Who was today's man of the match?

09 Dec 2017 22:32:45
For me it was McCrorie hands down. The sweeper role seems to suit him, he looks surprisingly good (to me) at starring a move from the back .

09 Dec 2017 22:41:57
Thought mc crorie or Holt. Who was named after game

10 Dec 2017 02:04:08
Holt got man of the match

10 Dec 2017 10:01:51
Mccrorie was outstanding again, I know jack is liable for a red card but mccrorie and jack gives us that fight in midfield. When dorrans comes back into the midfield he will add to the spark. Have to be honest and say that pena (again) and windass were absolutely howling today. Murty, to his credit, changed it at half time and although it was laboured, it was a hard fought win.

I still think we need another striker and a left sided midfielder. Hopefully we can move pena and herrera on in january, let's be honest both are hopeless. Barjonas looked good and comfortable when he came on. Two or three good signings in january and we should really start to push on. I wanted mcinnes but if he doesn't want to come to us then forget him, he will regret it. Murty is doing fine, hopefully the players kick on and put a run together.

09 Dec 2017 21:39:23
Was at the game today again and the difference in the teams attitude, application, tempo, energy and quality compared to last Wednesday against Aberdeen was there for all to see. Not good enough. Ok Ryan Jack was out but that's nothing to do with carrying out the above fundamentals. So disappointing. The positives are we for the points. Young guys were both good and we Hold was like a Duracell battery and never stopped. Our top man today. Players have to take responsibility. By the way, thought our warm up was slack, finishing was terrible and we took that slack tempo into the game. Must do better.

10 Dec 2017 00:17:39
Mate I can tell by your grammar you're a bit worse for wear so I won't pick too much into your comment here but put the sherry down before you make anymore posts like this as it's taken all my strength not to rip the ar5e out you! One thing I shall say is you thought our warm up was slack šŸ˜‚ Jeez fella this has got to be up there with the most outrageous post this year!

10 Dec 2017 09:21:41
Blackwood Bear, sorry about the spelling, I'm usually quite good at that šŸ˜. I will try again. I thought the tempo and the quality of the warm up was slack! (I think it matters or why bother) We then started the game in the same manner, slow tempo, no pressing, complete opposite of the two Aberdeen games where we were on the front foot from the start. The finishing at the cross and finish drill was terrible (Don't think Kenny scored yet) and we took that into the game. Young Mcrorie and Barjonas done well and Holt was my man if match. It's only my opinion Blackwood Bear but I don't really think I have said anything that's made you want to slaughter me, apart from my spelling which I have taken the learning fromšŸ˜ƒAll the best Dunbar Blue

10 Dec 2017 09:46:36
Agreed. Shoddy performance - slow, lacking drive and imagination with Windass reverting to his 2nd half anonymity, matching Pena's 1st half.

A win's a win, however.

10 Dec 2017 09:52:36
dunbar blue, i 100% agree with your view on the warm up today it was so lacklustre and you take that into the game with you.

10 Dec 2017 10:04:56
Dunbar blue, your post is all sacre bleu, people like you are never happy, yes not a great 'tika taka' performance but under the present criteria take that all day long. ps are you Pedroā€™s warm up guy that used to perform flash dance pre match.

10 Dec 2017 11:07:37
People like me! For **** sake I want the team playing like they did against Aberdeen. On the front foot, high tempo, controlled aggression where do I stop? I am happy with that. I'm no happy with a slow cannae be bothered attitude that we had in the first half. Certainly no happy about not getting prepared properly. Nothing wrong with the set up of the warm up it was just the way the players were slack. I am actually easily pleased and 100% commitment does me.

09 Dec 2017 21:30:40
What's the people thinking in January? I'd get rid of Herrera, I'd stick with Pena. I don't know why but he has something about him I like. obviously was poor today and had a few rotten games, but has some cracking games as well and stepped up against Aberdeen especially in the first game at ibrox.

I understand people who want rid and wouldn't be surprised if he goes. hope we keep Alves and Windass as teams will be sniffing as he's on fire.

players coming in, I'd like to see some creative spark in the middle or wide areas. feel like we need a left winger even if we go get a Young player like the boy from st. mirren. It would just give us a natural wide player would improve our options. I can't remember the boys name as I've had a few too many shandy's

would also love to see moult at rangers, great wee player and a great guy. met him at a tournament pre season and was a real nice guy . was a wee tournament with our local team and some other championship teams and that moult was a head and shoulders above the rest on and off the park.

pestered him all day asking if he was going to rangers as the summer window was still open, but he just laughed about it and back to who I'd bring in . I'd take the boy hendry from Dundee watched him against the sheep and strolled the game as he did against us.

I like their captain aswell cammy Kerr another solid defender. move tav forward I think, i'll apply for the job lol.

10 Dec 2017 10:25:29
l like pena too, but he didn't gt serice into the box. the a ount of wsted crosses, also for the likes of me wi don't know why millar is top pick. its time to bech him at east

10 Dec 2017 11:05:27
I disagree with your Miller comment his energy and movement yesterday caused all the problems to Ross County he dragged us into the game he won the ball and set Candeias on his way to assist Morelos and was a massive threat to their goal and his work rate for a 36 year old is phenomenal if a few other players showed his commitment then weā€™d be in a good place but I do understand he is frustrating sometimes with some of his first touches and passes and sometimes holds his run then makes the run just as the player with the ball passes it to where he held his run but in my opinion heā€™s got to be in the first 11 him and Holt wher everywher yesterday .

10 Dec 2017 22:24:49
not for a minute do i doubt his coomitment. but he stops play. he rarely sees the pass until its too late. i think he frustrates himself more than he does me though tbh.

09 Dec 2017 20:40:58
Why not go for Tony pulis! No compensation!

09 Dec 2017 21:48:49
Salary would be draw back I'd imagine! He's definitely a good coach and yes we've heard all the 'he plays boring football' aye we know! So happens that's what's been the best fit for the clubs he's been at! The likes of pulis would get a lot more out of our squad and we would be far more competitive against the tims

09 Dec 2017 20:22:03
With the news Motherwell manager might cash in on moult in January if right offer goes in do you think we will make a move?

09 Dec 2017 20:34:08
Absolutely you'd get him 250 k, he's out of contract in the summer.

09 Dec 2017 21:49:44
Celtic would get him for 250k Well would want double from us!

09 Dec 2017 22:27:59
lots championship teams now watching moult think weā€™ve missed the boat - he wonā€™t be going for 250k no danger - will prob move back down south

we shd have signed him in the summer said it many times jist type of cntr fwd we need to lead line help
morelos and phase miller out

10 Dec 2017 02:44:44
He's out of contract in the summer mate! Motherwell will bite your hand off for 250 k

09 Dec 2017 20:05:09
If we ever needed any more proof that murty deserves the rest of the season it's todaysperformance. With PC or MW that game would have got away from us but clearly the players are working harder for him and don't wanna let him down. It's turning into a wee underdog story and the players are reacting to that. Yes he has no experience in the transfer market and how that all works when your choices make or break you so this is why I think he will be replaced but I think rangers next signing priority a under 20s coach because murty must remain working with the first team. Hea has earned that at least.

09 Dec 2017 20:28:31
7 months pedro couldnā€™t win 3 games on trot Murtys done it 7 games

09 Dec 2017 20:35:06
If he keeps in winning why not?

09 Dec 2017 21:50:49
Think Mark Allen would be making any signings in January

09 Dec 2017 20:02:39
Tell yous what people but fur a club that's in turmoil were doing no too bad joint second and no that far points whys behind smeltic what's your taught fellow fans.

09 Dec 2017 20:22:58
If we hadn't dropped all of those points at home we would be a lot closer to them that's for sure, even half of those points would make a difference. Murty seems to have steadied the ship and got a more consistant system of play going that Pedro did. A result on Wednesday would be fantastic

10 Dec 2017 10:07:28
We are not joint second we are second!

10 Dec 2017 10:35:18
murty losing those two games cost us. to say another manager would have lost this game or that game is nonsense. pc didn't lose an away game. and before i get the daggers, yes i liked pc but obviously with 50 percent of fans against him and the media he had no chance. murts is one of the boys and has done well but he isn't manager material.

09 Dec 2017 19:09:29
I really think we need to speak to someone like alex mcleish and get him in until the end of the season. He would steady the ship, knows the club and what it takes to manage and will give to players a kick up the back side!

09 Dec 2017 20:06:42
iā€™d prefer to stick with murty, heā€™s doing fine just now maybe he should get a chance til the end of the season? pretty sure pep guardiola and luis enrique and zidane were all youth team coaches before taking over barca/ real. iā€™m not saying itā€™s the same cause they have dyno players but i canā€™t think of a similar example in britain

09 Dec 2017 20:07:58
Steady a ship thatā€™s won 3 games in a row . Murty doing well enough to be given till end of the season re asses it in January for me if still going well give him the transfer window and give the man a chance

09 Dec 2017 20:16:08
totally agree

09 Dec 2017 20:38:04
If he keeps winning why not give him the job on a permanent basis!

09 Dec 2017 19:07:26
I accept that the board are unlikely to do it now as it would make them look even more foolish, but I can't understand the negativity towards Big Eck. One criticism is that he inherited Big Dick's team which is true but Dick failed against O'Neill and from that point Eck was asked to continually downsize by scrambling about in the free transfer market. I think it's to his credit that he qualified for the last 16 of the champions league with players like Namouchi in the team. He won 7 trophies in 4 and 1/ 2 years at Ibrox with a better win ratio than Walters second stint after a similar amount of games albeit over a longer period. He took over Walters Scotland side and has the best win ratio of any Scotland manager over the last 20 years although it wasn't many games. With Birmingham he won a trophy in English football which aside from Moyes' community shield none of the other names mentioned have. He had a stellar playing career landing trophies and international caps. Perhaps Mark Allen could furnish him with some exciting young players and he could succeed with someone else team once again. He's won more silverware than all the other names combined. For those who say it is a backwards step, I would say this is Scottish Fitba' we don't need a tactical genius. For the moment I am behind Murty who has earned our support and praise but just feel he is out of his comfort zone as someone else mentioned he resembled Kenny MacDowell after the Dundee game.

Keep Believing.

09 Dec 2017 19:27:26
Bigmarv I canā€™t argue with any of that except I think murtys got more going for him than heā€™s giving credit for
I wasnā€™t all that keen either with Mcinnis getting the nod and Iā€™m happy it didnā€™t happen but getting Mcleish it wouldnā€™t be the worst appointment and by no means a step down in my eyes and first choice or not I think heā€™d come back to rangers with no dramas at all

09 Dec 2017 19:55:58
I honestly donā€™t think any rangers fan truly wanted McInnes as itā€™s just as much of a gamble as Caixinha was as heā€™s never managed a big club and had the pressure of media etc with a big club so he could of crumbled I mean letā€™s be honest he wasnā€™t exactly a club legend as a player I wouldnā€™t even play him in todayā€™s team so let him stay with the sheep he canā€™t take them any further than 3rd round of europa and loves to loan celtic players so rangers wouldnā€™t work for him and every fan Iā€™ve spoke to doesnā€™t know who we should get obv just asking their opinion and everyone has said the same thing shrug of the shoulders and a shake of the head cause nobody knows not one guy stands out I would take Mcleish as I understand we need experience on other hand I like what Murtys doing why donā€™t we honk outside the box and do what I think Iceland done and have two first team managers working together one experienced and the other learning but also having as much influence I donā€™t know how they worked it but they are doing well . just another idea to throw out their lol whoever the man that gets it is a lucky guy and should be honoured to be in charge of the most successful club in the world and will get 100% support from our support even the moners will back him cause we are the people!

09 Dec 2017 20:00:39
A step down or a step back from what, we have not had decent standards in years. So to get mcleish back would be a step forward because he is a manager who has actually accomplished things.

09 Dec 2017 20:08:32
i agree eith all you said but big eck was on a downward trend his last few jobs

09 Dec 2017 20:13:18
McLeish, with murty as his assistant?

10 Dec 2017 08:20:01
Keep saying it - big Eck and Murty. It's a no brainer

09 Dec 2017 18:52:28
McInnes is yesterday's news. no one will convince me otherwise that he doesn't have a grasp of what a winning mentality is and is naive tactically and indeed a bottle-merchant. My opinion end of. My point is should Murty be given a transfer window and if we manage to scrape Ā£2M together who are the priority buys?

09 Dec 2017 19:04:48
Moult is a bargain or should be top priority that's if miller gets dropped

09 Dec 2017 20:10:41
was thinking the same, grantes his losses have been against the poorest sides, but in the big games heā€™s done really well and itā€™s not his team, we all let caixinha make the team his own does murty deserve that chance? iā€™m not sure what do you think?

10 Dec 2017 01:40:06
Derek McInnes is tactically naive? It is awright to have an opinion but what do u know about tactics? What badges have u got? How would u know what is tactically aware and what is not? Have an opinion but don't spout pish!

09 Dec 2017 18:29:17
right guys if we offload pena in january how much do you think we will get for him, no stupid replies please lads

09 Dec 2017 18:53:33
only guy that will buy him is pedro
he not interested too cold

09 Dec 2017 19:06:00
He's not rated outside mexico and known in mexico as a player that can't settle dam probably not much

10 Dec 2017 08:18:04
Hate to say it, but we won't get a bean for Pena or herrera when we get rid of them, some Mexican team will take them for an undisclosed fee, absolutely mind boggling what dave king was thinking when he gave Pedro the job.

10 Dec 2017 10:44:27
dont think dk gave him the job. actually i do think both have value. but i ain't seen enough of herrera to decide. if we can't get a return for them we need keep them as we can't afford to cancel their contracts and pay wages for replacements.

09 Dec 2017 18:25:17
Mcinnes wasn't the answer and whether he bottled it or not, We don't need to look back, we should be looking for a long term solution with proven track record . I am not a huge fan of dof situation I agree it will put some managers off, please all forget getting Walter, Mcleish even old players Ferguson de Boer Gvb, Rangers let's move on . We need new input with wisdom of at very least British football.

09 Dec 2017 17:22:54
After today, let's just sign murty as manager. four wins out of six is very good. he knows the players, club, staff and what's required. no bull interviews. straight up with everyone. no million quid compensation. Every manager starts somewhere. better than some out of work English manager or unknown from the desert. let's get it over with.

09 Dec 2017 17:46:25
No I donā€™t think Murty is the man, he does not look like he knows what to do and is reliant on his players coming up with something which wonā€™t last. His body language does not look good either

09 Dec 2017 18:03:15
The man has done well no doubt. I think he is a good man manager. Who gets the best out of what he's got, however please remember the games he HASN'T won, against bottom of the league teams.
He is a short term fix who is doing well. We need a tried and tested manager in the New Year.

09 Dec 2017 18:55:33
could do worse than GM especially if he wins at hole
use Del compo money in transfers Louis moult for one

09 Dec 2017 17:21:48
Good to see Kevin Thomson sticking up for the club in his column not like other ex players putting the boot in.

09 Dec 2017 17:03:02
The title race is very much on, tell your friends, tell your enemies and. start believing! . let that filter down onto the pitch!

09 Dec 2017 18:56:44
hope so joe
next one will be best one

09 Dec 2017 20:04:30
Said it for last few weeks. I think if celtic get one bad result there players would get a shock and maybe go on a run of bad games. They have not had to deal with defeat domestically so they haven't prepared for it. When your at the top the only way is down. Its our turn to go to the top and Graeme murty will take us there.

10 Dec 2017 08:15:12
Of course it is. Its a long season and as soon as teams start pulling their finger out and actually play celtic to win, we might have a chance. Us included. c'mon Gers let's take this to wed and get another win.

09 Dec 2017 16:57:13
Well done GM
Three in a row and a decent come back by the sounds of it.
Not at the game today, any reports from anyone who was would be appreciated.

09 Dec 2017 17:12:32
Come on Hibs tomorrow. Do us a favour 4 points behind win all our matches then beat them at the pigary game on.

09 Dec 2017 17:18:57
County set out to defend and the early goal played into their hands but the longer the game went on it looked more likely the goals would come.
Unquestionably we deserved the three points. Hopefully the three wins in a row a Morelos scoring again gets a couple of monkeys of our backs.

09 Dec 2017 16:38:58
Anyone else think we should be looking at Steve Clarke?

09 Dec 2017 16:55:44
He's a right jungle jimothy, but I think it's worth a shout mate!

09 Dec 2017 18:28:54
Aye he's definitely getting a tune outta killie! Not sure if his love of celtic would go down well though

09 Dec 2017 18:58:10
big celtic man
I know it shouldn't come in too it

09 Dec 2017 20:06:27
Well it definitely should come into it, we need a gaffer with a passion for rangers, to have his blood pumping every match and the players feeding off it, not a jungle jim or any other thing you want to call them.

09 Dec 2017 20:07:19
It wouldn't come into the equation, would it? Not unless it was from his own perspective

09 Dec 2017 14:28:04
. Glasgow rangers used to be a top drawer run club. that statement was garbage. clueless and totally lacked class. the board keep saying we are a massive football club. well we should act like one because by releasing that crap makes us a laughing stock. all they had to say was we asked Aberdeen to speak to mcinnes but they said no so we will move on to try and get the best possible manager for rangers football club. but no not us. we come out with that crap. James trainer should be sacked. as a matter of fact I'm surprised he's still at ibrox.

09 Dec 2017 15:12:34
Totally agree. Jim Trainor is a joke letting that statement go out. Pathetic

09 Dec 2017 14:15:47
A win today is massive. for a start it would be gr8 to get rid of this 3 game hodoo. but more importantly it would put us back in second place on goal difference but it would put us only 4 points behind Celtic. so with Celtic playing hibs away you never know. if hibs give them a game anything can happen. but first things first we must win our game today.

09 Dec 2017 15:29:12
Totally agree Delboy. But I have to say i'm fearing the worst for today tbh.

09 Dec 2017 16:19:19
Bearmode91 it shows you how bad things really are when you fear the worst against Ross County who are 2nd bottom and lost their last 3.

09 Dec 2017 17:07:40
2-1 phew.

Johnnymac55 mate, we've not won 3 games in a row in dunkies (until today, get the flags oot) and have been beaten 2-0 by the mighty accies at Ibrox for the first time in 90 years or whatever. Forgive me for being cynical but as you say, it has been pretty bad for us recently, let's no kid on here.

10 Dec 2017 09:47:42
Bearmode, the only thing wrong at Rangers is the expectation that Rangers should be competing with Celtic. It forces the Board who are useless anyway into making the wrong decision. The gap is wide. It can't be closed totally in 2 or 3 seasons. Managers need time and maybe it will take 5 years to challenge depending on what Celtic do and how much Rangers invest.

09 Dec 2017 13:58:26
Glad we did not get DM, and like everyone else I have no idea what happened.
However, it will be interesting to see how the board react to the onslaught of bad press for them, and the club, over it. You would imagain they would be smarting and would love to pull a manager of "substance" out the hat.
The dream would obviously be for Murty to turn out to be a genius who turns the whole thing around, but life tends not to work like that and I just don't think he has the experience for the gig full time.
I would love to think F DeB might fancy it to rebuild his reputation, but I won't be betting on it.

09 Dec 2017 15:56:26
I really don't get people wanting Murty. Just look at his team today. Miller has been a horrible player since the hearts game but is captain. I would rip that armband straight from him and hand it to mccrorie. Mccrorie is the only reason we have something to be cheerful for

09 Dec 2017 18:30:14
Murty has shown what some basic coaching and management can achieve with some ordinary players. Imagine what a 'better' manager could achieve? Your right about Miller, he was half decent in an awful team last season. This season? God awful.

09 Dec 2017 13:08:54
tony docherty delighted to be staying at the sheep fists pumping and celebrating with the fans big broad smile on his face, not as happy as the rangers supporters that the mhank is nowhere near ibrox

09 Dec 2017 13:38:11
Imagine celebrating with your fans after a win, the SFA should throw the book at him?

09 Dec 2017 12:44:05
Anyone else think DeBoer might be a realistic option? His stock is pretty low at the moment after his last two jobs. Might give us a realistic chance of getting him. I personally donā€™t see any outstanding candidate at the moment. I think Murty might get the gig until the end of the season especially if he wins today.

09 Dec 2017 10:26:50
Think we should stop any discussions regarding McInnes. It's been shown he is a bottle merchant and wouldn't be able to live with the pressure being a manager in Glasgow. Let him stick with a backwater team with his lack of ambition and limited success. We need winners and the board need to review their approach for a successor on Jan - Potter and Reid for me once their Euro run ends.

09 Dec 2017 12:02:32
Ahh Lego. u have me at a disadvantage here. You seem to know all the facts? Derek McInnes turns down the job of his dreams and you "know" he bottled it. Firstly, Stewart Milne will have told him that he was 4th choice, it took Rangers six weeks to make a move and he's loved at Aberdeen, Rangers don't really want him. Then there is his backroom staff. then it could be his budget. but you stick with he bottled it if that makes you happy. As for your choice of managers now. good luck with that.

09 Dec 2017 12:49:06
dutch-glad you were privy to milne and mciness conversation, not half cleared that up for me, wish you could tell me who else other than mciness wwas approached, no guesses now

09 Dec 2017 13:03:09
so Dutch lego gets it tight for ā€˜seeming to know all the factsā€™ā€™ then you come out with ā€˜Milne will have told DM he was 4th choiceā€™

unless you are Milne or DM this is rank speculation on your part so either back this up with facts or wind yer neck in

ā€˜Rangers didnā€™t want himā€™ despite both clubs confirming an official approach was made and declined. Pure colin nish you are talking pal - you are baseless hypocrite to criticise someone for claiming to know the facts then spouting utter contradictory drivel

You know as much as the next man as far as this saga is concerned absl - he haw

09 Dec 2017 13:49:50
Look the reason why he turned us down we probably will never know but the way our board has handled the affair is shocking they were sure he was on his way you just have to read the statements prior Murty saying good bye ETC but something changed his mind but to cap it all our club releases a statement that was nothing short of classless it really was shocking and now once the heat has dropped a bit I'd like to see our board apologise to Mcinnes and Aberdeen and sack that clown Trainer and any board member who was involved in the release I've supported this team for nearly forty years season ticket holder and shareholder through good time s and bad but never have I seen us in such a state we seem to take one step forward and ten back we really are a mess if we could get the right guy in spend a bit of cash we can make second ours but we need to show respect we need to get away from this type of statement it opens the club to be pocked fun at I hope for three points today a decent display and move on

09 Dec 2017 14:34:07
Lego, maybe so but the official statement released by the club on the matter is classless.

09 Dec 2017 14:40:32
Gents. you are correct, I don't know what was said between Milne and Derek McInnes. that's ma point. Nobody knows. Yet we have people saying he bottled it. What do u think Milne said to him? . u r first choice Derek? Rangers are a great club going places? You would be mad to turn it down? .

09 Dec 2017 14:38:07
What did he bottle? He decided to stay after Aberdeen refused discussions. His choice to do so. We now move forward and take our time getting it right. If he has doubts then not right for us. I want to see a winner in the dugout who wants to manage The Mighty Gers and help with our climb back to the top. Not sure who but think I could get us 2nd.

09 Dec 2017 18:43:26
McInnes is yesterdayā€™s news no one will persuade me otherwise that tactically he is naive and a bottle-merchant!
Anyway should Murty be given a transfer window? If so if we had say Ā£2 M to spend with deadwood leaving who should they be?

I want to see Rangers come out the blocks early today. I would love to see Morelos, Windass and Pena all involved in attacking positions. Another statement on the pitch rather than off it is called for. Smash a bigger gap into the good tally.

Hi Nassau,

I agree. Miller is doing well for his age but I would be very interested to see Morelos and Windass up front!

I see the sheep scraped 3 points against Dundee ( more than we could do) the issue for me is our consistancy, we have the beating of these teams but seem to fall at times, l watched us batter the sheep at Ibrox ( on tv) . I am reasonably happy that DM did not feel up to the job. I would like to see GM continue for a while and see if he can put the Hamilton/ Dundee results behind him, these will be levelled at him imo. I know l am out of step but l think he could do something against smellic at the meccano dome.
Home for a visit in February will be trying to get a ticket for the Hibs game, so don't buy them all guys.

Personally, where our priority appeared to be Derek McInnes and we failed i'm gutted!

Looking at his credentials he is the best manager in Scotland bar Brendan (where he doesn't come close to in my opinion) his CV has been just okay for me He has never been in the Europa proper yet and has only won the one cup in his tenure at Aberdeen

I think if he were to become Rangers manager he would've steadied the ship and if he had the boards backing he certainly would've got closer to Celtic but only CLOSER He will get 2nd place but how can anyone expect him to win the league? When you look at the opposition your against with financial clout and also a great backing from the board!

Nothing can change until we start getting a run in Europe and we attract some kind of buyer as unfortunately Dave King does not have the money that this club requires

09 Dec 2017 12:05:08
Kazmania82. That txt is far too sensible! . well put.

09 Dec 2017 12:19:08
Yeh Kasmania just like he steadied the ship at Bristol City, left them at the bottom of the championship, was sacked even though he had a really good squad, is he the best manager in Scotland after BR because he finished second and has won a cup, look he made his decision, it's over so why feel gutted, imo we have been so very lucky with this one, let's just get behind the team now and forget the DM fiasco, the board will have learned a valuable lesson and make no mistake our next manager will have all the right credentials especially the fact that he truly wants to manage Rangers, until then we should all get behind Murty and the team and do what we do best, support the club as we have done through all that has been thrown at us.

09 Dec 2017 17:44:04
I agree Buzultra Graeme Murty is already doing a decent job and better than Pedro Caixinha and we are in no hurry to find a Manager until the start of next year! Murty deserves the role We are 2nd and our expectations can't be anything more So job done so far šŸ‘

With Jack suspended who does he play in midfield with holt? Barjones?

09 Dec 2017 08:35:58
i hope so - time the lad got a chance

iā€™d still play diamond with mcrorie sitting in front of back 4 for cover with holt and bajonas cntr mid plenty energy from both of them

hope bruno and danny are fit for cntr half and its time morelos scored again Really hope he gets a run today as a goals long overdue and will give his confidence a huge boost

09 Dec 2017 08:46:45
It is a bit of a concern that Jack and Dorrans are out but Holt has been playing well recently. I'd play McCrorie, Holt, Kranjcar and Pena across the middle and Windass and Morelos up front. Back four depends who is fit (e. g. Alves? ) . Of course I have to mention Hardie getting a run!

09 Dec 2017 09:25:38
Haha, Hardie stays on the bench for me Doiger but I am concerned by the injuries and suspensions. I like the new formation and would go with:

Fod
Tavernier
Alves
Wilson
John

McCrorie
Holt
Barjonoas

Pena

Windass
Morelos

09 Dec 2017 09:30:37
Yes, for me he is the natural replacement

09 Dec 2017 09:37:49
Kranjkar and Pena absolutely NOT. Both do not do any defensive work, you can carry 1 at a push, NOT both.

09 Dec 2017 00:18:16
Get behind the team tomorrow that's why we are rangers

09 Dec 2017 09:32:35
Why do feel the need to tell us that controller? Of course we will get behind the team and I can see Murty getting shown just how much we appreciate what he's doing.

09 Dec 2017 00:04:48
Get behind the team v ross county tomorrow that's why we are rangers supporters

09 Dec 2017 01:27:46
Lets get graham potter from Ɩstersund. what a Job he's done with them. young English manager wouldn't cost much.

09 Dec 2017 08:35:36
totally agree taken them from rock bottom and now into the next stages of the Europa league isn't that good enough for us?
