Been reading this rangers page for a long time and don't comment much and have been prone to the odd frustrated 'negative' comment. some of the flak and negativity getting slung rangers way about "king not spending" and the shite about "management performance" etc etc is brutal and relentless because things not going our way makes me cringe as a teddy bear.

the man is revamping our whole club while trying (his best) to win week in week out. this will come good chaps trust me but we just have to take the kick in the baws the now, its shite being lorded over but it is what it his, anyway half pished rant over 😂.

Looking forward to game today quick goal would help to settle us down. Garner got a big part to play today if he plays well and we keep wee walker quiet I think it will be good day at the office for us.

just looking at some posts re injuries this season. Are our medical people not up to it? if Rossiter came with issues then surely we need to think about what a medical consists of. also our general fitness mus also come into focus too, are we not training hard enough to avoid all these little niggles that don't happen during matches? just wondering.

Are we not training hard enough to avoid little niggly injuries. That's a ridiculous statemen that mate!
So if we went running on the sand dunes more Rossiter would be playing every week? 🙊.

Its not that rediculous mate, training and being fit isn't what is keeping rossiter out but it is the problem for the danny wilsons and Phil senderos' of our team who've been struggling this season with knocks, as a team we struggle athletically! And yes the correct training regime will cut down on injuries! Windass is an example of not being suited to his current training/ playing routine and if they don't work with him by letting him heal and then building up and having the correct rest periods then he will continue to struggle.

I don't remember a time when we didn't have these kind of injuries a think particularly bad in Souness and Advocaat days.

3 or 4 injured from a 24 man squad is standard. The problem with medicals are that they don't predict future minor injuries.

Wee bill, regarding your 'inadequate medical people' post, imo, this season has just been bad luck, as far as I'm concerned. Last season there were hardly any injuries at all, compared to previous seasons anyways. The most memorable 'long term' one being waghorn, which was mainly down to playing on an artificial surface, if I remember right!?
Granted, medicals are in place for a reason, but they must be thorough (Daniel Prodan being an example, R. I. P big man) and that is when niggling or persistent injuries need to be found.
But in MW's first season there were hardly any injuries at all, has the training got so intense (upping a level to the premier league) that players are suffering from fatigue perhaps? If this is the case, then Kenny Miller has to be the model Gers player all others must look up to!? At his age, busting a gut week in week out, and hardly ever injured!
Not having a go mate, just comparing recent seasons and expressing a point or two.
