Don't post a lot, but be thinking all day about the team that will play against that lot, I think we have a decent squad that can go there and have a great chance of winning, can't wait to see the line up tomorrow morning, good luck to the team let's do this. πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™πŸ».

Barton was burnley player of the season last season when burnley only had 30 per cent percentage of the ball. He was good at breaking up the game and playing nice passes into the forwards. That suited his game. So far with us it's been roles reversal, we have controlled the ball and it's taken him a while to adapt . Tomorrow could be similar to what he played under at burnley so I expect Barton to Flourish tomorrow . Here's hoping. MON THE GERS!

09 Sep 2016 20:46:47
Ur expecting that mobs midfield to dominate more than ours, NO CHANCE mate, we'll have the majority of the possession AGAIN if we're not sloppy with our passes, roll on the morra man here we come.

09 Sep 2016 19:50:37
Rangers will dominate the ball tommorow. eventualy anyway.60 % possession our way.

10 Sep 2016 08:26:03
I don't care how much possesion we have aslong as we score more goals.

09 Sep 2016 17:52:55
They are worried, they have talked the talk, now they must walk the walk. Barton will control the game and we will have the answers to get over the line.

09 Sep 2016 18:53:19
Barton has been talking an awful big game and so far has failed to match his mouth, hopefully he is switched on for it tomorrow because I've no doubt lego muncher will be winding him up.

09 Sep 2016 21:42:10
Rafbob spot on, Joey has made his bed, tomorrow is
D Day, let's see how he handles it .
One of the young lads at the Linfield game stated at halftime he made Seven bad passes in the first half, he WONT get away with that tomorrow .
But do you know what I have a good feeling growing on me for tomorrow, just want to see the whole team give 100
percent and walk off with their heads held high, can't ask for anymore as we are a CLUB in progress .

09 Sep 2016 21:48:59
I really think this is the type of game that Joey Barton will thrive in and finally kick start his Rangers career πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‘πŸ».

09 Sep 2016 17:03:00
One of the best days in 5 year was in febuary let's hope for something like that tomorrow absolutely buzzing and good luck to the boys in the Royal blue, hope all you fellow bears have a good day!

09 Sep 2016 17:23:12
What happened dear bear in February.

09 Sep 2016 18:10:50
Valentines Day😘.

09 Sep 2016 21:05:39
It wiz your 6th birthday BoyScout.

09 Sep 2016 21:19:55
The sheep beat your team 2-1 at pittodrie on the 3rd of February. lol πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ˜œ.

09 Sep 2016 16:26:08
The fact that the Dhims are on this site is that they are really worried. The Hat has been keeping things close to his chest so they don't know who we are going to play and what way we will setup as we have so many options. Bring it on and let's deliver to all concerned with Rangers.

09 sep 2016 16:58:11
ive noticed recently a lot of celtic supporters on our banter/ rumour site. the reason for this is that they will get a clever and intelligent debate/ conversation from very smart intelligent individuals, whereas they do struggle to communicate to each other without aggression.

09 Sep 2016 17:21:46
well over on their site all they talk about is referee conspiracies.

09 Sep 2016 17:24:02
Been saying it for a while half of them don't have more than five posts on there own forum. Just here to cause conflict yet there posts always seem to appear but when I reply mines goes missing.

09 Sep 2016 19:44:49
It's funny how we go on about them being obsessed but our own fans like Cee for example confess about doing exactly the same to their page.

09 Sep 2016 09:45:55
Joey Barton, time to step up! This game will prove your either here to win trophies or for final payday. If Barton sets the tempo and controls himself, I don't think Celtic midfield can cope. He undoubtedly is the better footballer technically. If he loses his head he could be embarrassed.
Cmon Joey, set the standard required to wear the famous blue!

09 Sep 2016 10:36:14
If he wanted a final payday he would've stayed at Burnley.

09 Sep 2016 10:37:51
If Barton plays at the pace he has been playing he is going to get left behind in this match. As we all know you don't get time on the ball in these games and the pace is normally frantic with tackles flying in at some rate.

09 Sep 2016 14:38:00
If he loses the head I really don't think it'll be against Brown. I remember watching an interview with him a few years ago and he said he usually loses the head when it's someone he doesn't expect to hit him hard but if he knows it's coming he can control his temper. So let's just hope Tierney or somebody like that doesn't put him in the air.

09 Sep 2016 14:52:58
Thought he handled himself well when that Kilmarnock player assaulted him and I'm guessing he didn't know who he was.

09 Sep 2016 16:10:02
Also the peterhead player that nearly broke his leg but i do remember him saying that in an interview with fletch n sav.

09 Sep 2016 16:07:00
"set the standard required to wear the famous blue! " Surely your not advocating Mr Barton is like numerous others and receiving an EBT for playing in our famous blue.? that's the standard certain of our players/ owners/, mangers set in wearing the famous blue., such as. Graeme Souness, Alex McLeish, John Grieg, Martin Bain, Barry Ferguson, Andrei Kanchelskis, Arthur Numan, '
Bert Konterman, Claudio Caniggia etc etc etc. i hope not, :)

09 Sep 2016 17:41:26
Of course that exactly what he meant. Have you been playing the long game Ally pretending to be a Gers man for years?

09 Sep 2016 18:25:10
Ally, the ebts were all above board, more legal than fake movies, used by another club, but you would know that anyway, with you being a rangers man.

10 Sep 2016 07:09:36
It has yet to be finalised if our use of EBTs was tax avoidance but as things stand today our use of them is being considered as a tax avoidance scheme. However, this may change once the appeal is heard at the supreme court.

09 Sep 2016 09:20:26
hey fellow bears isn't it amazing now we are back that everyone is saying scottish football is on the rise again? every club is rubbing their grubby little hands for our blue cash . i love rangers with all my heart and i am a proud scotsman but for me i think we need a new challenge and a new goal and new opponents. maybe lower english tier might the way forward? rangers v celtic yes its huge but for me it lost a bit of sparkle after what happened . they wanted us out nearly got their way now they can't wait to play us hmm i'm tired of it really. and sick to death of sevco new club comments the bias in the media and so on. i honestly believe for the sake of the club i love, we would be better off somewhere else.

09 Sep 2016 10:50:46
Blue cash! Hahaha, are u for real? I've heard a few belters on these forums but that's got to be up there! Exactly what blue cash are u talking about? And it's on the rise again! Forgive me but did any club go out of business while you struggled in the lower leagues? Or am I wrong in thinking st Johnstone Ross county Inverness st mirren all won silverware in that time to! And do u seriously think English football wants your lot anywhere near down there after what happened in Manchester! Yous really do live in a wee world of your own don't you! Haha.

09 Sep 2016 11:14:04
If that's your attitude and the desire of rangers supporters, why don't you go and apply at english league level nine, and work your way up, i'm sure you would sail through the non professional and semi professional leagues in cumbria onwards and upwards towards the conference feeder leagues.

Or do you want them to relegate a team extra in efl 2 to make way for rangers.

If it was good enough for fc manchester united, why is it not the same for any rangers application.

09 Sep 2016 11:15:09
the English clubs have to vote us in and bout 6 years ago roughly they said no a big fat resounding no.

only thing that could happen is an atlantic league but that would take years and years and honestly think we are stuck here.

09 Sep 2016 13:03:06
Wiss 81 and boy scout-don't know whether to laugh or puke at your tone of mockery or moral righteousness! Unlike my fellow Rangers fan brian I don't want to leave the SPL because I want to start gubbing your team again on a regular basis which might not be this year but soon, very soon. Brian has a point though, as he says, the"clubs" welcome the blue cash just like they welcome the "green cash" from your lot. Their supporters probably don't welcome us back but I can't imagine they like your bunch much either. In a way we have something in common in that fans of other clubs might be quite happy to see us both gone from SPFL if they could afford it. Your comment about St . John stone, Inverness Caley and Ross County is valid, Wiss 81 and it is good that they all won their first major trophies while we were away but are you going to tell me that if you had won back to back trebles while we were away you would have come on here telling us how you were so sad that the smaller clubs hadn't won anything-no? didn't think so! By the way why didn't you win the treble at all in that time. You should have done, shouldn't you? Biggest club, biggest budget, won the league by miles. I know it's hard winning a treble but it can be done and I was there to see us do it twice in three seasons in the 1970's. Don't worry if you do reply I will be expecting the standard "we wuz robbed" or it was an "establishment conspiracy" or maybe despite your obvious advantages you just weren't good enough and as I said before so it will prove again-soon, very soon. 'Mon the Gers!

09 Sep 2016 13:39:39
Iamnoboyscout and wiss18, are you both infatuated with Rangers or what, Yes your comments prove beyond doubt that the famous Glasgow Rangers are back, you are more interested in what we are doing than anything your own team is up to.

yes it's great to to be back getting all the attention, it's great being a bluenose, so keep contributing to the best rumours site. Onward to 55.

09 Sep 2016 13:59:59
Liverpool ger.

Rangers are likened to the heat rash you get in hot climates, you deal with when it occurs, you ensure its defeated, you don't miss it when its gone, and you do your best to ensure it doesn't return, as hearts did in season 2014/ 15 in the championship.

09 Sep 2016 15:07:01
Wiss81
If you spent more time on your own forum and less on a Rangers one, you would know your chairman said your team lost Β£10M a year when The Rangers were there.

09 Sep 2016 15:19:15
Dear oh dear. How sad a situation when you spend your time picking arguments on your rival's rumour page. What an amazing life you guys must have :D.

09 Sep 2016 15:42:34
This is what I am on about this continuous drivel about sevco New club old club no money it's not that I want rangers to play in England but there's not a lot of options out there celtic for all I care can go on like they did recently without us and win 20 in a row who cares I only care what is best for my rangers and our way forward and I agree with you liverpoolger well said.

09 Sep 2016 17:11:52
Hello there boy scout it's the "heat rash" here. Can I start by asking when you're running for parliament? Typical politician's answer. Clever but vacuous wordplay containing no answers to my questions with a nice wee putdown to finish was that the idea, eh? Do you know what we were poor that season but still nearly got promoted by the back door but we didn't simply because we weren't good enough . There you go- wasn't hard-a straightforward reply instead of a few smartass comments. Go on try it if you dare!

09 Sep 2016 18:35:54
Kpbblue, you only need to look at the debt the eastenders are in to see they missed the blue pound. that 10 million they lost each season is the reason they owe the co, op bank 38 million pound, and the coop bank can't be confident of getting paid, otherwise the bank wouldn't be sitting with the title deeds for their training ground and parkhead football ground.

09 Sep 2016 19:43:12
Ive heard it all now! A sevco fan saying that the bank aren't confident of us paying our debt! U couldn't mark your necks with a flame thrower honestly! Seeing how the old co owe every small business in Glasgow money and will never pay it! Dear oh dear what a statement! I really don't know what else to say after that! It's actually staggering!

09 Sep 2016 20:59:41
Well hello again it's Wiss 81 calling from the moral high ground. Whilst I would accept that it isn't wise for any Rangers fans (yes we're Rangers fans on the Rangers Rumours site whether you like it or not) about another club's level of debt I find it interesting what comments you choose to respond to. Still waiting for your answer to mine but maybe that doesn't suit you when you want to feel outraged. By the way you do realise you are on the Rangers Rumours website (but surely that doesn't exist, does it or does it? ) so if you want a sevco rumours site why don't you go away and start one, there's a good wee laddie. If you do I'm sure I like many Rangers (oops there we go again) fans would never be interested what you're saying on it either.

09 Sep 2016 23:21:42
Liverpoolger, nor do i like commenting on other clubs debt mate, its just that lot taking about our woes i thought ide give it a mention, there debt has only went up and up and up, the reason its went up is because they are missing the blue pound (according to mr laawell) they have been paying the overdraught for years, can't get the debt down without the blue pound, isaid on here before the season started thay we should abandon all away grounds for one or 2 years let, just to let them know they need us more than wee need them (all spfl clubs) we can survive with out them as we have done so for 5 years now, let's see how many more dundee utds kinda people are out there, i will never set foot in any away grounds ever again, they are not getting my blue pounds fact.
