First post bug I've been a long time reader. It's crazy seeing all the stories about xyz not liking each other. I work as a chef at a hotel in the city centre where big Herrera is staying he's down most nights for dinner (don't worry lads we tailored a healthy menu for him) even though his English isn't the greatest he's been joined frequently by quite a few of the squad and hold on to your seats some are Portuguese and some are Scottish and for all I can see they are getting on great. There you now know atleast one (of two) of our ombres are getting along with our races in our team. The wag some go on you think we signed them straight from a clan rally.

I think we all know where these "rumours" come from really.

KM won't be signing for Hibs and the players are not having fights at training every day.

We saw 3 Rangers players from 3 different nations hanging out in Glasgow last week hardly a sign that they hate each other.

its a huge amount of belloni used to stir us up, we are older and more successful so we are used to this.

if the squad settle then its going to be a tight race, i do think aberdeen will be right up there also, celtic have europe to focus on so hopefully this will lead to slip ups in the division

Blue blood hope you are right but title 1 horse race . sorry to say we prob finish 3rd or 4th hope I completely wrong but think foreign signings and Pedro duds. scout who recommended them last job was scout for general custer.

Hello lads,

I have been reading the page for some time now and like seeing the views of fellow bears and what's going on in and around the club.

I have a close friendship with two of the players and to be honest most of the stuff that's coming out are true.

What I have been told verbatim "Morale is as low as a snakes belly button"

There is a sense of "whatever" from the management team and the tactics they are trying to put across no one understands and it failing on the training ground because everything is over complicated. There is daily clashes on conflicts and already there are 3 groups within the team that do not talk or like one another.

KM has had enough and finds working with PC impossible as he is arrogant and goes into hiding once trying is finished. He doesn't talk to any of the players personally and leaves that to the coaches. KM confronted him about the embarrassment in Luxembourg and PC apparently shrugged his shoulder and said" that's football" KM was fuming and he is looking for an escape route asap. I am hearing HIbs will offer him a 2 years contract with coaching options. His are going the same with Kris Commons.

Personally it looks like this PC gamble has turned out to be a total shambles. And let's not forgot IF this does go pear shaped we are stuck with all theses useless players who have all been given 2-3 years contracts! Its a nightmare!

If this is true, I would imagine this may be caused by players who know there on the way out and are not willing to invest in bonding with the new chaps. Once the dead wood has gone and we have a few results this will be a thing of the past.
As for training being to complicated, again probably the dead wood not being able to adapt to technical football.
If KM has had enough then he does not deserve to be there. If KM left for Hibs, now, then he would never be welcome back at Ibrox IMO and will go from Rangers legend to snake in pretty short order.
However there was a big IF at the start. Mike Fisher, you sound like a delusional Hibs or Celtic fan (ny) or both.

TJBB: I am a Rangers Fan and season ticket holder and have been for 14 years. I think its a bit of an insult if I can't say what I am hearing from sources from within our club and for the record its not coming from any of the dead wood. I think our performance in Luxembourg says it all. No excuses we got beat by a team of taxi drivers and joiners! fact!

I heard someone claim to be a friend of Dorrans who said Kenny Miller said the new players are rubbish. Assuming he wouldn't say that but there does seem to be a lot of stories going round that he's unhappy

My sources within the club say that the players are in uproar as they got apple crumble instead or rhubarb. Everyone knows miller is a rubarb crumble man can't focus in training now. Comes from the head dinner lady herself! Watch the space this will be headlining the sport in the papers next week!

Okay, Mike. Put a bit of meat on the bones. Who are the 3 groups of players that are not speaking to each other. Also I note your close relationship with 2 players has now turned to just a source. Also how about a bit of good news since you are in the know, are the new guys any good.

As far as FC Progrès Niederkorn goes, old news as far as i'm concerned but while were on the subject, please note they only lost 1-0 to AEL Limassol which have a squad value of 6.6m, similar to Aberdeen. They are obviously not as bad as the press make out. Their league is similar to the level of the Scottish championship and there squad is valued similer to say QOS at 1.7m. On their day against a team not fully match fit these teams can take a scalp or 2. We have no right to win any game of football, if we think like that we will loose, loose and keep loosing.

This is a rumour page and I'm all for the "banter" either way. For every negative there is always a counter argument even if " I'm close to the players dog-walker's cousin" . If there was such disharmony and conjecture a "reliable" journo would have sniffed it out and printed by now or is there more conspiracy theories kicking about.
The next couple of games should give an idea of where we are and what needs to be done

It's funny how the last two foreign managers to take over the club have somehow apparently caused a dressing room divide usually amongst the Scottish players. His tactics aren't actually that complicated to see they are standard European team tactics but perhaps as mentioned earlier the British players within the team are just not technical enough to adapt and understand it. The formation will be a 4-3-3 with adaptable wingers, when we have possession in the defensive and middle thirds the wingers will stay wide creating space and making the picture seem bigger making it harder to defender against. In the final third they will be expectedly to drift inside more becoming inside forwards whilst the two full backs attack simultaneously giving us 6 options in the final third with the attacking midfielder joining in the mix. The two centre halves will stay back covered by the defensive midfielder sitting just in front of them to drop back between them if we get hit on the break. The other midfielder will be just outside the box and will act as the link between defense and midfield dictating the pace of the game. This is what I can't make out of his tactics so far but we are far from being able to play that way with a brand new team and set of players and it will take time. In my opinion if Kenny doesn't like it then he needs to leave, his been a great serpent to us as has Lee Wallace, but Pedro is the manager and his tactics should be played out it's not up to the players to decide that it's their job to play football.

The Mexican don't like the British and the portuguese players don't like the mexicans or the British. They are sitting at separate tables when eating and are constantly arguing on the training pitch. Why is it such a problem for me to post facts that I am being told? Pena played like a penis in the first match. British based players are saying the mexicans can't control the ball never mind pass it. Too slow and very lazy. that's what I am being told

Aye Miller can't work under Caixinha that's why he signed a new contact a few weeks back?

Also to say that 2 full Mexican internationals one of who has played in World Cup can't control a football is laughable.

I think there may be some actual facts with in what is being said here. Players will always become cliquey. Especially if they are purchased at the same time.

I think we are now scrambling to sign scottish based players after seeing what standard of foreign players we have purchased/ loaned. My opinion only. I think we have potentially made an arse of it again with our signing policy. Lots of money spent and we all bought into the hype.

I hope it all clicks, but if you look at the talk of Moult now. Why is it we would be looking at Moult? We have paid good money for both Herrera and Morelos. Walker i can understand as its a no brainer. Great player and loves getting stuck in. Moult should have been the first option for me ahead of the others mentioned.

As I said above KM signed a new deal 2 months after PC took over if he hated the guy so much why sign that deal?

As for the players at each others throats, infighting etc amazing that such a big story would not be written about in the press don't you think?

Oh and as for the players only hanging around with compatriots then why were Candeias, Herrera and Morelos all pictured out getting haircuts and shopping in Glasgow together last week? Yeah cause they obviously only hang around with people from their own country?

@mikefisher: I never mentioned I was a tactical advisor to Pedro Caixinha I actually stated this is what I believe it to be from analysing the two Progres games and my experience working as an academy coach here in west London. Just because Kenny has great experience and has played in many formations doesn't make him any better than anyone, he has to go through the same process as anyone does when collecting his coaching badges and top players have failed miserably at managing teams. This European formations take time to bed in and we have to be honest out current crop of British born players are just not good enough hence the reason why Scottish football is so poor compared to the continent.

IMO Miller is far too experienced to automatically fall out with new signings from abroad! He's been in this situation loads and himself been the foreign import.
Remember seeing him foing an interview and he was truly sick of how our Club was playing snd producing nothing and there is no way imo that he would cause an negative atmosphere in the Camp. The man wants this Club to move forward. He's played under many Managers and if he did not agree with the Tactics etc he would not spit yhe dummy out. So Fisher I think your way off the mark.
Bears these friendlys AND Europe ain't been good but remember past Seasons when we had a great pre-season then at start of Lge we didn't show up. We must believe in Ped.
All I want to see is another Winger after Walker be it Weiss but someone in that mold.
