Mccrorie was outstanding again, I know jack is liable for a red card but mccrorie and jack gives us that fight in midfield. When dorrans comes back into the midfield he will add to the spark. Have to be honest and say that pena (again) and windass were absolutely howling today. Murty, to his credit, changed it at half time and although it was laboured, it was a hard fought win.

I still think we need another striker and a left sided midfielder. Hopefully we can move pena and herrera on in january, let's be honest both are hopeless. Barjonas looked good and comfortable when he came on. Two or three good signings in january and we should really start to push on. I wanted mcinnes but if he doesn't want to come to us then forget him, he will regret it. Murty is doing fine, hopefully the players kick on and put a run together.

What's the people thinking in January? I'd get rid of Herrera, I'd stick with Pena. I don't know why but he has something about him I like. obviously was poor today and had a few rotten games, but has some cracking games as well and stepped up against Aberdeen especially in the first game at ibrox.

I understand people who want rid and wouldn't be surprised if he goes. hope we keep Alves and Windass as teams will be sniffing as he's on fire.

players coming in, I'd like to see some creative spark in the middle or wide areas. feel like we need a left winger even if we go get a Young player like the boy from st. mirren. It would just give us a natural wide player would improve our options. I can't remember the boys name as I've had a few too many shandy's

would also love to see moult at rangers, great wee player and a great guy. met him at a tournament pre season and was a real nice guy . was a wee tournament with our local team and some other championship teams and that moult was a head and shoulders above the rest on and off the park.

pestered him all day asking if he was going to rangers as the summer window was still open, but he just laughed about it and back to who I'd bring in . I'd take the boy hendry from Dundee watched him against the sheep and strolled the game as he did against us.

I like their captain aswell cammy Kerr another solid defender. move tav forward I think, i'll apply for the job lol.

I disagree with your Miller comment his energy and movement yesterday caused all the problems to Ross County he dragged us into the game he won the ball and set Candeias on his way to assist Morelos and was a massive threat to their goal and his work rate for a 36 year old is phenomenal if a few other players showed his commitment then we’d be in a good place but I do understand he is frustrating sometimes with some of his first touches and passes and sometimes holds his run then makes the run just as the player with the ball passes it to where he held his run but in my opinion he’s got to be in the first 11 him and Holt wher everywher yesterday .

If we hadn't dropped all of those points at home we would be a lot closer to them that's for sure, even half of those points would make a difference. Murty seems to have steadied the ship and got a more consistant system of play going that Pedro did. A result on Wednesday would be fantastic

murty losing those two games cost us. to say another manager would have lost this game or that game is nonsense. pc didn't lose an away game. and before i get the daggers, yes i liked pc but obviously with 50 percent of fans against him and the media he had no chance. murts is one of the boys and has done well but he isn't manager material.

I accept that the board are unlikely to do it now as it would make them look even more foolish, but I can't understand the negativity towards Big Eck. One criticism is that he inherited Big Dick's team which is true but Dick failed against O'Neill and from that point Eck was asked to continually downsize by scrambling about in the free transfer market. I think it's to his credit that he qualified for the last 16 of the champions league with players like Namouchi in the team. He won 7 trophies in 4 and 1/ 2 years at Ibrox with a better win ratio than Walters second stint after a similar amount of games albeit over a longer period. He took over Walters Scotland side and has the best win ratio of any Scotland manager over the last 20 years although it wasn't many games. With Birmingham he won a trophy in English football which aside from Moyes' community shield none of the other names mentioned have. He had a stellar playing career landing trophies and international caps. Perhaps Mark Allen could furnish him with some exciting young players and he could succeed with someone else team once again. He's won more silverware than all the other names combined. For those who say it is a backwards step, I would say this is Scottish Fitba' we don't need a tactical genius. For the moment I am behind Murty who has earned our support and praise but just feel he is out of his comfort zone as someone else mentioned he resembled Kenny MacDowell after the Dundee game.

I wasn’t all that keen either with Mcinnis getting the nod and I’m happy it didn’t happen but getting Mcleish it wouldn’t be the worst appointment and by no means a step down in my eyes and first choice or not I think he’d come back to rangers with no dramas at all

I honestly don’t think any rangers fan truly wanted McInnes as it’s just as much of a gamble as Caixinha was as he’s never managed a big club and had the pressure of media etc with a big club so he could of crumbled I mean let’s be honest he wasn’t exactly a club legend as a player I wouldn’t even play him in today’s team so let him stay with the sheep he can’t take them any further than 3rd round of europa and loves to loan celtic players so rangers wouldn’t work for him and every fan I’ve spoke to doesn’t know who we should get obv just asking their opinion and everyone has said the same thing shrug of the shoulders and a shake of the head cause nobody knows not one guy stands out I would take Mcleish as I understand we need experience on other hand I like what Murtys doing why don’t we honk outside the box and do what I think Iceland done and have two first team managers working together one experienced and the other learning but also having as much influence I don’t know how they worked it but they are doing well . just another idea to throw out their lol whoever the man that gets it is a lucky guy and should be honoured to be in charge of the most successful club in the world and will get 100% support from our support even the moners will back him cause we are the people!

The man has done well no doubt. I think he is a good man manager. Who gets the best out of what he's got, however please remember the games he HASN'T won, against bottom of the league teams.
He is a short term fix who is doing well. We need a tried and tested manager in the New Year.

Said it for last few weeks. I think if celtic get one bad result there players would get a shock and maybe go on a run of bad games. They have not had to deal with defeat domestically so they haven't prepared for it. When your at the top the only way is down. Its our turn to go to the top and Graeme murty will take us there.

A win today is massive. for a start it would be gr8 to get rid of this 3 game hodoo. but more importantly it would put us back in second place on goal difference but it would put us only 4 points behind Celtic. so with Celtic playing hibs away you never know. if hibs give them a game anything can happen. but first things first we must win our game today.

Bearmode, the only thing wrong at Rangers is the expectation that Rangers should be competing with Celtic. It forces the Board who are useless anyway into making the wrong decision. The gap is wide. It can't be closed totally in 2 or 3 seasons. Managers need time and maybe it will take 5 years to challenge depending on what Celtic do and how much Rangers invest.

Think we should stop any discussions regarding McInnes. It's been shown he is a bottle merchant and wouldn't be able to live with the pressure being a manager in Glasgow. Let him stick with a backwater team with his lack of ambition and limited success. We need winners and the board need to review their approach for a successor on Jan - Potter and Reid for me once their Euro run ends.

Firstly, Stewart Milne will have told him that he was 4th choice, it took Rangers six weeks to make a move and he's loved at Aberdeen, Rangers don't really want him. Then there is his backroom staff. then it could be his budget. but you stick with he bottled it if that makes you happy. As for your choice of managers now. good luck with that.

Look the reason why he turned us down we probably will never know but the way our board has handled the affair is shocking they were sure he was on his way you just have to read the statements prior Murty saying good bye ETC but something changed his mind but to cap it all our club releases a statement that was nothing short of classless it really was shocking and now once the heat has dropped a bit I'd like to see our board apologise to Mcinnes and Aberdeen and sack that clown Trainer and any board member who was involved in the release I've supported this team for nearly forty years season ticket holder and shareholder through good time s and bad but never have I seen us in such a state we seem to take one step forward and ten back we really are a mess if we could get the right guy in spend a bit of cash we can make second ours but we need to show respect we need to get away from this type of statement it opens the club to be pocked fun at I hope for three points today a decent display and move on

What did he bottle? He decided to stay after Aberdeen refused discussions. His choice to do so. We now move forward and take our time getting it right. If he has doubts then not right for us. I want to see a winner in the dugout who wants to manage The Mighty Gers and help with our climb back to the top. Not sure who but think I could get us 2nd.

I see the sheep scraped 3 points against Dundee ( more than we could do) the issue for me is our consistancy, we have the beating of these teams but seem to fall at times, l watched us batter the sheep at Ibrox ( on tv) . I am reasonably happy that DM did not feel up to the job. I would like to see GM continue for a while and see if he can put the Hamilton/ Dundee results behind him, these will be levelled at him imo. I know l am out of step but l think he could do something against smellic at the meccano dome.
Home for a visit in February will be trying to get a ticket for the Hibs game, so don't buy them all guys.

It is a bit of a concern that Jack and Dorrans are out but Holt has been playing well recently. I'd play McCrorie, Holt, Kranjcar and Pena across the middle and Windass and Morelos up front. Back four depends who is fit (e. g. Alves? ) . Of course I have to mention Hardie getting a run!
