Been trying to post for a while n won't let me any word on mols n ex players scouting network? Who would you like brought in? I want bannigan from thistle and Cummings from hibs, January is near and we will be back without a doubt so who would yous like brought in perhaps the next 6minth, need more experience.

08 Dec 2015 10:17:16
100% disagree with you, I don't want any player from hibs, for a start they wouldn't do business with us and second I don't want to give them any money.

08 Dec 2015 14:27:13
Hibs will never sell Cummings to us, he is not that good a player anyhow. And 100% agree that we should never give them a penny. Stubbs and petrie are utter dog poo.

08 Dec 2015 15:00:07
Give them eff all! Cummings is a born troublemaker anyway. Don't want him anywhere near us.

07 Dec 2015 22:15:51
Who's the lad crooks then. ? Would like to see the boy bannigan from thistle brought in also lol Cummings from hibs . Also what happened to the scouting networking wit ex players mols and co?

07 Dec 2015 22:45:43
Jackson Irvine or grant Gillespie for the defensive midfield role for me.

07 Dec 2015 22:48:13
It would be great for the club if Mols, Amoruso, Albertz etc would scout for us. I can't see a problem with young European talent being sold on joining us - remember Gattuso joined us as a young player and went on to become captain of Italy.

08 Dec 2015 15:36:43
Jackson irvine. jesus is that how far we fallen from our perch. get a grip people we're rangers.

The latest thing that the Anti King brigade on here and in the press are getting their knickers in a twist about is the fact that Ashley hasn't been paid the 5 million yet, it was stated quite clearly at the AGM that the money was there and would be paid in January after the board had spoken to Sports Direct.

It seems that certain people are just looking for any excuse to have a pop at Dave King and I hope you all come on here and admit you were wrong a year from now when Rangers are top of premier league and Dave King has delivered what he said he would, which he will without a shadow of a doubt. On another subject, I've heard from a decent source that at least 3, perhaps as many as 5 players will be signed in January, there is a 1.5 million budget for signings and more to come next summer.

07 Dec 2015 20:50:48
well said Jane, yeah DC is going about business like a lion stalking its prey, the game changer is those we seem to have forgotten about, remember those who did us wrong, Charlie and co, well as soon as they get their comeuppance it will all fall into place and our man will truly be king Dave.

07 Dec 2015 21:15:57
Keith Jackson, after being found out for telling fibs about the non story of MW going to Fulham, Swansea, C/Palace and any other team in England without a manager, is now stirring the pot on the £5 mill. Now l don't know if Mr Jackson has been in Business, but l can assure him such trans actions take a lot of deliberation. The money is there but lawyers do drag things out.

07 Dec 2015 22:16:49
When the club is run well we shouldn't be hearing about king I believe we are getting things back on track king is doing everything right that is why it is quiet but all the doomsayers and vultures want it to go tits up just to give them headlines king isn't stupid he is keeping out their way not giving them the satisfaction with Ashley we all know about the issues there why give him more than he deserves especially before we get to the bottom of everything as for the money we were going to spend are we going to burn money just for the hell of it no we don't need to go crazy to win the league when we go up.

If we do up the stadium get bums on seats with a product worth watching then make the stadium bigger giving us more revenue to then buy better players this will give us long term solutions rather than boom and bust just as the press and others in this country would love to see happen I believe in king he knows what he is doing he certainly behaves better than the others that have came before Murray was all about bravado and Green and whyte were just two of the many colours of shit thrown at us over the last few years. King is the real deal.

07 Dec 2015 23:31:47
How can people still believe in King when he hasn't delivered on a single promise he has made? He flies in every 6 weeks or so and makes various ridiculous statements then flies out again and despite the fact that nothing has come from any of this, people still follow him blindly.

As for the notion that King has the upper hand on Ashley! I don't even know where to start with that. Ashley could pull the plug on us any minute and until we can find the funds to pay him the £5m back it will stay like that.

08 Dec 2015 08:52:12
Abhabh1.can u clarify how ashley could pull plug on us in any minute. i am confused?

08 Dec 2015 09:04:38
Top of the premier league in a years time, get a grip.

08 Dec 2015 10:22:53
Abhabh, you have never posted one single positive thing about Rangers, for someone who claims to be a fan of the club that seems strange to me, the turnaround since last year has been superb considering there's still a lot of people putting obstacles in their way, I for one hope this board is here for a number of years.

08 Dec 2015 12:50:48
Ashley could pull the plug on us by calling in his £5m loan. Fairly simple.

tp9 - what is your definition of a fan? Because I can see that there is no future for the club while we have DK as chairman that means I am not a fan. Nobody has done more damage to us in the past year than King, he called for a boycott which meant we lost out on income which meant we had to borrow money which is why we are in debt to Ashley. Because of King we lost our Nomad and were delisted. It's because of King that we can't get another Nomad and another listing which means we can't raise funds through outside investment. It's King's fault that we are being dragged through the courts, paying money we can't afford in legal fees. We had the backing of a genuine billionaire but King's ego chased him away and has continued to antagonise him and now look where we are.

On a positive note the standard of football is better than last season. However, we won't be in a position to refuse any decent offers for players which may compromise our ability to gain promotion.

Sorry if you think this is negative. As a true fan I have the best interests of the club at heart. I can't just ignore what is really going on.

08 Dec 2015 13:33:12
the only plug ashley can pull is his toilet chain. it was stated that the money would be repaid in january. i can't believe the amount of bears who come on site and rubbish the board and everything about the club for the period of time the board have had and what they inherited from the previous incumbents. i think they have done well and are continuing to reshape things i personally don't see how they could have done any better.

08 Dec 2015 15:15:25
BIGWULL - Why do you write this stuff? At no point was January mentioned as a repayment date. Maybe you're afraid to face the truth but don't try and hide the reality from others with false stories.

08 Dec 2015 15:40:10
Guys, in the contract i'm sure there are repayments every month as long as we stick to them ashley can do nothing.

08 Dec 2015 18:06:55
ABHABH1, the reason BIGWULL wrote the money will be repaid in January is because it will be as stated at the AGM, if you would listen to what Dave King said instead of criticising everything he does you might get on better. I can't believe you support Ashley, look at the state him and his stooges left the club in before King took over, no staff, no scouts, stadium crumbling, the worst team in the clubs history, Mcoist and Mcdowall as managers, hopeless Directors, empty stadium amongst many other disasters.

I've always suspected you are a Celtic fan and now i'm convinced you are, either that or your a wind up merchant along with your brethren ALLY, MULLAD, PAULINE and one or 2 others. Try saying something positive for once instead of constantly moaning, you will feel much better afterwards.

08 Dec 2015 18:51:32
Abhabh if Ashley could have pulled the plug on us he would have done so by now, believe me, he thought he was getting our club on a plate, hence the no time limit on the loan foolish person.

then anybody that has been following this whole story know Mr king has agreed to pay the loan back in January, not before then and as there's no time limit I personally would wait until after the last boards trial (for fraud at our club) was over before I even considered paying the pie man, or could that be what the current board are waiting for? .

09 Dec 2015 09:24:22
Jane, Billy. At no point during or after the AGM did King mention January as a repayment date.

I am not a celtic fan. I am not an Ashley fan. As I have stated here many times before I am a realist and I am only pointing out the facts. Unfortunately the current state of things are very negative hence my posts are negative.

The £5m loan has to be repaid. There is no way around that. There is no outcome of the trial of Whyte, Green, et al that is positive for us.

09 Dec 2015 12:41:55
". make the stadium bigger. "

Ahhh, that'll be why the required maintenance hasn't been carried out. Why do the repairs when the stadium is going to be completely overhauled. And here I thought it was because there is no money. Obviously not.

07 Dec 2015 16:20:02
Guys an honest question do you believe we will really go for players "not only good enough for the SPL but Europe too" as per DK?
I doubt it this year.

07 Dec 2015 16:26:17
young talent will do for me right now. Warburton is bringing in the right staff and players. I have complete faith in the guy!

07 Dec 2015 17:21:05
I think we would all like to see established international players come in but can't see it happening I don't think that is mw style as he looks to get in younger more up and coming talent lookin to prove thereselfs at a massive club so I have no problem with that what so ever. lookin forward to transfare window to see what happens.

07 Dec 2015 19:26:16
No. I don't think any real money will be spent although MW certainly has the eye for a bargain.

07 Dec 2015 18:08:20
I think we will bring in players good enough for our club, with maybe 6 or 7 more experienced players coming in during our summer break, as commen spence tells us we must be guaranteed to be playing in the top league in our wee country, before we make the commitment to paying bigger wages.

07 Dec 2015 19:10:21
Op I think once we are guaranteed playing in the top league our club will bring in 6 or 7 players that will be on more money than current players, though in saying that i'd imagine some of our players will get a pay rise when we are promoted, until then I like the way m.w. has got us playing.

I also like the 2 players we are being linked with, though a friend of mine has told me to expect a few changes in the winter transfer market, as we currently have a few high earners coming to the end of their contracts, i.e., temps, Clark? Shields. these guys were signed on funny money compared to the 11 m.w. brought in.

08 Dec 2015 12:39:52
OP I think we will have a good squad of young talented up n comers be the end of the season and maybe 3-4 top of the league/Euro's quality by start of next season.
We aren't going to have a team of Laudrups n DeBoer's but our team in 2008 didn't either.

2008 team

Alexander, Broadfoot, Weir, Cuellar, Papac, Hemdani, Ferguson, Thomson, Whittaker, Davis, Darcheville

I'd definitely have Foderingham, Tav and Wallace in place of 3 anyway.

07 Dec 2015 13:32:54
Some clubs may show an interest
In our manager as he has shown to be successful in the borrowing market
And if he get players to played in Scotland's lower league they assume
He can players to play in any league
And as they are only on Loan no need for a contract
As for the odds on M. W. to become the next manager of any club just ask the bookies they will oblige.
