As a shareholder (only a few), I (and many others) have been approached by Rangers Supporters Trust to transfer (in my case) 50% to RST in exchange for lifetime membership. I will be voting against the board at the EGM so are there any benefits to be gained? If such shareholders agree en masse, will it help to reassure the King camp that they will achieve the 51%? Are there any catches or implications to agreeing? What does membership of RST bring? Thanks for any responses, especially from like-minded people.

bloodoogie I am also a share holder and will be voting this board out but I am not transferring my shares as I also do not see any benefits gained by it. your post is spot on catches implications. a bit dodgy

Bigwull IDE say that's a back ward move by these persons ruining our once proud club, broad foot was never in a million years good enough to play for us first time around, he must be homesick, IDE rather sign a completely unknown from the junior leagues in scotland, maybe a baly dancer cause ime sure such person would do better, certainly no worst than banana foot.

, rangers except mike ashley's 10million quid loan, where do we go from here because even if king & co do overthrow this rotten to the core board at the egm they would have to pay ashley 13million quid and most likely a whole lot more, ashley has got us in a corner and we must try our best to come out fighting although its going to be very difficult to beat him!

Well what a surprise!
Ashley gets security over the Scottish Championship club's Murray Park training ground, registered trademarks and other properties!
Enough is Enough. bring on the EGM and get the rats out!

Actually mate its £5M now with £3 initial loan to be paid off, then a further Trench of £5 available if required so all in all it is £10M it does state if whatever has been taken under the loan agreement is paid off in full the deal is dead. So DK wins EGM he will need to pay up to £10M depending on what this board has spent to get rid of him. I am sure with the increased season ticket sales with him in charge combined with a price hike in season ticket cost to get rid of Ashley the fans would back it. As King said a forensic investigation in to the deals done will be looked at and any contracts due to dodgy dealings will be legally challenged. Now the question is up £10M what do the board waste the money on?
