Villa and Everton going in for Naisy in January! Looks like he will be off. Wouldn't blame him if he went down south.

Enough games to know they play in a pub league where the standard is abysmal. Naismith would not cut it in the EPL. Thats a FACT. Look at your best striker last year Kenny Miller, where is he playing? The facts stands up sir. Championship player at best.

If u have seen alot of gers game then u clearly don't know much about football and have a chip on your shoulder (not saying ur a celtic fan) as i feel he would do quite well in the EPL, sure it would be a step up but i feel he could make it.

Two of the posters are correct I am NOT a Celtic fan (or a Rangers fan for that matter). I have no gripe against Steven Naismith but to say he would cut it down here in the EPL is laughable. He WOULD get found out. He is a championship player at best. Maybe quite a decent one, but dont be getting ahead of your little selves up there. You have come back at me like slavering ill educated fools. You are watching dross week in and week out and Naismith is doing well up there but its a bit like a 9 year old boy saying hes the best at chess in his school, only good by what he is surrounded by. It hardly makes him a target to play alongside masters does it?
The poster seems to have a personal issue or two with mr naismith I think you should keep it to yourself as nobody else seems to want to go to the bother of telling you not to be stupid mate.
He has been in cracking form so far this season and will eventually be sold for a nice little profit but not anytime soon.

Paranoia? i dont give a f*** what any1 says naisys a bear end of and he`s the best attacking mid in scotland and would walk into an everton team or villa he`d have that duddy petrov on the bench!

The poster who said he wasn't good enough referred to the SPL as a pub league no-one cares about. Therefore, it's doubtful he's a Celtic fan. Paranoia is still rife among Rangers fans who think that any negative comments must be from Celtic fans.

Naisy is top scorer up here this season, has scored against spain (basically almost turned the game in our favour) and in the last year has scored in the champ league and had it not been for a post would have scored a cracker at the mestalla (sp). He would do well down south but hope we keep him as he is a very important part of how we play. If he does go, then it would be for at least 6-8m, nothing less as the wee man is just gonna get better n better in the next few years.
1. He IS good enough for EPL. Fact.
2. He won't leave unless he's told there's no choice for financial reasons. Why leave champions and silverware winners every season for mid to lower league EPL. Folk talk about SPL and how it's rubbish and it's same old same old but aren't footballers interested in what's in their trophy cabinet when they hang up their boots? And talking about same old same old... What about these teams such as the ones mentioned in this post... Constantly scrapping in the same league positions against the same teams week in week out and winning nothing. Talk about mundane. Ram your precious EPL. All you have is your top 4 who are looked after by FIFA and Sky.

Naisy has been brilliant this season and we missed him when he was suspended. Like every player he has a price though
Don't think he's the type to force a move as he is now becoming a vital player for us and Scotland, so he must be happy at the club and the grass is not always greener on the other side.
Get us 4 in a row then sell him for a good price and rebuild with the funds.
Do you remember when naisy signed a new contract? he said bring me in and sign me up, thats what happened he signed 1st offer no negotiaions off all the players at the club he is one of the happiest he will only go if pushed out

Everton are skint, also whay would he go to a wee didy club like Everton unless they offer him amazing wages which they probably wont since they have no money
At the second post he is far better than bannan for villa n would do a great job foreverton so a dont know what games youve been watchin this season he has been a class above the rest in the SPL hence why he is top scorer in a supposed EASY league when he has been playing in midfeile so if you second rate clubs in englad dont want him me personally as a rangers fan i would keep him for life rather than have a third rate player from a second rate club
