every opportunity given to prove what actually does TRFC own. silence says it all
so if we dont. we pay in to who ever owns the assets for the privilege of playing at ibrox, which we obviously don't own.
were being fleeced big time.
share money possibly did not raise what they said, directors leaving early before the real news gets out
Talks of losses that cannot add up
silence from walter and ally
and were to renew our season tickets blindly

If you look at the ipo prospectus it states "the rangers have the use of ibrox and murray park" also traynor stated 9m raised form share floatation and mathers stated double digits left in bank but who's bank and double digits could be 10m not 22m again no questions asked are we mugs again

#3)
to what end?
there was no-one willing to bail us out when we hit the deep stuff last year - there appears to be no-one now interested again - no wonder with at least 4 (maybe more) investigations coming to a head, which puts in doubt anything for next year. If a protest was going to achieve anything I'd be the first one there, however those in charge obviously have an agenda, which doesn't look too great, granted, but they won't be phased by athousand punters showing up along edmiston street.

into ihmans mums account, whytes accoutn, greens pals, lawyers, ticketus.

The one and only weapon we have in our defence is US!
Without fans commitment to buying / renewing season tickets, replica shirts, merchandise etc, the greatest business plan in the world for a football club will FAIL!
It's very, very, very simple. No need to complicate the solution which WE have in our hands.
Last season we ultimately needed to show a degree of faith and buy season tickets. it a catch-22. This year, it should be different!
Assuming there will ultimately be no findings of wrong-doing by Green with Whte etc and the IPO remains valid, then all we need to do is force the share price down.
We can DRIVE it into the ground by refusing to renew season tickets - or at the very least paying at the gate on a game by game basis.
The fat-cat shareholders involved right now are only interested in a return on their investment. Ultimately when the share price falls to a certain point - let's say £0. 30p - the will off-load stock.
That's when you want a Dave King or a Brian Kennedy waiting in the wings to snap the distressed stock up.
There is NO other plan which we - the supporters - can influence or make happen. But by God, we have MORE power than anyone realises.
SO DON'T RENEW SEASON TICKETS. FORCE THE SHARE PRICE DOWN. AND WATCH THE RATS SCARPER!

Fans need the reassurance of properly audited, honest and certified accounts, with detail, no broad brush strokes, staing exactly how much is going in and how much is going out. Including the ten limited companies owned by Green/ Ahmad and Stockbridge.
BEFORE BEING ASKED TO FORK OUT MORE HUNDREDS FOR SEASON TICKETS NO KNOWING WHERE THE MONEY'S GOING.
Agree0

@5 Bil72, Really?! I seem to remember that there was more than one bid with Greens not even being the highest. I also remember some very frustrated Blue Knights who seemed to have their own ideas without legally being able to say anything.
Never struck anyone as odd that Green appeared seemingly out of nowhere and was quickly shoehorned in as the named preffered bidder? No one willing to bail us out indeed?! Lol
Agree0
Disagree0
Double digits could mean fifty quid. It would require eight digits to get past the ten million mark.
Agree0

Great views and pretty much the same. Never mind marches on Hampden it should be an oranised march to Ibrox to ask the right questions to the Board just what the hell is going on? No more smokescreens answer the questions everyone is asking (apparently, except the media which causes more hassle than its worth)
Who owns what? Not a Mastermind question. Someone's name is on each lease.
What are the club assets and do we have enough to function over the closed season?
What exactly does Traynor do for the club (I assume he is being well paid as a publicity manager or whatever?)
And the cracker - Does Craig Whyte have any relationship or connection to the Club?
Are these difficult questions to answer? I think not but the silence is deafening and the rumour merchants are having a field day with the club.
Agree0

@ 5 there were others interested in taking over, they were either freightened off or ignored while the misfits SDM/CW/CG/D&P (take your pick) plan played out, as for someone being interested now. who would touch rangers with what's going on, transparency is what is need before anyone of real CREDIBILITY will come forward, rangers fans need the truth we all need the truth, before you can move forward again. other wise there will be leaks about this and that just dragging the rangers name into the gutter with TRFC/SEVCO long being recognised as a club being tainted with wrongdoings. and rightly so.

Well done my arse. Well done on what, this is not reconstruction in any way. We have a 12-10-10-10 at the moment. They want a 12-10-10-10 with a crappy play off between nothing teams that will attract nobody. It is a sham. Ten months of talks and they come up with what we have got. Incidentally the SPL clubs, most of whom are on the brink will make less money than now. No more fans, no more exciting games, no bugger all.

What a load of nonsense from poster. let's forget Rangers in this, bottom line is that absolutely NOTHING has happened that will improve the absolute cr. p that we are watching in Scottish football, there will still be zero interest next year and still the same crowds that can NEVER justify the number of so called proffesional teams that this small country can have. Two leagues of around 12 teams is the absolute max [and even that is doubtful] and bottom team in each going down with second and third bottom playing off against second and third in division below, and YES I mean lower league's play off being against juniors. We are full of 100's of hangers on, hierachy, directors, players etc, that are living in a dream land as to their ability, The whole thing is a total joke.
Agree0

Makes it easier for ally only needs to finish top 4 and scramble into playoffs for next 2 seasons with more poor football and costing a fortune in the process if you make till then
Agree0

5.
Could not agree more. There are far too many 'professional' clubs for the size of this country. Get it cut to the bare minimum, 20-24 teams, 2 leagues. amalgamate teams if their willing. What little money there is will be shared between fewer clubs and just maybe improve the product a little.
Agree0
Disagree0
Good points and the bottom line is - Scotland cannot sustain the number of clubs now in place and reality has to be faced. In the old days when there were no alternatives to football, it was a thriving industry and leisure hobby. It's outdated but the top brass do not want to give up their powerbase and move with the times. Football here is dead on its feet except for about 10 major clubs in the SPL and, regardless of your affilliation and personal thoughts, Rangers. that's the facts. Stadium sharing would ease the burden and if its about keeping your club alive then surely, that is the best option. You don't lose your history by sharing grounds or amalgamation, facts are facts. What we need to loose is the bigotry (religious, racists or even local) and move on if we want to keep the game alive. (Celtic and Rangers sharing a ground? in an ideal world it makes sense but let's see how many people wearing blue or green blinkers argue the toss - if this is posted?)

big respect to alex ferguson for what he achieved. not only with man u. but that small club up north. genius. I looked out for man u results, though am not a fan, since 1987 because of fergie. no more of that.
i just wish he had managed his boyhood heroes. I think he turned rangers down twice, pre man utd. I think if he had not. rangers would have the european cup/champs league winners, on our cv currently. as it is we wernt a million. miles off a couple of times late eighties, early nineties, before it became the domain of very rich clubs to win. with fergie at helm we wouldve won it
Believable0

He hated the old guard at Rangers so did his Mrs, something to do with her school.

As far as I rmember he had a few words with davy white after 1969 cup final don't think he played for 1st team after that then he was off I've still got half colour pictures of him in gers strip, they came free in special edition of evening citizen doug t. s. o
Agree0
Disagree0
Would not like to follow Fergie into his job. Do not think there is anyone about this now that could carry on from where he has left off. Whoever it is will have to measure up to his success.
It would be easy to attract big name players but controlling the dressing room is something different and winning the fans too.
Agree0

@1 He hated the attitude of Rangers at that time and his wedding in 1966 was kept low key as wouldn't please fans etc. Hope those days are gone. He would have been a fantastic Rangers manager and that is our loss. Good luck to him and his family in his retirement----well done, Alex
Agree0
Disagree0
Well done @4. Fergie's wife didn't hate Rangers because of her school - Rangers and its fans hated her because she was a Tim, he was told to keep his wedding a virtual secret in case it annoyed the bigots. He never forgave them for that attitude. Yet another loss for our team due to bigotted thinking. Imagine if he'd stayed at Ibrox, and had been our manager for 30 years.
The whole bigotted mindset is why the rest of football continues to hate us. I hope it dies with the old company.

Tupe terms and conditions last 90days. I experiences it transferring from jarvin a few years back
Agree0

Your wrong. not 90days. conditions to be kept for 12 months then they can change
Agree0
Disagree0
Just to inform you tupe lasts for whatever duration is agreed and can be anything from 30 days to 2 years with terms and conditions honoured over this period also service from old company carries over think you will find this was agreed for 1 year as green stated
Agree0
Disagree0
09 May 2013 00:29:13
Your both wrong there is no timeframe on TUPE regulations. Changes to the conditions can be made at anytime if the employer has a valid Economic, Technological or Organisational (ETO) reason to do so. Nothing to do with time limits.
Agree0
Disagree0
All employees swung over on one year TUPE contracts. The share issue was to pay the higher level overheads to get club through first year. Now share money cannot cover it into second year I expect redundancies and wage cuts and budget slashes.
Agree0
Disagree0
I don't know how clearer I have to make this. If TUPE was invoked then it mean all terms and conditions of contracts transfer to the new owners including length of contract and remuneration. To suggest this was only for a year is absolute nonsense.

Smith and Murray resign form Rangers Board.
Fans stop attending to starve out venture capitalists.
SFA revoke Licence.
The so Called "Real Rangers Men" come back in with Ferguson and restart again.
Only complication is Ibrox (while it Goes through the courts, might be playing at Hampden)

To everyone who is going to start dreaming up ideas to link Fergie to coming back to Rangers please DON'T and save what brain cells and imagination you have. Fergie would NEVER come back to Rangers in an official capacity. He is still aggrieved at how we was treated by the Club following his marriage (to a Catholic). Read his autobiography to understand how hurt and unforgiving Fergie is even after all these years.

was told that rangers directors. were at a juniors club in the east of Scotland to celebrate after the match on Sat, no fancy meals just a small buffet, rumoured that money has dried up and Murray and smith were on there way out, worrying times ahead people.
i really hope Walter is man enough to say enough is enough as this once proud club can no longer go on like this, where and when shall this all end,

Heard bout money drying up last week and now new revelations heading our way about SDM involvement or to be more precise how green has tried to shaft him. rollercoaster of a fortnight coming but where are traynor, smith etc? It's time for some serious fan action ffs!
Agree0

I can't help feeling that our Rangers has to hit bottom before it can begin to swim back up to the surface again. We aren't quite there yet - still paying SPL wages when we can't afford to, still carrying a top-heavy SPL management structure.
Look at it this way - our journey back up to the top table is going to be something our grandkids ask us about. Exciting times ahead - if we can get real and start again.
Agree0

Aye because there all skint and couldn't afford a curry! Absolute nonsense!
Agree0

Probably because nobobody knows who owns the strip/the badge etc. Its the same with renaming Ibrox - such a simple job that CG said was a done deal (how long ago?) - but if you don't own it you can't rename it
Agree0
Disagree0
Your words are interesting. "This once proud club" I agree, these people are damaging our proud history and ultimately the club we love. In all honesty, I'd feel more comfortable following Rangers as a well run, honest junior club than the current cloak and dagger machine. This is why I will not renew or be back until I am sure of who's pulling the strings. I'd urge you all to do the same, although I know you won't.
