What a top class performance from Morelos tonight ran his socks off and scored a fantastic goal. The defence is a million times better than last season how we've managed to get Goldson for 3 million is quite incredible. Also impressed with coulibaly he looks a player and solid. Only negative Ryan Jack should never be on our bench never mind starting eleven he just slightly above Sunday league level. 🇬🇧.

Morelos was superb tonight let’s hope this kick starts his season. Kent and Couibaly both looked good and Goodson was solid at back. However do have to agree about Jack very poor in possession and gave the ball away constantly.

Ryan Jack was our best player last season before his injury, got sent off too many times but he had nothing but shite round about him. He needs a certain type of player beside him but there is too many people on here that have never played football to understand that.

Jack was a mix of good and bad. Some stuff went through him and his passing was very inconsistent, but equally his positional sense, tracking back and work ethic was sound. He still isn't really convincing as a Rangers player though.

I honestly can't believe some of the stuff written on here. The lack of respect for our players and manager is ridiculous. Morelos and Jack are both quality players and as everyone in a Rangers shirt deserves respect and support, Trust and respect the manager, it's him that picks the team and if he deams them good enough, support them.

Ryan Jack has been a good signing for us, he will only get better gets stuck in. Defence we look solid, think flanagan has been good, but offers nothing going forward miss declan johns runs up the wing takin on lads and supporting the winger. Alfredo played well last night ran his socks off, hopefully more performances like that. Early doors but i'm happy with the team.

Why exactly is Flanagan a problem for you? Because he doesn’t get forward? Declan John gets forward aye, how many direct goals did he contribute to last season. how many goals did he cost us by being way out of position, terrible at tackling and non existent in the air?

Flanagan > John every day of the week. John is a winger for me in any case.

Agree 100% with LM1991. A defender's first job is to defend. Flanagan being more defensive minded gives us good balance with Tav wanting to bomb forward all the time. People harping on about John - him and Tav being naive defensively cost us umpteen goals last season, far more than his attacking play contributed.

I don't think the manager wants Flanagan to go forward as he has said himself we were conceding too many goals last season, so he wants to tighten up in defence, also we were playing away from home in Europe so more important to not concede and maybe get an away goal,

Heard some devastating news today about SG, he has a get out clause after one season and is seriously going to use it he was promised a transfer budget of 15 million which never materialised and behind the scenes he is one angry man about being deceived, he himself does not like the all the loan signing scenario and he is wanting away at the end of the season no matter the outcome, the man is incensed about being lied to about budget by certain members of the board and I think we know who that will be, my source is extremely reliable and is very close to the Rangers heirachy and I don't care if anyone believes me or not, but it's a very disturbing piece of information.

Talk of that boy from Man City signing today and with wages and signing on fees £2.5 mill, how much on the tie defenders? 3.5 mill. Even he loans and frees IF he was promised 15mill takes into account wages etc as well. When he’s done he probably won’t be far short of 10-15 mill.

Gerrard has spent about £6/ 7million already on fees, the loans aren’t free and even the “free” signings generally have a signing on fee for the players- so ball park figure, let’s say Stevie G has spent about £10/ 11million already! He’s secured 10 players all who he has stated he’s very pleased with. We have about 5weeks left before the transfer window closes where I’m sure we’ll add another 1 or 2 players which could take us beyond the £15million “reported” by this clown!
