Good news, Media House are on the way out of Ibrox.
Bad news, Bishop associates are the new PR for the club on £130k five year contract. While ordinary people are losing jobs at the club some more spivs stick there noses in. Disgraceful. I thought Jabba was paid £200k to deal with PR? And as a quick aside Graham has been leaking stories to the record, the same paper he slagged for long enough. What a true blue he is eh?

Same crowd as Newcastle United. Work for the boys.

People need to get over the fact that non playing staff are losing their jobs.
The overheads are grossly excessive, there is far too many people on the payroll, (and yes I include the Yorkshire pudding as well as an over inflated Board.
I would also suggest that for a club languishing in Division 1 that we have too many management staff on the playing side and that should have been addressed day one.
I just hope that a proper criteria is being used for the redundancies!

This is a joke the things we are classing as good news how is it good news it's just showing how the shysters are pilfering the money when there's a man collecting supposedly 200k add the rest of the pr staff that's a no bad amount of wages for doing a really sh*t job I wonder how sh*t a job the new mob will do this term true blue what does it actually stand for because its nothing to do with supporting rangers if it was we would have thousands of them outside ibrox demanding these shysters gtf

Have a look at the interview with Kiean Prior on daily record site re Charles Green.
Agree0
Disagree0
Green was supposedly paying Media House £6k per hour last week to counter the negative feedback on his consultancy. This tab gets picked up by the club.
Agree0
Disagree0
Kieran Prior interview makes interesting reading, this guy seems to have done his homework on the key players in this embarassing Saga, Green must go in my opinion, he served a purpose, but his constant smokescreens, negativity and down right lies are embarassing and who knows what longterm damage he will cause? The club needs stability and people like McColl, King to back up or shut up!

What Prior didn't say was both his offers were by conference call from Malcolm Murray's office. The comment from Green that he wouldn't sell to Prior for even £50 a share was because he said he wouldn't sell his shares to anyone involved with Murray.

A story on the net saying green will transfer some of his shares to them also laxley say they buy shares in company's who they feel are undervalued something is going to happen really soon this isn't sitting well with me that somebody green deals with is buying more shares before a egm I think we are well shafted at best we will have a club but think we are going to need to rent ibrox and Murray park
Agree2

I went into the Laxey Partners website, it seems they now own 1% of Rangers, but some bad comments concerning them, seems they are asset strippers, quick buck merchants, and Mr Green has dealings with them, check for yourselves.

A hedge fund registered in IoM, I smell tax evasion! Not good

Laxey Partners : A hedge funding and asset stripping company and institutional shareholders of a company called "Celtic Property Developments". lol, first White, then Green, now Celtic :)

Oh get a grip for god sake, conspiracy theory madness, Rangers are in a bad place but we will get out of it soon enough, you are acting like animals trying to blame certain individuals of corruption with no proof, there are more important things in life than football.
Agree1

When you analyse everything there is only one person that is to blame for the mess we are in, David Murray.

When Rangers were in a bad place last year loads of fans claimed they'd get out of it.

A guy who wasn't good enough for a new contract at Dundee is good enough for rangers! He's at the end of his career approaching 35 and I know he's a goalkeeper but surely we have keepers coming through?
Agree0
Disagree0
The keepers coming through aren't good enough yet so an experienced keeper is needed but we should be ble to get better than simonson
Agree0

Just incase you didn't notice dundee are a 1st division team rangers are a 2nd division side. {The Ed039's Note - if you are going to slag folks please get the new league names right)
Agree0
Disagree0
Dundee are actually a championship side and rangers at a league one side so you get your league names right

Why on earth are we signing a keeper? The guy who played at the weekend was a clown, but if I were in charge, I'd use him and a kid as back up. The signing of bell was financial madness. You don't need a keeper who costs anything more than a our competitors keepers to win this league, never mind a back up! Why are we hell bent on wasting money?
Agree1
Disagree0
And you wounder were all the money is going. WHY do we need a other GK?
Ally is like a Fat kid in a sweet shop, SPEND SPEND SPEND. Someone have a wee word

Yes ed a championship team and a division 1 team, I will keep everyone right lol doug t. s. o {The Ed039's Note - league 1 not division 1 Doug)

if our club is bleeding money why are we spending more of it?
Agree1

Is the idea to loan gallacher out for experience? Then we obv need an experienced keeper as back up?. gallacher better off playing first team football elsewhere. IF the Money men at the club ok the managers request who's to argue. If ally plays rookies and we get beat he gets slaughtered. Happened enough last year {The Ed039's Note - I disagree, we don't even need Bell, we should be able to walk this division with Gall and rookie keepers no problems)
Agree0

Is this ah joke? ally get it together fs we should have went for craig gordon instead when fit by far scotlands #1
Agree1

Can anyone tell me ''why'' we need a back up keeper.
total stupidity.
Use Bell, and the youth keeper can be the back up, doesn't even matter if he's a kid, because we are playing in a league that 'still' has NO full time teams, so can anyone explain why the f*** we need an experienced back up keeper.
Totally sick fed up of Ally. who is not and will never be a football manager.
When he leaves Gers. just wait and see if he gets another job.
Legend? yes. absolutely
Manager of Gers? Never in a million years. pathetic.

Quote from Daily Record;
"Rangers fans will be stunned that Ahmad is still into the club for money after being forced to quit his £300,000-a-year post in humiliation.
It's believed he was also awarded two million shares at a penny each as part of the consortium that bought over the club from administrators Duff and Phelps for £5.5million last summer.
With shares trading at around 40p, that would net him a further £800,000. "
Are these £2M shares sold yesterday anything to do with Imran????

Why are we not suprised that they ALL have their nose in the trough, loyalty seems to be only one way with Rangers, the fans deserve more than this bunch of money grabbing spivs. I unfortunately include Ally in my rant!
Agree1

Ally is a money-grabbing spiv? The same Ally who worked for free during administration so others could keep their jobs? Good point, mate. {The Ed039's Note - he didn't work for free)

To post 5 - Ally took a pay cut but then given free shares as compensation.

Must admit I am more than just a little surprised that no-one has commented on Green supporting this action against the club he works for and represents the main body of financial investors!

Imran Ahmad accuses Malcolm Murray of bad-mouthing him, back-stabbing and breaches of confidentiality then sacked him but he himself had to leave after allegedly leaking confidential information on a fans’ forum, and criticising Ally McCoist and Walter Smith under an online psuedonym. Why was he allowed to leave instead of being SACKED like he did with Murray. Green and His little army of smug Del Boys think there to clever for everyone else and can hire, fire and manipulate anyone they see fit. They have to go before they bleed this club dry and then stand back and watch it crumble, I still believe there was an underhand agreement in place to strip this club that involved CW, D&P and CG and Co, whether proof of this will ever surface or not the issue, you only have to follow the inconsistencies from CW through D&P to CG to know something dodgy went on.

Well said ED it's like some people want to believe Ally is the Messiah and can do no wrong.

He also claims to have brought £67m worth of investment but won't say what this was! Piece of absolute nonsense from the snake oil salesman
