I'm happy with the appointments but it remains to be seen what the plan is for Murray park and the scouting network before I get over excited for me!

Warburton got his start in coaching with youths at Watford. He was then head of their academy. At Brentford he was dof before coach so knows all aspects of recruitment and management. Instrumental in next gen youth tournament. Been a long time since I was so excited being a Rangers fan!

Let's face it Warburton , has nil experience at managing a club near the highest level.
Less than 100 games ending in 5- 1 Loss in Championship play-offs
Excited Honesty ,

I think this is an excellent opportunity for Rangers to change the whole philosophy of the club. Warburton clearly has a record of success with both senior and youth coaching. With a good scouting network established, competent coaches and proper use of Murray park ( developing young players) then the future is positive. Proper financial management of the club and as I said the proper use of the outstanding facilities at Murray park with young players being rewarded with first team appearances (if good enough) will be an attraction to lure young talent. No more jobs for the boys, get coaches and scouts who know what they are doing. Would love to get Cathro as head of youth development.
