A newspaper reporting that Hyndman is focusing on Rangers this season but not ruling out joining dhims next year.

03 Apr 2017 21:10:02
He'll never go, believe me

03 Apr 2017 20:56:05
Agenda as follows: Whilst trying to trim squad and raise funds we MUST find a CH in the mould of big Amo!

A fast attacking left wingers and a CF/ ST. There is one player that I think is within our budget outfit these positions that I would love to see at Ibrox. A fast technical Att Mid called Ozturk who currently plays at Wallsall (btw don't play FM) anyways ye know when u see a player and know he would rip up the SPFL well I get this feeling about this guy.

He's 23-25 Turkish and cost Wallsall 250k and I wish I could bring him to the attention to Caixinha or anyone at Ibrox. Watch out for him!

03 Apr 2017 20:57:11
His life would be made hell. Who does brenda drop to put him in?

03 Apr 2017 22:56:41
Based on Celtics valuation criteria the would need to fork out about £20million for Hyndman lol.

04 Apr 2017 00:59:32
Andy. big Amo? Ok he scored winner in 2003 cup final but he was a bombscare. thought he was Baresi. when in fact he was more Konterman. his trying to beat 3 men on halfway line led us losing late goal V Monaco to put us out of Champs League. need a Butcher or Gough. or even Cuellar

04 Apr 2017 11:41:31
Suppose when I think about the type of CH we need I would like a defender who is built like a tank and Amo had the type of stature I think we need. If we keep Hill which I'm not 100% sure Caixinha will but I think due to finances we should instead of shelling out for 2 CH's but Caixinha may well be able to recycle his wages on a free?

Think we must get a really solid defence that could mean that Tavs goes. Again this decision is swayed a lot because of our finances as Tavs would be good to have around. Really hope King etc back the Manager or Europa group stage is pie in the sky and this Competition I think will have an impact on our dealings with Ashley!

04 Apr 2017 11:47:15
I have to agree, Amoruso was average at best. Under pressure great but plenty of time he was woeful. Loved that big guy though.

🔴⚪🔵

04 Apr 2017 11:53:54
big amo was a class defender mate pointing out a mistake or even 5 mistakes he made doesn't prove otherwise most fans loved amo and he was a big solid defender who saved our arse more than he made mistakes.

butcher gough brilliant defenders but would be sent off every other week in todays game and cuellar yes he was class and so was big bougy but i'd still prefer a big amo all day of the week.

04 Apr 2017 14:30:02
Amo was everything that we are lacking in a captain today. Strong, hard, willing to take responsibility and great at motivating his team mates. I would be delighted if we could find someone like him for our team today!

04 Apr 2017 18:46:29
I wish we had big amo now, as for Emerson of course he would sign for Celtic, the boys from Texas, he doesn't care about the old firm divide

04 Apr 2017 18:51:56
Is that the Amo the fans booed every time he touched the ball against I think Kilmarnock

05 Apr 2017 14:19:30
Amo was superb, a wonderful captain who played the way a Rangers Captain/ player should play

the result and the weekend draw to motherwell after having two weeks to prepare just shows how bad this squad of players are. this squad needs a massive overhaul of players not minor improvements here and there.

time for king and co to step up give pedro cash to rebuild the squad with players that will buy into pedros way of playing and training etc. as i can see a lot of these players not being happy with the amount of extra training they have to do over time and will not buy into what pedro wants to do.

and mackay saying he had no clue what formation they where playing is the first sign of this happening. We should cash in on certain players to also help the rebuild. mackay, tavenier, waghorn, garner, and wes could fetch us good money to re-invest.

only players that are good enough are wes, but would sell him if a good offer came in. garner, would sell him if we could recoup the fee paid. rossiter, windass, crooks, hyndman, doodoo, mackay are too inconsistent and lack of goals, so would take the cash for them.

the rest are just average and could be replaced by our youth players so could be beneficial to get some them involved sooner rather than later. And with money we raise for re-investing by selling the above players would really help pedro as i feel the board will let him down in the transfer market as our squad needs massive rebuilding job and will require significant investment from them.

this is one way to raise the cash for Pedro to improve us as i do feel he is the right man for the job with the changes he has made so far.

03 apr 2017 16:16:38
we will never catch the sheep this year!
we need i'd say minimum 6 1st team players with much better quality two cb's a st, a cf and a cdm as well as another winger.

03 Apr 2017 16:35:27
It's one thing saying, sell this one sell that one, who is going to buy them

03 Apr 2017 16:43:11
Hyndman isn't even our player. Every player needs to be given a chance under the new management.

03 Apr 2017 20:52:01
all these players mentioned above have been linked with moves to other clubs apart from fod and garner who i would prefer to keep anyway and build team round them along with rossiter, windass, crooks and doodoo and some of our younsters.

we definitely need replace the whole back four including wallace.

if we could sell mackay for 4 5 million with sell on value percentage i would take it
And would quote the clubs looking at waghorn and tavenier 1.5 million each
so that would get our manager a budget of between 7 and 8 million plus what ever board give him and first move manager should make is move for hyndman

As for giving these players a chance to improve they have had all season to do this and still haven't done it

04 Apr 2017 03:28:28
Drivel, still.

04 Apr 2017 09:43:54
I don't think the draw was a fair reflection when we lost 3players on half time and all of them were defense! Please take this in to consideration before slating them. Halliday was admirable at LB (after all he spent most of his playing career as an LB or LM) and the fact that they didn't concede was a plus when played out of position. A big thanks to FOD for that. We must be realistic here and focus on the positives. My hope is that we will now HaVE to see what young Bates can offer in defense and perhaps Houston as well due to injuries. This could be an interesting run in and we have to follow as always!

04 Apr 2017 18:51:10
While we had three players that were clearly below par for the time they were on the park and that didn't help the team, what are the excuses that others have. McKay, as a prime example, looked like he was suffering from sleepy sickness. We need to stop carrying passengers

05 Apr 2017 08:20:41
I don't think McKay is doing much wrong. He is passed the ball very often in a position where he could make little impact and is closed down by 2players. Every team knows he is our danger man. But for me he needs to be played on the right side of midfield. The whole cut inside on your Better foot isn't working for either waggle or McKay and garner is great at placing himself in the box for a cross so I don't get why we insist on this strategy. I can't remember the last time either managed to cut inside the full back and unleash a shot in to the net

03 Apr 2017 14:38:03
What a lot of us bears are forgetting isn't so much the Gap in points to The Dark Side we are now TEN behind an average Aberdeen side. We have been rock solid behind the club and Team for 5 years now.

Apart from 2 seasons ago when we had to do something to get rid of previous regime. I well remember standing at ibrox when there was 4000 not 40000 in attendance when we couldn't win anything!

If DK let's me down and my fellow bears through insufficient re-investment it will only be a matter of time before we answer with our feet or these days our bums on seats. Sometimes it's the only thing that works. 45 to 50 thousand every home game demands a response. Next season is thee pivotal one for us.

03 Apr 2017 15:14:27
Why should/ would Dave King "invest" money into Rangers?

03 Apr 2017 16:36:41
Why should or would, let me see. If king and co don't want to invest and they can't attract any investors because of ashley then realistically he should sell his shares to someone who will. Its sad times when the so called owners of a club don't want to invest, we can only get better if we invest. Stopping 10 in a row should be the the reason why king puts big money in. How soul destroying will it be if they get 10.

03 Apr 2017 16:54:48
To be fair, they have already invested. quite heavily too considering how things are. It wouldn't be very soul destroying to be honest, it would be soul destroying if they won 10 straight titles if we were challenging.

03 Apr 2017 20:58:50
Fodtheprod, contrary to what a lot of people post on here King and the board have already invested over £20 million into the club he has said he will invest more but this thing about if the board don't want to invest more they should sell up and go who will buy the club it runs at a huge loss only kept alive by King and fellow board members so let's all stay calm.

Rome wasn't built in a day this will take time though you like it or not we all know we need better players Warburton was a disaster the players he bought were not good enough but still the fans put a magic hat on him so let's take a deep breath and keep supporting.

03 Apr 2017 21:05:26
Onlyshowaround, Investment and PDQ is now needed. 10 in a row regardless of how strong or weak or whether we were there during it will mean further misery for us bears.

04 Apr 2017 01:04:54
We need investment in players not spending more money on the stadium. Little point in spending #15m on the stadium if you can't fill it and after five years in the doldrums the patience of the fans will soon run thin if we have another close season shopping at Pound land.

We need some serious investment in playing staff and we need all additional income from transfers to come to the Manager.

While I am not holding my breath I would like to think that Warburton will look to bring a couple of his signings to Nottingham Forrest and ideally we will find someone interested in signing both Wallace and McKay!

04 Apr 2017 07:17:13
So you want to sell Wallace and McKay? Brilliant.

04 Apr 2017 08:14:17
I'm sorry, but see these people saying the fans patience will run out. I seriously hope you are talking out your arse. After what we have went through the past 5 years I'd really hope fans have gained a bit of gratitude that their club is still alive. We have been to some horrid stadiums, we have seen our club almost disappear infront of us quite a few bloody times, and people want to get pissy that someone isn't ploughing money into us? isn't that what got us in trouble in the first place?

04 Apr 2017 09:43:33
Mckay wallace must stay sell the rest an build around them not 1 player but mckay n wallace fit to wear the royal blue except maybe hyndman but he a loanee that only my personal opinion on current squad

04 Apr 2017 18:57:54
Sorry but I have to disagree on McKay. He lacks courage and one good game in five is not acceptable. As for Wallace, I don't believe he is all that good defensively and he certainly is not a leader. We need a captain that leads by example not a player that simply cannot dig in when needed.

We need players that are single minded, win at all costs, not players that go missing when the going gets tough. I just hope that Pedro is able to bring in a few players from the continent and from South America that are happy to 'get stuck in' when the necessity arises.

04 Apr 2017 18:39:25
this season hasn't been the best for him but i would keep tav as well as i think when we have better cb's he will come into his own

03 Apr 2017 11:08:57
Reporter from Mexico saying that Pedro interested in signing Jose abello and Carlos from santos lagunes.
Just putting out there what I've seen on twitter. Reporters twitter name is @rafadato2

03 Apr 2017 11:40:01
Carlos Izquierdoz signed a contract extension yesterday. putting an end to that rumour.

03 Apr 2017 14:31:58
Is that the same jose abello that's a columbian cartel boss?

03 Apr 2017 21:07:14
Abello is a right back he could replace tav who I get a feeling will join warbs at forest.

04 Apr 2017 18:40:33
we want better quality to replace what we have and i'm sorry but he isn't quality he is a scare from what i have seen.

03 Apr 2017 10:55:27
Read earlier that Rashid Sumaila is heading in our direction and took a look on line. Now bearing in mind people say they only put good clips on line, well from what I have seen this guy makes ANY of our current defence look world class, Senderos included, any of you guys seen anything different from him to cheer me up?

03 Apr 2017 11:11:15
Agree even efe ambrose looks world class to him

03 Apr 2017 14:35:10
TrueBrit, you're right. I had years of studying agent videos looking at players and you'd have signed every one of them going by what you saw. This guy is nowhere near what we need, the standard he's at is miles away.

03 Apr 2017 20:51:11
Totally agree true Brit what I seen he's far too wee, terrible in possession with the ball and very erratic in in some of his tackles! He makes rob Kerian look like Franco Baresi!

03 Apr 2017 21:08:58
Well judging by youtube he looks like he has pace and can tackle. Not the tallest but has a good leap on him. Would trust pedro over anyone on here.
