templeton fee still outstanding to hearts according to romanov statement to spl about reason for late wages

Believable45 Unbelievable83

Ed can we not have a laughter button for this sort of post? I mean do we really think mad Vlad would have let Templeton go without cash up front after he had to wait for Green to come along and pay for Wallace?

Agree5 Disagree2

Oh dear..............

Looks like Rangers are responsible for Hearts players not being paid on time.
I also heard that Rangers were to blame for celtic getting pumped by Killie for the first time in 57 years. Allegedly Rangers are also to blame for Wanyama now being valued at thirty bob and a tesco '5p off a litre of fuel' token.

Still, its nice that the spl seem to be unable to go a week without either talking about us or blaming us for the ills of society.

:)

Agree6 Disagree2

Listen if you owe the money you owe the money simple , you dont believe mad vlad but you believe everything craig whyte and charles green told you , you lot really are f...in stupid but it really is funny ps we dont blame rangers for everything but they are solely to blame for where they find themselves . you lot want to blame everyone else when it suits you

Agree3 Disagree5

@last poster...
boy am i glad you lot are keeping your eye on us... it would be anarchy otherwise.
can just hear the cogs clicking... aw we got beat today - how can i make myself feel a bit better, um, yeah i'll go post something about rangers.

Agree0 Disagree1

Anyone got a link to this statement by mad vlad? And if rangers had failed to pay installmentts on times then hearts would of reported us. So for the tims... Stop clutching at straws

Agree0 Disagree1

W.a.t.p r.t.i.d u are 66 and still spouting utter rubbish. its bigots like u the game wants to forget to move on in to the next chapter! i am a season ticket holder and i find some of ur comments astonishing. u are entitled to ur comments just like im entitled to mine. great game lads yesterday..... larkhall William.....

Agree0 Disagree1

Original poster of this nonsense needs a wee lie down in a dark room.

Agree0 Disagree1

Regarding above posts, tis funny, I remember reading similar comments a couple of years ago, when it was first revealed by some "internet bampot" that it was possible that RFC could go into administration and thereafter be liquidated !!!!!

Finbar"

If you take a wee second there to think about it fellah, ANY company could go into administration then be liquidated.

I just wish fans of other teams wouldnt come on here pulling the 'holier than thou' card being smug. Remember, your spl is insolvent....they have no money....they are in danger of administration and liquidation. If that happens you will be left with nowhere to play and no league!

Agree1 Disagree0

A quote from the Scotsman says:

"Hearts allowed several of their highest earners to leave at the end of last season, and sold David Templeton to Rangers at the end of the August transfer window. They have still to receive some of the fee for Templeton, but despite the money saved by those other moves, they have been unable to pay all their playing and coaching staff on time both this month and last. McGlynn and a number of players were due to receive their overdue salaries by last night."

I'm a Celtic fan and I don't see where it says the money is overdue from Rangers. Just says there is still money to come on the deal and then mentions the players not getting paid.

If it was Rangers fault I'm sure Hearts would be screaming from the rooftops. And to be fair, I haven't heard them do that.

Shuggy

Agree2 Disagree0

Haw fellah, with no name who commented on my post, of course, yes, any company can go into administration and subsequently be liquidated, especially in today's economic financial climate, and that is most unfortunate, but fortunately most companies that are run properly and legally don't go to the wall, I fail to see what your point and comment is about, I am not being smug, but merely pointing out a fact that when it was first revealed that RFC could highly probably go into administration and be liquidated many of their supporters sneered and ridiculed the audacity of such a suggestion, maybe if they had got their heads out of the sand, at the time, they would have been able to prevent such happening, furthermore I think you are being rather delusional, and perhaps indulging in a wee bit of imaginary, wishful thinking to suggest the SPL are about to go T^"s up. My friend, your team died because of gross, incompetent, mismanagement, severe financial irregularities and indeed criminal activities, I firmly believe that if not for the sheer arrogance, unwillingness to admit to any guilt and claims of injustice and being victims, then your team may have gained a bit more support from other Scottish football clubs and their fans and some sort of deal would have been struck to prevent your team dying, perhaps some sort of package would have been put together by the Scottish government and football authorities to save your team, but due to arrogance and the fact that your team concocted up illegal plans to blatantly shaft many small business's and defraud the ordinary, honest, man on the street tax payer, this was not possible, I have the utmost sympathy with genuine Rangers supporters, the real Rangers supporters who go to be entertained and to watch a football team, as I am sure many real football supporters will sympathise, but alas, due to the arrogance, attitude and bigotry emanating from many so called Rangers supporters regarding the whole issue, then that sympathy begins to wain !
Finbar {The Ed039's Note - So let me get this right Finbar, because of certain supporters, you then feel that sypathy for the real supporters starting to wain? Tell me something, why is it the supporters that you feel you need to feel sympathy for or be s***y towards when you mention small businesses have been done? The supporters done nothing but pay their money and support their team, you need to question your logic and blame sense I think because bigger andf badder people are to blame for all of this, not the supporters)

Agree0 Disagree0

Shuggy

Thanks for bringing a bit of sanity to the forum.
I for one realise that not all Celtic fans are "dhims" or whatever the name is at the time and like myself have a genuine interest in football regardless of what team we support

Agree0 Disagree0

Finbar fellah..............

You post as if it was the Rangers fans who owe the taxman money. You post as if it is the Rangers fans that have caused all the problems. Let me enlighten you(and anyone else for that matter).........................

The fans did NOTHING WRONG!!! We SUPPORTED our team.....we never stole, cheated or anything else no matter what you and other like you may claim or think. You say if we never had our heads in the sand........what the hell could we have done???????? Lloyds TSB FORCED the sale to craig whyte...this much we know. Pray tell how we, the fans, could have stopped the OWNER of the club selling it to whoever he wished? Could you also tell me how we, the fans, could have MADE whyte pay the tax???

The reason we have had no support is because the vast majority of football fans in Scotland hate Rangers for one reason or another....not because of our 'sheer arrogancem unwillingness to admit guilt and claims of injustice'!!

Nice to see Shuggy posting a decent, well thought out post instead of the rambling nonsense that seems to pass for posts on here these days. Seems like Shuggy is a level headed decent fan, and there are plenty of them.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said shuggie a decent football fan story is total tosh a few of my celtic supporting freinds said it its untrue always get idiots on the wind up

I have just read on the internet that Ibrox and the car park are to be sold for £7.28M and leased back for £1.8M per year ! if true it sounds like a very bad deal to me! is whyte still pulling the strings?

Believable28 Unbelievable95

I have just read it too, written by you. Utter garbage, is this the best you can do?

Why would .they sell assets then rent them back and in five years they have paid back what they get. Why would they do this before a share issue? What then are we buying shares in a company with no assets. They want to raise £25m they would be doing well to raise £25.

Why and how is Green going to sell when the likes of you don't even want to believe that he owns it.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think this is incorrect, many years ago SDM bought all the ground near Ibrox (old training ground)and where the Police offices currently are, we at that time paid 250,000 per year back in rent.
As a share holder I was not happy with this arrangement but as SDM had over 80% control there was nothing anybody could do to stop it.
I also do not think it was then sold on to the little S***e as part of his deal for the club.
Takes us into another level hear of being ripped of as fans if I am right?
As where does the money for car parking go to a few quid made every game!!

Agree0 Disagree0

"3 celtic fans pages with this crap, no other site or credible form have found. so just rubbish"

So the info is rubbish because it appears on a Celtic Fans sight?.
For the past 2 years there's been info, trashed by RFC fans because they didn't like they source.most of this info was correct.
There are reports of serious cash flow problems at Ibrox as we speak.CG has said money used from the share issue will be used for working capital,in effect,to pay the day to day bills. Not a good sign. The share issue may not even go ahead.in the next couple of weeks, maybe days, the BTC result will be known.it's already out and will be made public soon. We've almost certainly lost if reports available are anything to go by.Court of session on Wednesday which may,or may not see Lord Hodge take action against D&P,which could include cancelling the administration, taking us back to Feb 14th.if this happens, god help us.
The sale/Leaseback agreement referred to by the original poster is on the back burner at the moment,I'm led to believe.Figures posted are correct. We'd also be borrowing £6.6m at 15% p/a(interest circa950k p/a).
3 years rental to be withheld as a guarantee so if this deal went ahead we'd get £8.6m but would be paying £2.8m in rent and interest p/a.
Add this to any cash from the share issue and CG may get enough cash to repay his original investors, collect his own 10% and leave the club debt free(the £6.6m loan to be cancelled if planning permission granted for Murray Park).CG could claim that we're now debt free.He may be right but we'd have :
No Car Park
No Stadium
no Training Ground
£1.8m rent p/a rising every 5yrs by min 2% or RPI. for a stadium we own right now.
There are buyback clauses for the stadium starting at £10m in 1st year and rising annually.
Like i say,on the back burner at this time but was definitely there.
I've urged caution WRT Green and nothing has changed my mind.Where's the deals with Apple,Adidas,Dallas Cowboys etc.He doesn't know how his share issue will go,all he has is a figure from a pledge site which was bombarded by non RFC fans pledging all sorts of cash.infantile I know but it makes a mockery of his £17m raised claim.
We're not out of the woods yet,by a long shot.be careful with your money, bears.

Agree1 Disagree1

This story is a re-jig of actual events that happened in the 1990's. Bank of Scotland "bought" Albion training ground for an inflated amount then rented back to Murray at a "peppercorn" rent. Thar is a fact, and one of quite a few financial tricks of the time. The other major one was the almost continual revaluation of the stadium in the annual accounts. All contributed to the mess.

Agree0 Disagree0

Charles Green was on with keys & Gray this morning.
Says there is no chance of this ever happening, in fact he came across rather well in everything he was asked.
This guy is the real deal & honest as the day is long we have the right man in charge, get behind him and the team.

Agree1 Disagree2

I did read these numbers on a Celtic site but as another poster said we rubbished these sites before for 2 years and most of what was said came to be!!!

Agree1 Disagree0

I also listened to CG this morning and heard nothing that would stop me urging caution,my fellow bears.
Here's an example quoting Green on Radio:
1.TRFC will not play in the SPL while I'm CEO.
2.I'm not leaving until the Champions League Anthem is back playing at Ibrox.
Anyone see a problem here?.

Agree1 Disagree0

"This guy is the real deal & honest as the day is long we have the right man in charge, get behind him and the team."

Are you for real !! the guy is no more honest than Murray and Whyte before him, only in it for a quick buck ! the only way forward is fan ownership imo.

Agree0 Disagree0

...................................

Yeah there is a problem with your point!
league reconstruction will probably mean the top league in Scotland wont be called the SPL.

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you for real ! the guy is no more honest than Murray and Whyte before him, only in it for a quick buck ! the only way forward is fan ownership imo.
..............................................

If it was`nt for Charles Green & Associates we would have no club for the fans to support.

Agree0 Disagree0

Too mant dhims & blue tights fans spitting the dummy on here.
Good luck Charles Green & Rangers the true Gers supporters are 100% behind you and the team.

Agree0 Disagree0

Charles Green was on this morning for a good half hour if not more.
Richard Keys & Andy Gray were asking the questions every Rangers fan wants answers to.
Give the man a break

Agree1 Disagree0

Why would he sell for that price when the valuation he had done quite recently showed it to be worth at least 5 times that amount?

Total sh, dont believe it for a minute

Agree0 Disagree0

Last post !
Because he can't sell it at 5 times that because it confirm to other interested partys that D&P deal was a rip off resulting in major claims !!
I think the club is in very dire straights ! This could finish RFC for good !
Please take off the blinkers !!

Agree0 Disagree0

Going to have to start calling it the Albert barclett stadium cause from where am standing its like pass the hot tattie .....oooooffffffff
just when u think things are settling down the benny hill song begins again.
GET IT THE GETHER LADS WE CAN'T WAIT FOR ANOTHER AULD FIRM/NEW FIRM :-)

Cribari is making 2 many mistakes at div 3 level he is a terrible player. Most Important thing is that wee won eday a suppose. But a really get the fear watching him

Believable45 Unbelievable32

His best game was against Motherwell in League Cup. Up agianst Higdon that night and dominated him.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cribari is far too casual. There must be someone who could cover at c/half.

Agree0 Disagree0

Who do u suggest? our defensive options are limited.Cole at R.B Hegarty at C.B.
If that was the case it would be a very young back four but if there good enough why not.

Agree0 Disagree0

29 Oct 2012 21:42:56
dont see how u can say that he makes to much mistakes at the end of the day the boys at a new club they need to build a partnership at cb hes doing a good job and can only get better

Agree0 Disagree0

Can the op point out what he done wrong yday? He has actually been improving every game and seems to be getting to full fitness. More worried about perry tbh

Does anyone know if game is on tv tomorrow night?
Can't get away from work to go.

Cheers guys

Agree0 Disagree0

You see him doing a great job directing the young lads off the ball especially with perry, but as soon as it comes to him he just seems to slow down. Could be good if he wasn't so casual.

heard from a friend that rangers are renting ibrox and murray park for 1.5m per year more of our money down the drain , it will become public later this week

Believable73 Unbelievable65

Popular stories making the rounds set up by people who want to cause havoc. Forget it, that just aint happening.

Agree0 Disagree1

28 Oct 2012 14:41:25
Its a timmy conspiracy like ticketus, administration and liquidation.

Agree0 Disagree1

Considering that green made public the papers showing Rangers own both of them? care to come back on that one, or are you just stopping buy on the way to another page?

Agree0 Disagree1

If it true will it have to be disclosed in the share issue paperwork

Agree0 Disagree1

The story was on the celtic network. It said the deal was drawn up but nothing signed. Suppose it's an option there keeping open if true.

Agree0 Disagree0

When did Green do that?

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubbish... when green offered tea to the ticket que he wouldnt even disclose what kind of tea bags where in it

Agree0 Disagree1

Lets be logical . The consortium who own RFC at the moment are trying to raise funds. If they were to anounce that that money would be used as part of a plan to lease back these properties the share issue would not see the light of day. Please get real people.

Agree0 Disagree1

Also not supposed to be signed until share issue is done and dusted. I am a tim and want to see you back at somepoint. Enjoying the bamups.

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubbish, how can there be a share issue with no assets, he would be lucky to raise £20. Plus Green had to prove ownership to SFA and they confirmed he did.

Agree0 Disagree0

"heard from a friend that rangers are renting ibrox and murray park for 1.5m per year more of our money down the drain , it will become public later this week"

Your friend is a shanner mate. Slap him for me and everyone else next time you see him :) {The Ed039's Note - Wow, I didnt think the word Shanner was still in use)

Agree1 Disagree0

Worry, worry, worry it could be true!

Agree0 Disagree0

STV website is linking to this. Appears too complex to be a wind up.
Makes sense dump the rangers risk onto some mug who thinks they're gonna get ticket money for several years. Also mug thinks they own the assets but up pops CW with his charge on the assets.

Agree0 Disagree0

Assets were sold to newco, the charge has no effect as a result. Newco own the assets, if you think otherwise then please explain what you think they paid all that money for?
