Latest rumour is SDM owns Murray park via a trust and teceives rent and Craig Whyte holds secured creditor charges and ownership of Ibrox and wants a million a year rent.

When did old rfc actually purchase auchenhowie? Was originally a 99 year lease of the land for a set annual fee and seats at ibrox for the old boy and his son. old rfc owned the buildings on the land but not the actual land itself, when did this change? jm
Listen and listen carefully craig whyte has nothing to do with rangers so stop all these posting lies its nonsense get it right ok
Lets just jail the lot!
Right sir murray does own murray park but glasgow council owns the land. whyte has nothing to do with this. from what I no we pay rent.

Last poster is correct- auchenhowie comes under east dumbartonshire district. I find the apathy from the rangers support to actually get up off their ar5es and a do a bit of digging and find out who and why previous board members have continually lied to their fanbase. as bomber so tactfully asked"show us the deeds". can you handle the truth yet? jm
The CW bit presumably goes back to his "floating charge". But that's on an asset now liquidated. He will need an incredibly clever lawyer to prove that it's really his.
I'm sure I read SDM set up Murray park as some kind of trust independent of RFC and Murray Group but he was a trustee plus kelvin side public school, Glasow uni, etc, trustees. Does that ring a bell? Didn't D&P spell out something like that during administration? But green, Mathers, Stockbridge claim they have the deeds at Ibrox and TRIFC ownS it? So guess it could have been an asset in the £5.5m bargain.
WHYTE has a 300 page legal dossier claiming a lot. Green has said it will take ten years to get rid of Whyte. (At a million a year?).
Craig Whyte claims he owns sevco5088 which bought all the assets from D&P.
did D&P know Craig Whyte was behind Green and sevco5088? Well Whyte introduced Green to D&P as the buyer in a Chinese restaurant in London.
its very difficult to believe D&P didn't know.
It's also difficult to believe SDM didn't know Whytes background and that Whyte duped SDM.
It's difficult to believe SDM didn't know Whyte put circa 24 companies into administration and liquidation. In fact he did know as Alastair Johnston and directors gave SDM a detailed private investigators report on Whyte. Telling him not to sell.
It's difficult to believe SDM didn't know Whyte was using Ticketus funding based on four years of season ticket sales to buy the club.
Is the person who posted Craig Whyte has nothing to do with rangers be someone who also thought that green would never come bank either? He is still there mate! Like it or not he is in the background the same as SDM! Loving your pain though princess lol

If Murray park was set up in that way then it wasn't an asset that old rfc had any right including it in its assets for sale. old rfc rented auchenhowie they never bought it. Jm
Ed we as visitors to this site always have our opinions sometimes stupid posts and sometimes good posts but we never really get your views so here is my request I would like to know your views on what is going on at ibrox just now and how you think it will end up. surely you must have some info of what is really going on. do you think we will be in administration again by xmas. some people have been saying to me that they think charles green has been dismayed at the amount of players we are getting in and money that is being spent on these players and that he has come back to put an end to it I don't believe it myself.
its like a series of dallas all these goings on lol. {The Ed039's Note - green has come back because somewhere there must be an opportunity to line his pockets or someone is threatening that opportunity, I don't think rangers will be in admin soon but there are some fundamental flaws that need to be addressed or in time it will be inevitable)
Murray Park was the simplest form of sponsorship with a rename. ditto Ibrox. neither happened - a child could organise this. it tells you that the deeds are in dispute
