Highly-rated youngster Glenn Middleton is included and although Ross McCrorie and Zak Rudden don't appear on the list, they will all be available to Gerrard.
Middleton had to be included in the main list because he only joined Rangers in January, while McCrorie and Rudden are U21 and academy graduates and can be used without being named in the original squad.

I am sure that it's because the hummel training center, and them being graduates that there names not on list, we signed Middleton in January that's why he's on list! I might be wrong thou, please correct me if I am wrong! 😎

I'd guess each deal has different parts that all need to be finalised legally and will get announced as soon as they were done, neither are in squad for thursday, both seem good quality, young and eager

Championship I believe Deano, don’t know how much truth in this “bid” does seem strange that we would spend another £3M on a CH when 2 have already been acquired. Unless of coarse the gaffer wants 3 at the back in which case this would mark a significant investment.
With today’s 2 loan announcements I think we need another forward option and another CH minimum but if we can get a load out the door then possibly more, looking forward to Thursday!

From what I have seen of him he'd be a terrific signing. No nonsense defender, young, English and definitely with sell on value.
We definitely need another Centre half in there even if we play 4 at back as we have no cover what so ever. Will give good competition and its a good show of intent from the club. However I think we might need to go higher than 3m to get him as millwall suggesting they want upwards of 5m.

He’s been valued at £5m with us apparently tabling £3m bid. Millwall just missed out on Playoffs in Championship after a superb run when Neil Harris became boss early in the calendar year.
They accumulated the most points in 3 successive months due to their outstanding defensive record.
If we manage to get this over the line it will give us 3 quality CB’s whether Stevie G will play 3 or just needs quality cover option remains to be seen.
I’d be surprised if we have actually bid £3m but don’t think we would go any higher.

We’ve had well documented issues over the last few years. If Gerrard being here encourages players to sign rather than think twice then it doesn’t bother me personally. They’ll know how big a club we are etc soon as they see the stadium and facilities.

Follow, that’s not how players are motivated these days it’s all about names, money and status. The chance to make a name for yourself as a midfielder under one of the best there was is too good for some of these lads to ignore and I for one couldn’t care what reason they come for as long as they do well whilst they are here

Sorry mate but it's 2018, football is dominated by money and corporate business, payers need to be convinced to go to almost any club these days to they can way up their options.
There were plenty players that were 'privileged' to play for us last season and we won nada.
We need players with fight, yes. But that's a character trait and an attribute of a players attitude, nothing to do with feeling of privilege.

Thats one of the main reasons the board went for gerrard, as our new manager! His world class name, is like a magnet, to possible new signings for us! Graeme souness had exactly the same effect, when he became our player/ manager, in 1986! Gerrard has an iconic name, worldwide! Its brilliant for us!

Players would rather sign for Brighton than any team from Scotland I'm afraid follow. That's the sad fact of the matter. Yes we can offer them things that teams like Brighton can't, but that's not what it's about any more. Players would rather say they played in the EPL with Brighton (sorry Brighton fans) than play in Europe or win silverware and say they played for us or them. Annoying, perhaps. But if SG can attract a certain calibre of player to us that would ordinarily have said no, then so be it.
