Granted all of our performances with the exception of St Johnstone, but our centre halfs have proven on numerous occasions that they need an experienced head sitting in front of them and the kids in our midfield may well be great players but won't last a whole season Zelalem showed that before the international break, so why shouldn't we increase the squad with somebody who is a proven experienced professional that can clearly improve us, and let's be honest, the magic hat clearly rates him as he's gone out of his way to bring him in.

He was an oustanding talent as a kid at Barcelona but has lost his way. Definetly worth a punt, could turn into multi million pound player if he rediscovers his form and lives up to potential. Injury prone though.

Yeh davie he's a free agent, defo think its worth a short term contract if he proves himself in training, like janesaddiction says he could make us millions in a few years. Although I've never seen him play being a barca youth product he's the kind of player we all want to see playing in our team

He is still on the books of a spanish team apparently but is in talks with them to let him go on a free the lad was supposed to be the next big thing at Barcelona but unfortunately didn't make the breakthrough there and has since been with a number of other teams including man city hopefully he starts to produce some of the ability that got him the rave reviews as a young lad and it adds some more talent to our ranks.

I've read this week that we're interested in Michael O'Halloran of St Johnstone and John Soutar of Dundee United. Both sound like ideal signings and would fit in well with our style of play and be pretty sure of making the starting 11. That's vital for a career move and they just have to look at an ex-Hibs player, now Celtic, to confirm that one.

Kfraser Soutar would be a good deal if we could capture him but mate we ain't playing a game of Fifa here. We won't get players like that until we get to top flight. SA left hibs for money and now he's kicking himself as he ain't playing. Why is people still going on about this guy SA he made his messy bed let him lay in it. No but honest Soutar would be a good signing young too.
