A fellow bear at work informed me that Harry forrester has signed a new deal with us. Can anyone tell me if there's any truth in this as I'm a bit sceptical.

Harry signed a new deal when Warburton was in charge that runs until end of next season. Think Rangers will try and get money for him but will terminate his contract if not sold in the summer. Same with Hodson Dodoo and MOH

Are you seriously complaint about people out of work being the only ones claiming interest?! There's an obvious reason for that. Managers under contract can't go around touting for other jobs!

@bil72 Just because it hasn't worked out at a club for a manager doesn't mean that manager is not a good manager. Walter smith was sacked by Everton.

Walter was not a journeyman manager. A lot of the guys mentioned on here have had numerous clubs, and are again out of work. There is a pattern and o think what we should be looking at is someone who can build over 5 years +

Some? A sizeable portion of this fanbase has lost its way and forgotten what true Rangers expectations are. We're turning into Leeds, who accepted their fate and are now a small club. We are in serious danger of that now, and we're a national laughing stock for appointing Murty as our manager. Not a single other top flight club in the UK would do that.

Get over were rangers we need top man in to get us were we where etc it going to take time it going to take years before we are back there so we can only go for the average manager or it will be pay top dollar for manager no cash to invest in squad or average manager and some cash to invest

We are not that skint. We need to invest in an experienced manager and build from there. With the money we have WASTED on Pena, Herrera and Pedro himself we could have attracted a top quality manager on decent money. Still think Steve Clarke as Manager and Jack Ross as coach would be more than a match for the arrogant Rodgers.

I still don't understand why most on here are clamouring for a new manager when our current setup dictates otherwise. We are possibly looking at a new first team coach for next season and most definitely not a manager. Unfortunately a lot of UK based guys won't work as a coach under a DoF
