Happy bear guys, some really positive signings, looks like there’s a feel good factor back in thedressing room, did not post on relation to cummings signing just in case it fell through, if we get Martin in and Docherty well that’s what you call a good window.

He scored 8 goals against us! He also managed a col V the Jam Tarts. Great big game record let’s get him back amongst the goals up top with Morelos with Candeias and Murphy either side with Miller and O ‘Halloran as back up.
With Dorrans and Windass fighting for the 10 jersey if we do go 1 up top, Holt, Jack, Goss, Halliday fighting for CM roles.
Bates, Wilson, Martin, Cardozo and Alves in CH
Tav, Hodson, Waldo and John for full back
Not even included Herrera, Dodoo, A Wilson, Beerman, Burt, Barjonas, Hardie, Kranjcar et al and potentially the boy from Killie, Docherty or even Naismith ooft 👌🏻

Chuffed with cummings signing and shows DOF / Murty taking bthe club in the right direction . No real chance of league however loan deals will see who is up for next season make and still a Scottish cup to play for .

Gutted we couldn’t scrape a goal in that last old firm game 8 points we would still have wee chance but 11 seems too much for this season. They would have to drop points at least twice with us winning for us to make it interesting but an old firm victory, finishing 2nd and winning Scottish Cup should be our targets for the end of the season.
If we could achieve 2/ 3 targets what would you pick and why?

id take 2nd and the cup ahead of an old firm win mate. 2nd is needed for longer term goals which i'd value ahead of a one off game against them. with the added bonus of a scottish cup win meaning a trophy for us and the fact we beat them to it!

Personally I’d take winning the cup and beating them in league. Winning the Cup gets us into Europa League and I think the 2nd qualifying round and stops back to back trebles.
Beating them would be a good statement for new squad an a Psychological blow to them which could help going into next season.

Would be surprised if Alves left. Who is going to want a 36 year old that has been injured at least 3 times in the last 6 months. Not even sure when he will be back from his latest injury.

our offers for Jones and Docherty have been laughed at and rejected. were willing to pay over the odds on Mexican garbage but not on home grown talent. Watch these 2 players leave in the window and go down south. Pay the money they want and stop making low ball offers. Embarrassing stuff i have to say.
As far as Cole, Naismith and Roberts go i would say those three are highly unlikely. I'd love to be proved wrong about everything i just wrote and will hold my hands up if i am but our board takes 4 steps forward and 8 back at times. Be on standby for disappointment

Was told Docherty would be signed for £600k but we have started with our usual low opening bid. I understand the strategy it can be frustrating at times.
Iv heard Alex Neil Preston manager is interested now and I’m sure he will be able to offer the £600k asking price, hopefully he wants to come to us and hold out.
I wonder if this signing may be as a replacement for Windass.

Here comes a classic my mates brothers cousins uncle post.
But I am just passing on information.
Andrew Driver of De Grafschaap Holland.
Plays left and right wing and has also played at left back and centre back for the Dutch team. They were in the top league last season where he actually got man of the match against Ajax twice.
Ex SPL. Won young player of the year when he was here.
30 years old. Free contract. Low wages. Bit of a work horse. Doesn't stop. Great engine.
Hasn't been injured for over 4 years now which was his issue at Hearts. He represented England at under 21s and don't know if anyone remembers when Burnley came in for him for 2 million but the deal fell through as Romanov wanted 4million.
Apparently the main link is Lee Wallace who had a great partnership with him on the left at Hearts. Lee has passed this info on and representstives have met.
Let's see what happens.

We have murphy, candeias, windass and dalcio (hopefully not for long) who can or have been playing on the left. We have Tav, candeias and O'Halloran who can play on the right. Andrew Driver could make the Tea though i suppose.

Just a wee thought i don't think there is a chance in hell of us trying to off load herrera as he is our only target man. He maybe rubbish and at times its like sat morning footy when a few of your players don't turn up and you get your mini bus to stop at the bus and ask the guy standing there do u play football mate lol but he is our only option when we want 2 go route one. We have no other player like him in the squad so until we can replace him we are stuck with the big fellow.

I have a source inside the club that has told me that we may be getting 1 million for Herrera from Santos Laguna (Said RFC would bite hand off for that. ) My source works with the first team, that's all I can say.

Rangers hopefull of getting the Docherty deal done this week looking to offer him a 4 year contract. A deal for Jason Cummings is very close to being agreed being a loan with the option to buy in the summer for £1million. Rangers still very interested in Tyler Roberts and Russel Martin. I am also hearing that Jordan Rossiter will be offloaded in the summer.

Regarding our interest in Docherty, my concern is that we can't afford him and Rangers come up with some embarrassing payment plan, resulting in us missing out on the lad. I would imagine we would have to offload first. (Herrera) for example.

£600k is expected to be accepted with flexibility over payments no real issue for Hamilton who recently lost a fair few quid from someone hacking into their bank account.

We should offer them O'Halloran and £300K. Their evaluation is way off the mark at £1m. But a player and cash seems fair for both teams. Important to keep a good relationship with Killie as they are one of the few teams who never bladed us when we were at our weakest. A percentage of future transfer fee should be availible for Ayeshire's finest.

Not saying it's true but Loganair flight LM575 lands in Glasgow from Norwich at 14.30 according to the Glasgow Airport arrivals website.
The guy might be talking garbage but people on here are more interested in downcrying other peoples rumours than actually discussing what could be happening at our club.
Is it really that ridiculous that Russell Martin could be flying to Glasgow today when it's common knowledge we're trying to sign him?
Who cares if his sister's exes dogs retired vet shared a cell in Alcatraz with Russell Martins gran. it's a rumours site.

Spot on pedrosanchez, folk are far too wide on here. Seems to be a theme with some of our supporters these days, arguing amongst ourselves and insulting our own players.
Some of the dogs abuse I witnesses on social media when Bruno Alves was subbed in the Old Firm game was nothing short of disgraceful. He's not been a successful signing but the abuse is uncalled for. The players get enough of that from every other team's supporters.
