Please don't shot the messenger here. however, I've heard a few whispers about the league being redesigned this coming season, basically the playoffs are only being held to bring in a little income. it doesn't matter who wins and goes/stays up, as the top tier will be changed to a bigger league holding 20 teams. again just whispers I've heard.

well obviously making us play playoffs that are irrelevant. the other teams will be saying it was done too accomodate us hibs and hearts and never done it any other year.

And with the sfa announcing a deal with ladbrokes today makes a bit more believable having old firms again would help with there sponsership deal could be true hope we go up without there help though we will never hear the end if it if we dont

If we didn't go up through the playoffs,and there was a league reconstruction I would hope we would gracefully decline the offer,after all they couldn't wait to get rid of us,be nice to stick one up their plans,one more season in the championship sporting integrity intact not the end of the world.

Now would be the ideal time to reconstruct as previous TV deals have always been based on 4 old firm games a season. Now that's dead and it's been proven championship clubs can be competitive with 'bigger' clubs like yours, sponsors would settle for 6 Glasgow derbies instead of only 4 :-)

Onlyshow we knew this would happen as soon as we were up the leagues sponsors would come back. no matter what the sfa say they need rangers up in the spl to put excitement back into scottish football again a just hope we do it in our terms nobody in scottish football has ever done us any favours

L3mst3r he hasn't really denied it mate, he's admitted they are discussing reconstructing the leagues again. However said that he doesn't think it will happen in time for next season. They managed to reconstruct it in a short period last time. they could do it again.
