No it's not true

How can we sign more players when we are asking registered players to take a pay cut? Money running out at the club, get ready for hard times ahead.

How can we as fans ask players to take pay cut? The boardroom has asked that HIGH earners take a pay cut which is understandable but to us "normal" workers ie fans they don't class £4 a week as a high earning

To the last poster- Which registered players have been asked to take a pay cut exactly? and your facts come from where?
It makes total sense for any company to continually review outgoings/expenditure so don't make stupid statements, there's enough rubbish being spouted about this club!

Why would we want to sign more. I think fans should be in uproar if we are seen spending more and more money. More spending is not needed.

I didn't say registered players have been asked to take a pay cut, I said high earners have been asked to take a pat cut and it's in the main stream media over the past few days, high earners I'm referring to are in the boardroom not players, I never mentioned a player if u read my last post!

My comments were to the second post! if your shy about putting your name on your statements I can see why you are confused! I agree with you whoever you are though, its the Directors etc that should take pay cuts, we need to keep the strongest possible squad to keep fans interested and entertained!

Heard from a few different people now that Tom Hateley is set to sign a 1 year deal with Rangers after one or two players have been moved on before deadline. (He is able to sign after deadline as he is a free agent).

The Kenny Miller deal is a non starter. Nothing going to happen there.

how does that one work? wish he was my bank manager,, i'd be off with millions before he re thought his lending agreements through. OOO wait a minute. he and plas are off with millions of our dosh. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

He didn't say everyone needs to take a pay cut only high earners ie £500k -£800k per year, not many players on that much at rangers now so if they take pay cut of say £4k a week then we should be able to get a few players in on say £3k a week and still save money. Also no bonus for the high earners if we win league (the way it should be) as most are now in boardroom! Well done Mr Mather prroud of u, now what you need to do is if Stockbridge does not take a pay cut then find a way to get rid of him and bring in Mr bline.

Hately is a decent player but we need a centre back unless McCulloch is to be deployed in that role.

As for Miller, we do not need a 33 year old just because he is a pal of the manager.

We need to get away from this 'jobs for the boys' and employ the best available, and that includes the coaching staff!

We don't need anyone in th eposition that Hately plays. We don't need anyone else in. we will walk this league.

Yes I agree we don't need anymore players to win the league, but what about having a very good cup run? I firmly believe if we could get Pandaza and a quality striker in then I think we could at least get to the semi finals if not the final!
