Put it to the masses, if you enjoy posting sensible stuff, opinions and banter and enjoy the feedback and don't mind signing a name click believe. If you want to remain anonymous and read/ post the unfounded lies, sightings, inside info with no source and prefer a log in system to show who posted, click unbeliavable. The log in system would mean that unreliable sources wouldn't be posted or the culprits would be known anyway. If you post s**te/ banter with your name, 99% of people will know you are having a laugh, really what is the big deal, folk just want the site to be better (not that thers anything wrong with it eds but the kids idea room could be a goer). I'm with the "bad guys" on this one, if i want to post somthing I will, but i'll put my name on it because a) its my thought/ view and b) I want to listen/ discuss with others which i thought was the point of a rumours/ banter site. So there it is, you decide wether to ruin the best non sectarian site or take pride that your bigotry won again.

I have also heard this rumour, and it can only be a rumour, reason being MIH are in as much a financial mess as rangers are just now, can't honestly see mr murry having a spare £51 million lying around to pay Rangers tax bill, the charge is against RFC and not MIH and I doubt MIH would be able to source the funds to pay this off, this is a government debt and not something that can just be signed over to another company, don't know for sure just my oppinion!

The charge is actually against MIH not Rangers Plc. MIH are in heavy debt and as Rangers are a part of MIH that is why the bank is denying them money. If some people could use some logic Rangers as a football club are in £22million debt, previously the bank always had the confidence that MIH could cover the debt however the bank no longer feel they can so restricted spending. Rangers profits are being used to help stabilize MIH. Any potential tax bill will be cvered by MIH- the payments were made through another Murray business not direct from Rangers.

Also, why would Blackburn loan a player out for the remaining six months of his contact, still paying a percentage of the wages? surely if he was going to be out of contract they would sell him now or release him so they would not have to pay any of his wages. think it through. .

You cannot just release a player to get out of paying his wages- by releasing him you pay them off.

What does it matter how long the sewerat has left on his Blackburn contract, they want rid of him and you can get him for FA in the summer as Blackburn have accepted he is a dispicable human being and not good for the image o their club. Undoubtedly decent player though!

It seems that one of the main sticking points of any potential takeover by Craig Whyte may have been resolved in the past few days. The Daily Records Gary Ralston is reporting that the responsibility for the impending HMRC tax case has been taken as the responsibility of Murray International Holdings and Lloyds and not that of Rangers Football Club

Re: The Diouf situation, isn't it more to do with the club wanting rid of him asap rather than the length of his Blackburn contract? I thought that was why WS only signed him on a short term deal, to see if he could behave/ handle playing for Rangers. If he knuckles down Rangers can sign him for nothing in the summer as Blackburn will release him. If their manager says he has a future at blackburn couldn't they be doing with him just now? Just a thought, but he was offered around Europe all window even to Celtic but no one wanted him? It's time he grew up and realised he is in last chance saloon. I'd like him to screw the nut, cut out the silliness and prove he is the player he should have been (does that even make sense lol).

Cheers Daviet. But I wonder. .

. .and was it that he wouldn't elaborate, or because he couldn't elaborate (due to those pesky Stockmarket rules! !).
