangers FC.. He doesn't have to go into details, but the negative publicity that the club is currently getting and the shambolic transfer window activity have made us the laughing stock of world football. Even clubs in South Africa think we are joke... making mad offers for players with multiple international caps... Come on Craig time to face the fans and PLEASE tell the truth. If you don't have the £1 to pay SIR David Murray for his shares, I'm sure we can find it somewhere.

Whyte, will not go public, and the laptop loyal will not ask. When Fergus McCann was taking over Celtic, the press knew everything about him and his business dealings, contrast that with the secrecy surrounding Whyte. Ask yourself also where is all this money? Whyte is being sued by Tax people, Martin Bain, Albion Rovers chairman and a legal firm (those are ones we know of) has Whyte got money to pay them, also ask yourself is whyte using season ticket money off the fans instead of his own money. Rangers fans deserve an answer, but will they get it? Timalloy

Hail Hail Tim.......You can't talk to this mob. They believe they are immune to debt collectors as they are the "mighty" glasgow rangers!
Rangers fans should start listening to radio and reading the papers! Whyte is ripping the heart out of your club, and you mob still go along to games, still buy tops etc.
Your ignorance is only rivalled by your lack of intelligence, take off your blue tinted specs!

Fellow Rangers Fans do not believe the s**te you read here. (sure there are some good valid posts)
The majority of the negativity here plainly comes for Sellick fans that try to undermine us due to the panic that is setting in at Sellick park.
I am very proud of my club and as a true fan will support the manager and each and every player.
No money didnt stop us winning the title and history has shown us that during a major rebuilding phase the champions league is difficult to reach as new players havent had time to gel.
Safe in the knowledge that if, and i say if, we dont win the league this season Ally can walk onto the park on the last day and say "this is just the beginning"!
I believe, we believe WATP

Aye we're all brickin it over there, watchin uz mugs on the brink of closure, altho thru the back door we're back in europe so thers 5 mil in the bank. We've just signed a good striker and we have a left back which means we can re-shuffle and get Majstorovic out. League won for the hoops by March.
Agree0
Disagree0
Oh and another thing, lets not make fun of the Neil Lennon, the way the man conducted himself with wot was happening 2 him last season due to sum of ur scumbag supporters was fantastic. No class from uz mugs as usual.
Agree0

Are trying to be funny? Is it only Celtic that suffer abuse? Or do you all b**ch and moan until you get public sympathy? Nobody deserves the abuse but Neil Lennon has never in his career been much of a role model has he?
Agree0
Disagree0
If you're so confident about Celtic then why are you even on "rangersrumours.co.uk"?? I have NEVER felt the need to want to 'listen in' to what the other fans are saying etc. PANIC!! LOL, sure we're going through a period where all of our overspending is coming back to bite us but something tells me that we're not the first and certainly not the last club to get into trouble. We showed so much strength and determination winning the league last season despite the players we had. Now, despite what people say/think, I believe we are stronger than last season so to think you'll have the league won by March is actually laughable!! I put up with my mates (Celtic fans) last season saying the same sort of thing and when we won the league -------- SILENCE!! We are rebuilding which will take time but I think we are good enough this season to win the title so get behind Ally and the boys and let all these Celtic fans try and laugh because we've been getting the last laugh for the last 3 years now!!
Agree0

The way he conducted himself after the attacks was rather good ill admit, the way he conducts his team in a challenge for the league ...... is well... 2nd best
Agree0

Oh aye, Celtic will win the league in an undisclosed country, by an undisclosed number of points and will also bag an undisclosed major trophy. CELTIC ARE THE JOKE HERE PEOPLE!! Listen to them try to put our team down. The same team that wins trophys for fun against their bunch of diddies led by donkeys. Enjoy the smell of second, bhoys!!!

Good op mate i was just thinking we could jump aboot with our backs to the pitch like idiots if we get beat or lose the league it makes it look as if ye dont care and you are great supporters JMGERS

JMGERS your a deluded fool, we showed more "loyalty" to Lennon in the last game (when we knew we had lost the league) than your mob show in your lifetime. London Rangers? Really!

There should be no panic at Rangers. If you remember when Walter Smith came back we got to the UEFA final and the players were terrible at the start of the next season, due to fatigue. With such a small squad last season, this is the same problem this time. With Europe off the calendar, we can focus on the league, and Celtic will need to deal with the challenge of coming back from a mid-week hammering to try and take points in the SPL. Never an easy task.
Our squad is big enough to win the SPL and the two cups, and the star players will find some form over the next month.
Back Ally and the boys and we will get our rewards this season. And maybe one of these sub-million pound signings will end up being Scottish player of the year in the process.

Ed Can Rangers still send out players on loan to teams in Scotland and does it have to be an emergency loan deal or a normal one? Thanks {Ed001's Note - not to the SPL they can't, but the SFL teams can do loan deals outside the transfer window. I am not entirely sure about their rules regarding loans though sorry.}
