They are NOT on any form of security as this would have instantly stoped Ashleys application as you cannot double security hold an asset

I think the 1 am george is mistaken. If the value of property can cover both security applicatiions the first application then has "first call" in the event of a call to recover the debt. In other words if you give a loan of £1 against an assett of £5 then you can then use the remaining £4 as security for a further loan.

There would a simple way to check if any security over ibrox stadium and that's a Land registry search, this falls within the capability of any half decent journalist. There won't be any prior charges as this would surely have already been discosed

No I'm just saying if lee tells Rangers he isn't moving there is nothing Rangers can do to force him away as per any contract.they could force him to train with the youth team and refuse to play him but that's all.what I would say if he has the chance to go then go.its going to be a bumpy few months I think
